I have to say that the purchasing experience was above and beyond. I worked with Zoe and she was not only able to get me the model I want, but also arranged free installation and even the metal board to cover up the hole left by the old microwave. The communication was excellent. I received calls before and during the installation day to keep me updated. The installer did a wonderful job putting the range hood up and even gave me a in-service on how to use it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product itself.

Our new home came with an over-the-range microwave that had no suction so one of our first big purchases was a solid hood. Zoe was very friendly and professional to help us put in an order. She was transparent about the delay in the installment (most likely due to pandemic) and gave us the exact date we would get it, which they honored.On the day, the installer was very fast and efficient. He called 20 minutes before arriving to give me the heads up, and had the hood up and running in about an hour. He even took away our old microwave no charge!Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. We were okay with the order delay since it is not their fault and we chose the more popular hood. Be sure to order when they have a promo, we walked away with a free soy milk maker and air fryer!

I was told to pay $80 to have someone come over to my house to see what model of range hood will fit in my kitchen. I waited for 3 weeks for the appointment. When the guy arrived, all he told me is that I need to find a contractor to do the installation. Why cant they tell me in the beginning that they dont do the installation? So I have to spend $80 just to have them tell me that!

Asians have different kitchen appliances. These are items that are used in Asian and some of these you cant find in your department stores. They carry ranges, but they also carry these appliances. If you need a hot water pot that keeps hot water all day long, you can get it here, or an electric pressure cooker, or a fancy rice cooker. Theyre happy to answer questions you may have.
