The staff is friendly and efficient. Prices for plans are great. Staff also professional.
The MetroPCS authorized dealer located at 134 King St in Northampton is a great store. The reps were all friendly and knowledgeable, did a great job explaining how their promotions work and demonstrating their devices. This location is very clean and bright, and has a large selection of accessories for their devices.
Every time Ive had an issue with a phone, the sales people were helpful, and knowledgeable about my phone replacement issues.
The staff are amazing they help you with so much kindness.will never go anywhere else. I will stay at this location getting my service.

Went here and was waited on by Trish(I think the manager). She was sooooo helpful and friendly. She understood exactly what I needed and was able to resolve my issues quickly and with no problems. Ive been in most local metros, and this one is a little out of my way, but I will only go to this store from now on. Best service and nicest employee I have come across yet!!

We have our family plan through metro! Matt got us hooked up last year and has been super helpful! I had a flip phone for years and Matt guided me and transitioned me away from that flip phone and into an Android! I love tge new phone! My wife loves her I-phone.
I went into this store on Sunday and was just appalled at the gentleman that was working there!! I was gonna get a phone and when I asked him about the cases and screen protectors he told me they were 24.99 if i paid credit or just 20.00 even if i paid cash!!! I left outta there, he was too sketchy. I had gotten phones for 8staff her but Im going elsewhere. And his hair LOOKS AWFUL!!!!!
TERRIBLE!!! I would give no star if that was an option. I went to the store many times and had asked questions about service. The girl answered all my questions and then the day I went to the store to get service she told me it was not the way she had said it. She lied to me over and over to get me to commit I guess. Then on another day I walked in because I wanted to get the New LG phone when you switch which is $225. I thought well Metro is terrible but the the free phone might be worth it. As soon as I walk in the guy tells me, Im busy, What do you want? Well, I just stood there not knowing what to think and just left.Cricket is the way to go. Those guys are super nice!
The manager Trish was a professional, knowledgeable and helpful in a situation that couldve ended bad due to the lack of knowledge from the West Springfield metro store. So therefore, I will continue to get my needs met at the Northampton store.

On previous visits it was not desirable due to incompetent workers but my last 2 visits I was very satisfied with the the assistance I recieved and also being a long time customer I was given a few deals on certain items. This location is the closest to where I live and is not in a spot you can easily find in normal traffic.
Im happy this store opened up instead of having to travel out of Northampton to get to metro, Ive been here couple of times the first time I purchased two phones cases and covers. The people that helped us were very new at this and were very nice took there time and called the boss man to make sure everything was a go. They kept apologizing because they were taking too long. We didnt mind as long as its done right, very happy with our purchase and service. Second time I went with my daughter too look at the iPhones and to explain what was happening to my husbands phone instead of her saying tell him to bring it in she said just restart the phone from fresh or reformat the phone. She was so sure that was going to work we have insurance on our phones and at that moment I felt like driving to West Springfield the corporate building for the Metro because I honestly felt like I would have gotten a better answer and little bit more help then I did. I recommend coming here if you wanna buy a case or something little but the big things I dont recommend it.
Ignorant and hapless employees who outright LIED to me stating they sold me an open box monsoon Bluetooth speaker for a discount when they actually charged me full retail for it. They refused to refund my money even with a receipt. Their staff NEVER acted like they had a clue. They could not even probably tell you how to spell customer service. The absolute WORST phone store Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
Poor customer service. Instead of helping me with transferring my service to Metro the woman chose to be on the phone with her boyfriend
