I was having issues with my washer. After doing a couple of hours of research on my own I somewhat diagnosed the problem. After reading Donalds reviews I decided to contact him. He immediately responded with his opinion based on the information I gave him and informed me in most cases I was better off just replacing the unit, and that it would be too costly to repair. Fast response, honest, and a true gentleman. After informing my landlord he decided to get a new unit based on Peters advice. Even though I did not use his services I decided to write my FIRST review on Yelp for Peter. Needed the door latch fixed on my 1999 Sharp Microwave that is built-in. Called American Service Alliance at 8:00 pm and Peter called me back and was able to come out the next day. It took him about an hour to repair the door latch and get the interior light working. No need to replace any parts. The price was $125. If I need parts replaced in the future he can order them for me. Great experience. Ill call him first for any other appliances that need fixing.
