I had the best customer service with Armando, one of the representatives at the store. My phone had died that morning and was not sure what the issue was. I have very basic cell phone background knowledge and felt uneducated to know what to do. Ive been an ATT customer for years so I started at my local store which I had never been to. Armando was kind enough to plug it in and check to see if the battery was dead before continuing. He attended to this and provided options with cell phones should I need one. Never selling but informing and allowing me to find my way. Even went as far as to provide options to tech information online to support and alternatives. I called the store to get feedback to which I got support. I spent the day reviewing my options and returned to the store, knowing that given the incredible customer experience I had this was where I wanted to spend my money. With his assistance even as we reached the end of the business day, he supported me in getting me what I needed. He continued with the same level of patience, going above and beyond to support educating me to my options and great customer care. When I called to thank the manager, Amanda she shared with enthusiasm to Armando and the services they provide at the store. She welcomed me to come in anytime, even to say hi. This is the example of how a local rep business takes part in building a community. Thank you!

Cassandra worked with me to sort things out on my new account after nearly a week of me trying to call customer service on my own to absolutely NO avail. Cassandra was a pleasure to work with and super patient, kind, as well as very astute with both the technology and knowledge of how AT&T’s operations are run. I know if I ever need any help with this account (which thanks to Cassandra is up and running; thank you!), I will make the trek to this place because there’s nothing like working with smart, capable and customer-service oriented humans instead of dreadful phone bots that get you nowhere except to a mild heart attack. This AT&T store in Noho is very solid!

The staff at the Main Street location is PHENOMENAL. They were all friendly and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you folks for all of your help and for making technology seem easy. Love your brains!

Osiris was one of the best employees there, she helped me figure out what plan is right for my budget and explained to me every detail. I recently turned in an IPhone 12 back in March for credit points up to $700 and she absolutely explained to me every step of the way when and how I was going to be getting those credits in my account. She also had more than excellent customer service and friendly image that made me comfortable and sure that she was going to be taking care of my issues in a professional and friendly manner! Keep It Up!!!!

Casandra did an excellent job normally I dread going to the phone store. This has to be the first time I have walked out happy and my needs addressed.

I really didn’t want to go the store because I figured I’d be spending a while there. I finally went and the employee that greeted me was able to get me what I needed and out of the store way faster than I expected. The employee’s name was Phillip and he was very friendly and professional. 5 stars, will come back in future.

Loved it. Jordan and Tristan were so helpful, and fun to work with. I ended up walking out with a better phone than I was planning to purchase, for less money, as well as a significant savings on our TV bundling.

I had a great experience with the Northampton store today. After waiting for an hour on 611 to talk to tech services, I gave up and called the store. Bella tried to troubleshoot it over the phone, but said if that didnt work, to come in and shed help me in person. I went in and she and Phil spent a long time very nicely getting my voicemail to work again. Im so grateful to them and so unhappy with the online wait. In person for this problem was the way to go! Phillip S was the most professional and knowledgeable Employee ive ever met, he took the time and sat down with me and my wife and helped us get switched off a different account and open our two lines, he made the entire experience from start to finish a breeze. for over 1 and a half hours he answered every question and even went back and forth trying to find a phone they might have in the back or going to check on a different color option. and explaining all the different options awell as helping my wife get a phone upgrade in the process. please please give this man a raise and promotion!!!-Devin H.

The employee at the AT&T store in Northampton MA was amazing. He walked me through every question I had and he was calm and quiet. My son and I both have high functioning autism which we told him. He took extra care to make sure we understood everything we needed to know and did not make us feel rushed at all.

I’ve had a number of really good experiences in the store, but my most recent visit will be my last visit. The woman was extremely rude, pushy, and downright obnoxious.

First off, my service rep was more interested in the soap opera drama on the TV than helping me...told me to call the service department for help...went to Verizon and was actually treated like a customer that they wanted to make happy...go to Verizon!

After endless hours of frustratingly poor and misinformed customer service, Philip Sze working with Jordan Reyes worked diligently and competently to resolve my service issues. Philip also reviewed my plan and options regarding bundling my cell phone plan with AT& T TV. Philip is a phenomenal service rep. Thank you, Philip!

Spent 2 days calling customer service, customer loyalty and retentions, as well as going to the local stores only to be kept being sent back and forth between phone calls and in store visits. Absolutely worst customer service of any business ever experienced! The manager, Bella, is a joke. The 1 star is the friendly young man that tried to helped. Bellas assistance was refreshing his i-pad and then telling me she had done everything she could do. Online agent eff everything up with a phone order and the store just told me to call them and straighten it out!

Excellent service by very knowledgeable staff. Was helped by Nicole C (according to the receipt), and she was juggling three customers at the same time. Courteous, helpful, and very competent.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Staff consisted of a bunch of guys just hanging out, ear buds on, heads down on phones and watching a game on the store Screen. Purposely ignored me, kept having side conversations while i stood in-front of them.

I found out that Western MA sucks as far as cell service. Had to switch from Sprint to AT&T and was able to get a new phone. This store is always busy and not very organized but they got the job done.

In the dozen or so times Ive been to this store Ive never had a good experience. The staff is slow, disinterested, and has to be prompted to solve problems. Hadley store is 200% better and worth the drive. Avoid Northampton.

They never answer phone you have to go in the store. Would really be great if you could know what the wait time is without having to go to store.

I went into at&t frustrated with metro,cricket and boost, Im sorry guys but ur service and customer support is NOTHING compared to at&t. What made the difference for me was an employee name Anthony. He helped my technology confused mother and made everything simple and easy to understand (not to mention free month of direct TV) ! I walked out of the store with my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge activated and updated within 20 mins! Great job Anthony and anyone frustrated with those stupid 3rd party carriers with NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT... Go to AT&T talk to Anthony he will save from months of frustration!

I have no problem with AT&T, but the people who work here are generally not very knowledgeable about their own services or products. On top of that, their prices are ridiculously high compared to other options.

AT&Ts policies and service are very bad. ATT is against net neutrality and honest business practices. They are against transparency in general and it seems that their business model revolves around sophistry. Be prepared to wait in the store, on customer support etc. Research the phones and availability that they have before going to any ATT store. Cellphone sales staff and showrooms are unprepared to give you simple details about phones cpu, storage, memory, display, camera, battery mAh etc. Be prepared for surprise fees. I had to buy 12$ sim chips this month...WE ARE NOT ALOUD TO DO THAT IN THE STORE BUT JUST CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT # AND THEY WILL BREAK RULES TO HELP YOU! Typical advice issued by every ATT location I have ever visited...
