She is an employee there that made my experience absolutely pleasant. Patient, friendly and actually took the time to explain to me my options. Im so pleased... Thanks Kayla... Keep up the good work!

I have been contemplating switching my service from straight talk to Verizon for a long time. But I was always skeptical about hidden fees that I couldn’t afford and many other things that I heard from other people. However, when I spoke to Kayla Canuel, she talked to me at length and really broke everything down for me so that now I am no longer afraid to switch my service! She really knows what she is talking about and spoke to me like I was a person. Such good service at Verizon highly recommend!!

I came in looking to possibly switch my carrier to Verizon. The sales woman Kayla helped me go over all my options for plans, pricing and promotions for switching over. It was a great experience and i didnt feel pressured into making a decision on the spot.

I came into this location after giving up on my flip phone. The one I had before was so simple, so I needed help with my new device. I dealt with Lori, she was very patient with me while I was frustrated about my phone making weird noises. She was able to resolve my problem within minutes. I am very happy to know you have such a wonderful staff member on your team and for that I wont go to any other location, because I was that impressed! Thank you Lori!

My phone was still in good condition but I wanted an upgrade and to get on my own plan. Lori was very professional and helpful with helping me find a phone that fit my needs and get me in a plan that fit my budget. I will definitely be recommending friends and family members to go see her should they be looking to switch or looking for a new phone. I will not be going to any other store should I need any help on the future.
I lost my phone in the river, called a Verizon guy for help, came in to the wrong store by accident and a completely different customer service agenda TJ Houle gave me the most terrific service - got up to speed on my issue, was pleasant and chatty, helped set up my phone and then dealt with a challenging payment snafu with calm and professionalism. TJ made a stressful experience enjoyable and we ended up with a great resolution. Best Verizon experience Ive had.
Met a very pleasant Verizon employee with one the most fitting, and noble, titles on her business card. You have to see it for yourself, and you will walk away agreeing that is suites her perfectly. Five stars for patience, competence, and civility. My wife and I spent about three hours ironing out a thorny account set of issues. All resolved to our satisfaction! It is also good to note that the store stays open until 8 PM...

Went in to upgrade my phone since my old one was having technical issues. Lori assisted me by not only recommending an upgrade that was a perfect fit but also informed me on ways to save on my bills by using a veterans discount. I was so impressed that i took my fiancé back to see lori to upgrade her phone as well. She’s very quick and knowledgeable and we left extremely satisfied. Definitely will return for anything phone related.

The staff here are very helpful and the hours are extremely convenient. They are open to 8pm. I recommend coming in the evening rather than a weekend day as theyre likely to be very busy. They have fixed any problem I had and have great customer service.

My phone is under a business account. When I bought a new phone through Verizons website, I brought it here to activate. Even though that should be a free service through my business account, the woman who helped me only said she was having trouble figuring out how to charge me. Come to find out, she was having trouble charging me bc if I went to an actual Verizon store this service wouldve been free. Since theyre only an authorized dealer they dont offer that and instead of her telling me that, she charged me out of pocket. It was very dishonest to charge me for something that if I went down the street to the actual Verizon store wouldve been free. Now I know to avoid this store and others like it...
Went to this store to get a new phone and Lori behind the counter helped me decide what new phone I wanted and worked with me in my price range of what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a place to go, quick service and the employees know what they are talking about when it comes to different kinds of phones and options.

I walked out. When I went into the store the young woman who was the only staff didnt even bother to look up at me (she was busy with some device) or let me know that shed be right with me or some such. Nothing, until I broke into her attention and said I have a question. Barely made eye contact, seemed much too casual and indifferent for my business. Left and got GREAT service at the Verizon store on King St.--which was much more busy and staff more harassed but they let me that they would be happy to help me.
Absolutely the worst experience ever!! The assistant manager is a JOKE. And clearly so is the district manager for allowing such an unprofessional person to run the store in Noho. If I could give 0 stars I would have. A Verizon branch filled with nothing but con artists and scammers. Please avoid this location if you can!!!!
I wanted to like this local store, but was disappointed. I went in to upgrade my iPhone and replace a Gizmo Pal wrist phone. They attempted to tack on a $10 surcharge to the phone price for no apparent reason, and worse, signed me up for a $10/month Total Protection Plan that I did not approve. It also appears they did not apply a $50 service credit that my purchases qualified for. I had to call Verizon itself to get everything straightened out.Follow up on 10/12/18: Just got my credit card statement and saw that Wireless Zone charged me $118.75 as the initial payment for my phone even though I had Verizon cancel my order at Wireless Zone hours after I placed it on 9/14/18. I just requested a refund for the $118.75. Good thing I check my statements carefully.
Very bad experience. I went into the store on Wednesday, 6/6, to look into buying a smartphone. The young lady, girl really, who attempted to help me seemed not to know much about what she was doing, and immediately tried to start collecting personal information from me before I had even had a chance to spend time asking questions.The store in Hadley is vastly better, and I went there the next day, and had a great experience with Hector. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and listened to me and answered my questions. And then he left me alone to think about things. As a result, I bought a phone and an iPad.
This place has terrible customer service and the woman who waited on me gave me the wrong information about how to use the device I bought. The guy working there didn’t smile or say hello when I walked in, and then was unintelligible on the phone when I called later and he basically hung up on me. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in ages. Train your staff! And customers go somewhere else!
I came into the store with a friend of mine and i feel like this was the most unprofessional store ive ever been in. We came into get a few accessories and one of the girls who works there, dont remember her name, was being very dismissive and condescending towards the other rep. When i asked for Jake the manager i remember dealing with i was told she was the manager now and scoffed at me and my friend.
Called and talked to a couple people and they said that I could either stop in or they could call me back once they figured out the answer to my question, I told them that it would be fine for them to call me back and then they took down my information and said theyd get back to me... they never called me back.
My experience at Verizon on main street in Northampton Massachusetts was done with professionalism and with a big smile on her face Verizon should be proud to have an employee such as Melinie Baez, she always makes sure I am helped every time I come into this location . You should be proud of this employee, I only will do business at this location with her as well she works very hard and she is very patient she always does her job with a smile on her face. Im glad to be a local verizon customer!
I will only go to this Verizon in the pioneer valley!!!If you like good, intimate, small, kind and smart you would love this Wireless zone! Also if you like people even better because theyre really nice and really intelligent its particularly good if you want repeat visits they always seem to have time . I congratulate Keith Parzych for assembling such a great staff that includes Melinie Baez, and Lori Brouilette as whom ive dealt with on my visits to the store. I recommend them highly ....

We broke a Samsung J3 bought last xmas. Just needed a replacement phone. At the end of the transaction, a couple of charges were added: an activation/set up fee and mandatory insurance for 30 days. On the way out a different guy said the insurance wasnt required and he said he would take it off and it appears he did. I called Verizon. They confirmed the insurance wasnt required, and that there shouldnt have been a fee to replace a phone. Also, she charged us 191 for the phone and verizon charges 168, as I had remembered. I asked about the price in the store! Mostly, the verson people said this is NOT a verizon store but a third party store. The big verizon sign could have fooled me. It took 45 minutes on the phone, but they credited me back most of the over charges. AVOID this store! Certainly dont trust what they say.UPDATE: I got a follow up call from the guy that had been helpful. I think it is his store. The woman who fleeced us was a temp in that store, sent from another store to help out. He seemed legit, and the problem may be just her and the commission incentives. Because the guy seemed concerned and sorry, Id go back if the need arose, but Id check everything with Verizon first.

Bought then returned Apple Watch... They charged me $65 restocking fee instead of $35 corporate fee. Neglected to disconnect watch from Verizon network and signed me up for Total Mobile Protection at $15 month without my knowledge.
