My wife loves this place. The have the best selection of wigs and a huge floor space of beauty products. I always find something new when I come. They are a bit strict with their guidelines on try before you buy, but all in all, this is a great place to shop and find some amazing deals on beauty products especially for ethnic hair.

I went here with my two girlfriends who had items to get. I browsed around, very fun place for browsing they have lots of clothing, wigs, purses, makeup, jewelry and hair supplies of every kind. Im sure I must have left something out that they carry because they were a very well-stocked store also they had sufficient staff to attend to you.

I was there today and purchased a coin belt, earrings and something for the hair. I couldnt decide if I wanted to buy two belts and besided against it. I want home with my purchase and tried some outfits on with the belt and decided I wanted to go back and get another one. One very mean women refused to sell it to me and accused me of steeling the other belt. I tried to explain to her that I was there a couple of hours ago and purchased it and now I wanted to buy a second one. Well she refused to sell it to me and accused me of steeling the other belt. I tried again to tell her again that I had already bought it and taken it home and offered her my credit card to look it up and she refused to check. The other worker that got involved was the manager of clothing and she refused to let be buy it as well cause I didnt have a receipt. Well we started fighting and the manager actually grabbed me accusing me of trying to push the other women which I didnt do. I was angry and was posting my finger at her. I ended up having to drive home just to return with my receipt. I have never in my life been treated like this. I was traumatized . The owner was kind and made them both apologize but only cause they were forced to. I will never ever enter that store again and I recommend you dont either it you dont want to be treated like that. It was awful. She made a real scene in the store making me look very bad. Just a horrible horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN

Used to love going to this place, but over the past couple years the customer service has gone downhill. Ive gone in there many times with my mother and we can never get help, or employees are acting like they dont want to be bothered - as if they arent at their job. An employee in the wig department had a foul attitude, but we chalked it up to them maybe having a bad day - same thing from the woman at the register. Went in there again recently, and one of the employees rolled their eyes at my mom just for asking a question about a wig. Thats okay, they can keep their attitudes and I can keep my money.

They dont even deserve 1 star, however since we have to give them 1, it is what it is. If you re looking to be disrespected, then this is the place to go to. Its a shame that mediocre customer service is non-existent here. The clerk acts like she is doing the consumer a favor. Excuse me, youre in business due to the almighty black dollar. Fortunately for the clerk, my daughter was with me, so the tongue lashing she would have received, she got saved from! So I decided to leave my $45 worth of cosmetic purchases right there on the counter. I will not patronize any business that cant respect its customer base. Ive been to this location several times, I will NOT be going back!

Customer service lacked. They were not welcoming inside. Very unfriendly. I have no tolerance for such strict no return policies and no accommodations to try things on. There product are to cheaply made to leave me stuck in the end especially at those prices.

After patronizing this place for a number of years received the worst customer service I have ever received. I was looking for a certain product they sold out of didnt have it, I asked could it be ordered she said it would take a couple of weeks i said that was fine she said no and tried to get me to purchase something that i did not want. She was very pushy and kept trying to force me to buy something I did not want and would not order the product that they carried and were sold out of. I left the other items I was going to purchase and will not visit again until they have better customer service skills.

It was the worst I have ever had at this site and have been going here at least ten years.... the two ladies one the manger and one with blonde hair (not natural) was rude and disrespectful to my child.. snatched an item out of my childs and and then after I checked her she started talking in a different language... She knows English well enough.... I have now been trying to contact the owner and they are never there... They will never see another dollar from me... If you like to be treated with no respect then go there... I now will be going to Lees which is out of my way... But they treat people who are spending there money with them right...

I went there to purchase some professional salon product because salon centric wasnt open. I dont go to these illegal stores who sell to the public because there products are old and over priced. but i was hard up and needed some emergency supplies. The woman would not give me my cosmetology discount . this lady had me in the computer system but wouldnt apply the little 10% to my $150 dollar bill (all chemicals ) no hair none of that. then to add insult she slammed my bag on the table and said i give it to you then said never mind. so i asked can she take the babercide out the bag and she dumped all my items out the bag. I just left out the door. she was extremely rude and I know that this wont change her attitude towards her customers but I will be reporting this store to LARA. you dont treat anyone like that and in this beauty business you dont treat professionals like this especially when have the products you sell are illegal.

Kinda expensive on their name brand hair care products now. Such as the shampoos and conditioners. The bottles are a lot smaller now. But I did get something else I needed, but not what I really needed.

However most of the people that work there are not knowledgeable of the products they sell. I gave it a four 🌟 for having more items than some beauty supply stores that Ive been to.
