If I could give negative stars for this company I would. I never write reviews but would rather buy 10 brand new dryers than hire them for a repair on the one in my home. Their service dept has 0 followthrough on appointments. 0 attention to rescheduling. Forgetting all the notes every time I called. I ended up canceling the repair today after weeks of phone tag and missed appointments and am eating their 125 dollar service fee. Another company is coming to repair it and are confident they can do so in one visit. Its a regular christmas miracle!Do not waste your energy or time with this terrible and unprofessional company.

Do not ever use this company! I had them come out for a repair of an oven hinge and they charged $255 to fix it. Only they didnt do the job correctly. The oven door would close fine but would not stay open so when you are taking a hot pan out of the oven the oven door will close on your arm! My tenant got burned taking something out of the oven and called me to complain. When i called TopHome, they sent the guy out but he couldnt figure out how to repair it. He said put a weight on the door and the spring will loosen up. After many more calls, Top Home says to call another repair company and they will not refund the money. In the meantime I still have a defective repair.In desperation, I looked up the repair on Youtube and found out that this oven takes one spring on one hinge and one hinge with no springs. The parts kit comes with 3 different springs for different ovens and you need to choose the right ones. The repair guy put 2 springs in instead of one and made the door close way too strong. I called TopHome to explain to them how their guy did not repair the oven correctly and they still would not send the repair man out again even though I would tell him how to fix the problem!Top Home is the worst service company I have ever dealt with. I have never posted a bad review in my life, but this experience compelled me to tell everyone. DONT EVER USE TOP HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR. THEY ARE DISHONEST CROOKS WHO DO A BAD JOB AND REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR WORK.

Top Home does great job! They fixed my old refrigerator and now its working well. I am very happy with their work and the price the quoted me. Highly recommended!

I just called for our fire departments ice machine, because their website says commercial repairs. Come to find out, we need to update our website, as no more commercial repairs. Thanks for your misleading, outdated website!

My 5 year old refrigerator was making very loud noises. After trying to fix it myself I finally gave up and called Top Home. They scheduled me for a next day appointment. The repairman John was a very nice guy and super knowledgeable. It did not take him long to figure out what was the problem. He replaced the part and tested my fridge. I am very impressed with the service. Now my fridge is working well. I will call them again if I have any appliance issues.

Our GE refrigerator broke down and stopped cooling. These guys came out the same day and fixed it. Very satisfied.
