Customer service is non-existent.We went in today, and were looking for a model washer that they have on their website. We found that they only had the older model in store, and was $599.99. We wanted the newer model advertised at the same price, but it would take 5-7 weeks for us to get that model! We were also planning on having a price match since home depot is selling the newer model for $50 less than the NEX, and they are still charging that much for the discontinued model!Not only did they not have the product in store, but they were no help at all. We walked in separately, and I was never greeted. We wondered around without any assistance from them, until we walked up to the counter to ask questions. At the same time we were there an older couple walked in, and said that they were looking for a new stove because they havent bought one since the 60s. They obviously needed help, but were told to ask if they have any questions and remained sitting at their desk and made no effort to help these customers either.This isnt our first time being there (still havent bought anything from them either), and we have noticed that customer is always lacking. They have electric furniture that is never plugged in. Just a terrible place to buy furniture, appliances if you dont know exactly what you want before you walk in, and that they actually carry that item in store.

Great customer service! Paperwork organization could be improved. Orders take a while to come in but quality is worth it. Love this place.

Not a very helpful staff. I entered the store at opening time, inquiring about clothes dryers and if any are in stock. Got a short answer and continued to hear about her night out she was discussing with her coworker.Stock on hand was OK (word of mouth) and the prices arent bad with the included benefit of tax free.

Spent almost 1500 bucks on a washer and dryer here. They scheduled me for an installation but for some reason they decided to reschedule that day that Im not available because Im a shift worker without contacting me. I have to wait 2 weeks to be able to use something I purchased.

Staff is great and great place to get furniture but expect to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Has a lot of nice stuff. I special ordered my sectional from here and got my washer and dryer here. Giving 4 stars because each time my products were supposed to be delivered they wrote my phone number down wrong which caused my washer and dryer not to be delivered for another 4 days.

Nice clean store but the delivery area is terrible. Military members from the Everett area are out of luck with having anything delivered and they will NOT ship across the sound to the Everett NEX. This is one of the few times where AAFES beats the NEX.

They moved everything in and set it all up but tracked mud all on our brand new carpet, weve been scrubbing for about an hour and its not coming out so we will have to hire a professional to come clean it. Ruined our day
