I bought a freezer and refrigerator. They Finally got it to me on the 3rd promised delivery date. I get manufacturers sometimes delay things, but that wasnt my problem my problem was their lack of communication. The 1st delivery date I sat there for a 1/2 hour past the promised delivery time. And when I finally got a hold of them on the phone they acted surprised, they Never received the item so they didnt bother calling me tell me. The 2nd promise delivery date I walked into the store and hour prior to the promised delivery time. Again they acted confused and send the item never made it in. Once again they failed to contact me and let me know that. Wasting my time because I had to take off of work to meet them. and oh lucky me. the third appointment they showed up 35 minutes ahead of the appointment time. like I said, each time I had to leave work. So today I called with a question. the guy says ill call you back in 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I called them and his response. I was busy with customers. as if Im not on either. Done! worst customer service ever.

Went to purchase a fridge for our new house and Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a good fit for our family and Nicoles effort behind the scenes was the reason we went with Sears. Locally owned and operated too and I love shopping local to support small businesses. Thanks for a great experience guys!!

My husband and I purchased a new home and we were wanting a new refrigerator. I walked in and was immediately helped. I found the perfect refrigerator and was given a great deal. It was delivered and installed a few days later and both men were polite and super helpful. About a week later I decided to go back and purchase a new dishwasher. Delivery and install was once again outstanding. I highly recommend this store. Staff goes above and beyond for the customers. I will be going back when it is time to replace my stove.

This store is amazing. I cannot rave enough about their amazing service! I live in Mount Vernon but wanted to purchase a bed since I already had a card through the company. I went out there and was greeted kindly, but they weren’t overwhelming like some stores. They give you your space and let you look. When I decided on my bed, they went through every possible discount imaginable. I ended up with a free box spring, free delivery all the way to Mount Vernon, and they offer discounts based on your occupation! They also price matched my bed with the lowest price they found online. I got the best deal ever. My bed arrived today, and the delivery men were on time and SO helpful. The bed was heavy and they got it up the stairs without any issues.The location is locally owned and I will most definitely be returning for any home needs. Highly recommend. 5 stars in all aspects of customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owner of this store is beyond rude! Buyer beware: just because you shop local doesn’t mean you get treated like it.We needed a new dishwasher and decided to use these guys instead of the Home Depot down the street since it’s locally owned. Our buying experience was fine. Came in, found a dishwasher that matched our kitchen and bought it. They had no deliveries the next day so here we go.Installers/delivery guys Darrel and I forget the others name, but they were great. Super respectful, came in quietly as we had a sleeping baby. Removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one, to a point. Turns out the power coming from our house was too short to connect to this one. We needed an electrician to extend it and they’re not. So I talked to Nicole the owner who told me they’d help me find an electrician. Two days go by and I don’t hear from her. I call her up and she acts like she’s never spoke to me. I finally told her look we need to get this thing installed or come pick it up and refund me. She replied loudly “fine we’ll come pick up the f’n dishwasher!” Which was not what I expected. I just wanted my dishwasher installed. After going back and forth with her she said she’d call me back after calling an electrician.Later that day island electrician got in touch with me and scheduled something the following day.$140 for the electrician. A non refunded $250ish “instillation” from Sears. No communication.I will never purchase anything from Nicole or her store again.I would like to end on reminding anyone who read this far the two delivery guys were awesome and do not reflect how horrible Nicole talks to customers who spent close to $1000 at their store.

We moved back from the east coast to Oak Harbor a few weeks ago and once our household good were delivered we realized we needed to switch the plug on our dryer. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00, Tony showed up at 10 on the dot, fixed the plug, checked and made sure everything else was good to go, and was out of the door before 10:15. He was courteous and professional. If you have an issue with your appliances, go to this Sears every time.

Sales staff went above and beyond helping me load a mower in my car for me. I appreciate that they went the extra mile that you dont find in any big box stores in town. A huge Thank You

Purchased a craftsman riding lawn mower on Memorial Day 2018. Delivery was the next day. It was suppose to have a mulch kit installed. They forgot to install the mulch kit and said they would pick it up from the store and come back out.They then called said they didn’t have it but they would order it and let me know when it would come in. I got no call back so the next day I called and Carol the owner said it was in. She said their one installer Tony was out on a family emergency and said a friend of hers could install it. I was not going to let someone who isn’t an employee install a part on my mower at my private residence. So I went home and when I was installing it I noticed the bolt pattern was wrong.I called up sears they ordered it again and said it would be in Saturday. Well today came and when I went in an associate name Steve was incredibly rude about exchanging the mulch kit for the proper one and said I should have been charged extra for the install. That’s when I saw Tony the installer who told me he was fired. So long story short the owner lied to me and wanted to get out of our agreement of having the part installed. It would have been worth the extra 200 to purchase from Home Depot. Do not shop here. I regret giving them my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ive always liked Sears but they are having problems keeping up with the times. This Sears has moved to a new location and has minimal things in stock since its a home town store but I live my tool do I usually find what I need.
