Everything was great! Customer service on the phone was friendly and efficient. Such a wonderful change from to have a person answer the phone instead of prompts! The driver and dispatch communicated with us and updated us on the status and time. The car for the car and our property was top-notch. All-in-all an excellent experience and I recommend Henderson Towing to anyone!

If I could give them a zero I would! We broke down at 2am I found d their add advertising 24 hour service. We called over a dozen times from the side of the hwy and didnt get an answer even once. Ended up calling a family member to drive all the way down from the thumb area just to pick us up and had to leave our truck there sitting on the hub/axle (bc our tire blew off and sent sparks everywhere when we hit the road without a tire!) with a nite on the dash. False advertising, they were the closest ones to us!

My truck broke down and it was at their place of business for a week. The receptionist was excellent and patient with my fiancé and I. We called them everyday about the status of our vehicle. They were backed up, but she made us top priority. The Mechanic did a good job and they both had a good sense of humor!

They are the best used them twice in my life time there prices are good polite people will be using them again thank u so much

I got a flat on 96 express and wasn’t in a safe spot to put the spare on so they sent someone out to tow me to the nearest exit. They towed me, helped me change it, and stuck around until i was good to leave. Great service. Reasonable price.I want to add that the driver who met me was fantastic. Great guy.

This is the second time I’ve used this towing company and I was just as pleased as the first. They promised to arrive in 45 minutes and they arrived in 30 minutes. My car was connected and I was at my next location in no time. The driver was courteous as I vented my frustrations about purchasing tires the day before and having a flat! Later that day I needed specifics to be on my receipt to submit to the insurance company and whomever I spoke with at the office was very nice as he prepared a new receipt and emailed it immediately to me. Thank you again Henderson for helping with brightening a rough Friday morning!!!!

Very nice guys!! Aaron stayed on the phone with us until the driver got there and the driver Richard was extremely nice as well. Aaron calmed me down during a meltdown and reassured us that we would be fine. Richard got there within 10 minutes and really made us feel comfortable.

I needed to have my car towed from one dealership to another in SE Michigan. Henderson Towing did the job promptly, at the lowest price quoted to me by any of the three places I called. I rode with the tow truck operator, Eric, and he was courteous and friendly. I hope I don’t need another tow any time soon, but if I do, I’ll call Henderson first.

I highly recommend this company. The truck showed up within the time range given to me (30-45 mins). The driver was kind, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. The prices were very reasonable and almost half of what other companies in the area were charging. Hopefully Ill never need a tow again but if I do Ill definitely go with Henderson again.

DeAngelo is awsome. Period. He cares about his customers, and his business. His towing arm of his business has the highest google ratings in Detroit for a reason. Honest, fair and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are accommodated. What Used car dealer is going to give you a loaner for free, when your vehicle needs service? Not TWINS, or any other dealership run by the other folks who clearly dont care about people. I am looking forward to seeing the business grow at its new location which is great, and I also look forward to doing business with Henderson in the future.

They answered right away when I called, gave me a price quickly, got to my car right away and even kept in contact with me when on the way. Didnt wait long at all! He was very sweet and helpful! Will definitely use this towing company in the future!

Bought a used car from his now closed car lot in oak park and was told that I had a 1 yr warranty on the vehicle. Well about a week or two into owning the vehicle I started noticing things with the vehicle so I call mr Henderson and he assured me things would be repaired. He fixed a couple things that concerned me, but then the car started leaking EVERY TIME it rains on the drivers side near the handle bar in the inside roof of the vehicle. I called mr Henderson and he assured me that would be fixed. Well his mechanic at the shop tried to do repairs and ended up damaging the inside of the roof that left a large burn hole and I was assured that would be fixed since his mechanic damaged it and it wasnt that way when I purchased the vehicle. Every time it rains, I have a puddle of water in the INSIDE of the vehicle. Well here it is almost a year later in a couple more days and I reached out to Mr Henderson to see if the repairs would finaly get done before the warranty expires, and no response. I would not recommend any one to go here because the owner is not a man of his word and he seems very unconcerned about you or the vehicle once it is off his lot.

Im still sitting on the side of the road and its been 2 hours(they said it would be 1). My car is broke down, literally less than 5 miles from their main office. I called to figure out whats going on and they said its going to be another 35-45 minutes.. There has been no communication from them regarding the delays. First and last time using or recommending them.

First noticed, after first oil change engine oil life low after weeks of driving, Check engine light blinking while driving they came picked the car up 3 weeks ago warranty company hasn’t came out yet haven’t got a call back like the secretary said 2 weeks ago my car has been there since beginning of December just excuses, NEVER AGAIN

No one likes having to call the tow guy, but they were professional and prompt. A truck was immediately dispatched when I called on a weekday morning. Driver was courteous and friendly. Price was $170 for a 24 mile trip.

Let me say that when this is the BEST company ever I really mean it. I called one tow company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes after and hour and a half they didnt show up when I called back they didnt answer. Then called me back and said he was ten minutes away I declined their services rightfully so. So I called Henderson and within 15 minutes Eric came. He was so nice and helpful and towed my car. When I say I wont be calling anyone else I mean it. Theyre legends.

I called and even though it was a holiday, and a little out of their service area, truck was dispatched. Deangelo was very helpful. Eric the driver arrived in less than 30 minutes and helped us out. The price was suitable for the services rendered and we were home in no time. Eric was very skilled in the management of the vehicle backwards into our tight driveway. Honestly the best tow I have paid for. And concerning the particular vehicle - A project car and my very first car I have owned for 15+ years, I have paid for a loooot of tows. The car always requires a flatbed and special steps to load/unload without causing damage. The driver showed just as much care to my car as I would assume he would with a high end, classic or his own automobile. Also, he was very personable/respectable and patinent & understanding of the vehicals ‘special’ needs. I will absolutely be utilizing Henderson Towing in the future when I need to transport my project car in the future. ✨👌🏽🙌🏽👍🏽✨

I called several 24hr towing services early in the morning as I needed to get my car towed to the dealership before I went to work. However, several of them I received a voicemail and one indicated it would take 2 hrs. When I called Henderson towing a live person answered immediately and a pink tow truck was there in 15mins. Excellent service.

This company was dispatched through my roadside assistance. They were very polite over the phone. But they kept me waiting for over 4 hours and their driver never showed. Originally, the wait was 60 - 90 minutes. I was told that the driver broke down on the way to me and another truck had to be sent. Another 60 - 90 minutes. Called again, and was told the driver was coming but there was another run ahead of me. How, after Ive already been waiting so long??? I wound up having roadside dispatch another company. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for them...

Yes we were financing both vehicles. Hello I normally do not bash anyone, because it not my place to judge. i purchased a car in December 2017, a 2007 Ford. I needed reliable transportation to get back and forth to work. My credit was not the greatest. Set up an appointment with this gentleman, he was able to get me into this car. Would I wanted another choice absolutely, but I was in dire need. GOD BLESS ME with this. Within the first 6 months the same problem occurred The last time I took the vehicle for the 3rd time I over heard one of his workers degrading me like I did something wrong with car. One thing I can say is that he accommodated me every time. Then months later the engine light took it back, the mechanic stated it was ok, drove it over the next week same issue, the thermostat. The owner took care, I JUST DROVE TO WORK, RUNNING ERRANDS, DOCTORS APPT. REGULAR OIL CHANGES, PROPER MAINTENANCE. FAST FORWARD 2018 ENGINE IS SHOUT. My son purchased a vehicle with as well he wanted to buy his first car, college student, been working for over the past 4 years with the same company. He first purchased a small SUV in November 2017, within the 2 days, he was able to goes past 35 miles, not able to turn. The owner came to pick it kept it for a week, gave my son a loaner, which was appreciated. A week later call my son let him know that the vehicle was fixed, brought to my son place of employment. At the end go his shift, he called to let me know it was on his way home, a mile away the same problem happen in the midst of rush hour traffic. By this being is first car, he only drove to and from work. He would tell mom something just does not seem right with this car. Had a inspection in April 2018, everything ok for his warranty, Tires were needed, I purchased them for him. windshield wipers did not work, that was fixed, regular oil changes. IN OCTOBER 2018 FAST FORWARD TOOK HIS CAR TO THE GROCERY STORE, IN THE MIDST OF SHOPPING HEARD MY SON NAME OVER THE INTERCOM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIS CAR WAS ON FIRE. Im not saying anything, but really did you just give some vehicles that you knew you did not want, and charge us a high price. NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL. I truly believe DeAngelo took advantage of us. I took a hit on my credit score because I am letting the car go back. The money I can put in this car, I should just save and by me a decent used car out right. My son is highly upset, but I told him GOD IS GOING TO SEE US THROUGH THIS.

Waited 3.5hrs in the middle of the night, even though I was told it would be 90mins-2hrs (too much to begin with). Then the guy shows up & says my spare tire doesn’t fit and must be the wrong one (not true). Offered to tow my car for $95-130 “cash only”. Drives off, leaving me with an unsolved problem. I was very disappointed and frustrated with my service.

What kind of person comes on a very slow 2 almost dead side street at 3 oclock in the morning and turns on every light they have emergency light bar hook up lights and everything and just stands in the driveway and talks waking up Neighbors people wonder why no one yields to a tow truck as hard as we fight for the slow down Move Over Law some operators use their emergency lights inappropriate tried talking to this driver and he didnt have a damn thing to say just stood there talking for longer with all his lights flashing in everybodys window while he was parked right underneath a street light no need his truck was all the way to the curb totally disrespected for Neighbors total disrespect wouldnt never use this company if they will treat a human being in a neighborhood like this how would they treat your car strongly suggest not using this company
