I had issues with both my work and personal phone, and Maria the Store Manager at the Northampton location was AMAZING. She was kind, patient and friendly to work with. She was able to help me get both of my phones working again, and she even helped me with a computer issue I was having when trying to back up my phone. I cant thank her enough for all of her help and support she provided during my visit at her store. Another co worker came in for her shift, and I forgot her name but it began with an O...maybe Olivia? and she was also great! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!

I went here to switch plans and I wanted four lines which would gives us four free phones. Right now I have four lines and pay 100.00 at my carrier now and we get Amazon Prime free and hotspots. However, for each line, I would have to pay $25.00 activation fee so upfront Id have to pay out 200 dollars or more. I guess I could easily spend that much on one phone. Instead, I would have gotten four phones. At the time I really wasnt looking to spend that much. They do have some nice phones the guy who helped us out was nice and helpful. It just didnt work out for me and Im still with my phone carrier. Seems like a nice place and we just wanted to try something different.

There are two sides of the story: 1) the counter person was friendly and made an effort to serve us, so 4/5 for that. However, 2) she did not have the authority to help us with a billing issue, nor with getting a waiver for a purchase. She tried to contact her boss, but failed. We ended up paying ~10% more than we might have for a phone purchase. So: If you have a straightforward transaction, this is a nice store. But if you need something more, look for a store where the manager is authorized. Overall, wed look elsewhere next time, but we were in a crunch.

Very helpful staff. Transferring from one carrier to another is a tedious process, so having someone who knows the issues and how to circumvent them is worth it, especially after a long day of work. Good variety of phones, you can also bring your own in a lot of cases, as long as they work on ATT, and are unlocked.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY I was interested in a more expensive phone and the sales person steered me toward a less expensive phone with almost the same amount of features. He was correct! Love this phone and think the other one would have a ton of apps/features I would have no use for. Prefect!

I am an extremely happy customer because I got totally above board service talk about go the extra mile Maria spent unbelievable amount of time listening to my concerns really hearing what my issues were and very accurately and confidently solving all my problems- making me feel like one of the luckiest customers on Earth! Generally Im pretty satisfied with Cricket customer service, but today the woman working Northampton was absolutely horrific. Rude, didnt even acknowledge me for the first 20 mins and then wanted to rush my transaction through while dealing with a customer asking for my pin and personal information. I will honestly never come to this location again if shes ever working.

I purhased a cricket sim from your store which showed LTE on my phone in the area of your store(Northampton). However, in Amherst, I have never been able to get LTE and its always stuck at H(HSPA which is basically 3G). I have contacted cricket support countless times and they keep saying my area has LTE coverage and that its a fault with my phone. But clearly its not because I was able to get LTE in Northampton. So either the sim card you guys provided me is faulty or cricket does not have LTE coverage in Amherst. Hence, the 3 stars.

The guy inside didn’t know what he was doing, it was horrible I was trying to switch my company and get a free phone but it wasn’t free he said I had to pay $60 I canceled it and a couple days later my number suddenly went off and it was because of the guy I had to call my company and let them know what was going on, they had to fix it
