They are honest and really do stand by their outstanding warranties. I bought a used 2015 Corolla at Pleasant Journey in 2017. I probably paid a few thousand more than it would have been worth at another used-car place, but the warranty and the personal recommendations I got made me choose to buy here. Against all odds, the transmission failed 4 years later (at this point the car only had ~70k miles, was only 6 years old, and was gently driven, so this was a pretty unlikely failure for a Toyota). They stood by their warranty and performed what would have probably been a $3-5k+ transmission replacement for free: I didn’t pay a cent. If you are looking for a used vehicle, I highly recommend buying from Pleasant Journey.

Just bought a car from Pleasant Journey for the second time today, very happy with my purchase. Adrean was super easy to work with. The alternator on the Honda Civic that I traded in was pretty much shot, Adrean drove me home so that I could work while she processed the paperwork. I wouldnt go anywhere else to buy a car, and highly recommend Pleasant Journey for their transparency and top quality customer experience. The mechanics are great too, and I wouldnt get my car serviced anywhere else.

This is the best dealership you will ever go to. Love their no haggle price policy and 1 year warranty. Service is always prompt and the sales people are not pushy at all. You can get a great auto loan rate with the credit union they use.

We bought two cars from Pleasant Journey. The first was under the prior owners and the second was with the current owners. Pleasant Journey has a laid-back feeling to them, which made shopping a low-pressure experience. They were personable, helpful, and friendly. Under the prior owner, we had to make a warranty claim and Pleasant Journey took good care of us. When I go shopping for our next car, Pleasant Journey will be our first stop.

I called about a car on the lot which happened to be being serviced at a dealership at the time, left my information and was told they would call me back when the car was available, I called them back two weeks later after not receiving a call back, the car was sold, I was never notified. I had been hunting for this certain vehicle for months finally found a good one, wanted to purchase it, but first come first serve I guess.

UPDATE - We bought the car less than a year ago which means its supposed to be under warranty. Surprise, surprise, the power steering broke and they wont fix it. Very untrustworthy. Go to Nicky Ds in Easthampton instead.Buyer beware. We read the great reviews and went happily to the dealership. The salespeople were friendly and welcoming. We test drove a car and the fan made an ungodly whine. I asked the salespeople about it and they decided to fix it - right before the fan broke. They would have sold it to us like that if we hadnt said something. Then we looked at another car which they assured us was ready to be driven off the lot. We took it to our mechanic who informed us that the back brakes were only at 30%. When we asked Pleasant Journey about the brakes we were assured they were at 60%. They looked at them again and discovered they were wrong. If we hadnt taken it to a mechanic, we would have driven off the lot with unsafe breaks. Then the salespeople said they would get us a great deal on snow tires for $900. We decided to wait and went to Town Fair Tires where they gave us a price of 600 and told us 900 was robbery. So bottom line - the people are really nice but be careful - while they being nice theyre stealing money out of your wallet. Check and double check everything.

They are very kind people. The rules of the store are, they give you fair pricing, no extra charges and fees and you dont haggle. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend this place.

PJ doesnt haggle. While haggling is typically part of buying a car, I decided the 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty was a fair trade-off on a 7 year old car. Adrean took good care of us, delivering the car to the VT DMV and staying there to help with registration. THAT is good customer service!

Will only buy my cars from these guys. They are no nonsense, honest and completely invested in giving you the best information so you can choose the perfect car. As a first time buyer, I was so grateful for their guidance, clear policies and outstanding warranty. When I compared other used dealers in the Valley, they just couldnt compete- not only on price and service but experience. I came home with a Prius with 90,000 miles- new tires, new brakes, new battery and complete confidence that my slightly higher mileage car is like new. These guys are fun to work with, easy to talk and did I mention honest? I am just sad I have to wait to buy another car to come back!!!

On top of my other review I want to thank the staff at PJ for helping me get my Mass registration. When I moved back to Mass. RMV required a stamped notarized sale receipt and PJ did it and sent it by Priority Mail for free. Thanks so much! Ill never buy a car from anywhere else.

Mo and Adrean were absolutely the best. They are great personalities to work with. Adrean is very detailed and patient while taking you through all of the steps and information required. She even tells you additional useful information that she is not required to share but does because she wants you to be in the best situation possible. They work with area credit unions to get you the best interest rate for financing and negotiated well on my behalf. Their warranty is 12 months which exceeds the legal requirement (i.e. 365 days instead of 60). They completed all my registration needs in the office. Highly recommend.
