I needed to replace an oven lightbulb, but didn’t know where to start because my bulb didn’t have any markings on it. Called in to ask for advice and got the answer I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock, and I needed it right away for my home repair to-do list, so they told me where else to try to find my bulb. Honestly, full credit just based on telling me where to try next to get the part quicker.

Not helpful. Need freezer repaired since new unit is not available. Roger stated freezer is not worth fixing but admitted they cannot get new units at this time. He refused to help. I have been told freezer is fixable by repairman outside this area. Certainly will not be contacting Broadview again in this lifetime.

Broadview Appliance is a locally owned business that provides small town service. Appliances are the same in every big box store and small independent stores. The differences are service and price. Broadview wins for service every time. Broadview is darn near the same on pricing. I am a homeowner and a landlord. I go to Broadview every time in each case.

Our dishwasher was in great need of replacement and after calling Broadview we got a new one delivered and installed within 2 days. The owner and the manager were great to work with and made sure I got just the one I needed and wanted. As if that was not enough, they made sure the dishwasher color exactly matched my other appliances, I was not going to be that picky but they were and Im glad. To help you with your choices you can go on their web site and see some or all of the other appliances they carry.I actually enjoy dirtying dishes so I can use my new dishwasher, strange thing to say, but true.We will be sure to buy from them again. I had a built in refrigerator of an unusual size go out with a major system failure on a Friday - only one manufacturer makes the size. Broadview carried the Manufacturers product line so at about 1:30 PM I decided to drop by their store to see if there was anything they could do. By 4:00 PM I had a new replacement refrigerator installed and running at my home. Fantastic customer service!

This service was absolutely horrible. The person receiving the call was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. then I was charged 100 dollars for a tech to come in to my home, shake the tumbler inside my washer and leave telling me I needed a new machine. completely useless and a horrible waste of money. Dont waste your time with this business.

Never even got to use them called on a tursday and schedueld an appointment for the following monday, they open at 830 by 845 i had not hears from them so i called to fibd out if they were even working due to the snow,, the man was very krouse and rude, he said Well what town are you in? i stated my name and told him i was in oak harbor and i have an apointment for service today, he said Hang on! then came back and said, Well they tried to call you cause our tech is sick! i stated i had not recieved any calls at all, but at this point with his rude krouse nature i was done with the conversation. Maybe the man was just having a bad morning, maybe yall will have better luck with this company but im a firm beliver first impressions and good customer service is key, that being said, i will not use or recommend this company at all!

Horrible place and unprofessional. I called for service on my washer, a gentleman came out. He proceeded to scold me about my dog and the type of dog he was. My dog is a graduate of 2 obedience classes and is working on his CGC to be registered as an emotional support and service dog. Not only was he unprofessional, he showed up with his own dog in his service truck and left without completing the job and still expected payment. I will never do business with this company nor recommend them to any family in the area. To be as military friendly as they claim to be, they failed in every aspect. The manager kept making excuses for his serviceman that came out dismissing his unprofessional behavior and attitude as a hes old and just set in his ways and never even sent anyone out to finish the job that was promised to be done. I was so blindsided by their actions I just went and bought a new washer so I wouldnt have to deal with them again.

Meh. Theyre alright. I havent bought anything but Ive recycled freezers there. They didnt ask about the bodies inside so thats nice. 😂 it was a deer body**** dont ask me how it got there I just hauled it :)
