This is simply the best place to get your car repaired and brought back to life! I cant give these guys 10 stars, but I would - they were the most professional, most honest, most communicative, and connected auto repair place I have ever used. If you have a car that needs looking after, particularly if its a German car (they seem to love Audis!), go to RM Car Care.Story: I have a 2008 Audi Q7 thats sat outside for 18 months, through two winters, and not been started or driven at all. I had it towed to RM and asked that they see if they can get it back to life. SEVEN DAYS LATER the car is running and will pass inspection! And, as a courtesy, they had it fully detailed! It not only drive better than it did when I had it running, it looked and handled as if it were brand new. AMAZING.AJ and the shop take their work seriously and are fully and wholly professional in their approach. Calls and texts back and first. Personal service that feels special to the car owner. Communicate with the openly and honestly and they will return the favor.This is a gem on Route 1, and if you have a need, go to RM. Wow.

Just want to give my 2 cents worth on Robbie & Moe. I find it very difficult to trust people. Nevermind a repair shop. But when I met Robbie through a referral, I was sold on his honesty and sincerity right from the start. I’ve been going to them for close to 3 years now. Their prices, workmanship & customer service is second to none. I’m telling everyone out there, if ur looking for honest, hardworking, customer first repair shop, you have to give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I got my wheel bearing done there and my brakes all the way around everything replaced everything brakes done all the way around lol and it cost allot but they gave me a free oil change and it was so worth it and its really the labor you paying for they give you the straight office for parts. I still need the ac belt and I have a power steering leak and a oil leak from the plugs and gaskets to they said which I knew about the power steering and belt but they are so good and so honest and they also have me a ride to work and picked me up even though I do work like 5 mins from them but when I got my wheel bearing done they have me a ride home and I do only line like 10 mins away but no one else has ever offered me that so this my new game place to go its so with it they are great ty and so glad I found them I went down there thinking they were still the plane that was there a few yrs ago but it was an even better place lol

They serviced my vehicle as if it was their own. I had them install an accessory which needed custom modifications. They also uncovered some other existing parts that had failed and were damaged. Photos and a video were sent to me explaining the services required. Everything came out great and I was impressed with the turn around time which was less than 48 hours. Very quick and reliable! My car came out of their shop riding and handling much better. Many thanks to Moe and Robbie for their attention to detail and hard work. And above all, their passion to please customers.

My father has been bringing his Mercedes to Moe and Robbie for years. Recently I Was dealing with a few major issues from wheel barrings all the way to a double transmission flush, so I decided to bring it to RM. These guys were able to get rid of all the vibrations and sounds coming from my car and it ACTUALLY runs like new not a car with 150k miles on it. They are very reasonable and transparent with prices and . Highly recommend.

Very happy with the team at RM Car Care! They were very professional and kept me up to date on progress. They worked directly with the insurance company and appraisal company so I didn’t have to worry about anything. As everyone else, I used to prefer to go to the dentist than go to get my car worked on, you don’t know if you were taking for a ride or not, you don’t know anything other than what the advisors tell you, and if you go to the wrong dealership god help you.A friend of mine and I were having this conversation when I needed work on my car and I was saying how much I regret even the thought of it, he mentioned RM car care center as one of the best, most honest place he’s ever worked with, I trust my friend’s judgment but what he said sounded like an oxymoron, an honest repair shop? Yeah right. But I needed the work and thought I would give them a try.From the minute I arrived I noticed the difference when I saw Robbie’s exquisites big smile greeting me when I walked in, he has a way about him and a smile that gives you immediate relaxed feeling, I felt really comfortable talking with him and explaining what my car is doing and he spoke my language “the car does eeeehhk when I do this...” just regular Faulk speaking no special words that only a mechanic would understand which made me feel as he really cared and wanted to avoid doing any expensive not necessary work, he called the other tech to get a second opinion, Moe was as nice as Robbie and concurred with his diagnostics, I was told the car will be done in few hours and it was, I paid far less money than what I was quoted previously by the dealership, and the car was running fantastic.I’m a new believer that there is an honest, friendly, and excellent working techs out there.You should visit and try them to become a believer like me.I will be back and will tell everyone about them.
