I never write reviews but I had to because this is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered this couch almost two months ago and was told on Saturday (4/23/21) that they had it. It was supposed to get delivered today but when I called the store the lady (Wendy!) didn’t even know what I was talking about. Said there’s no delivery scheduled for today. Then she says the couch isn’t even there!!! Like huh?! If they don’t deliver my couch by tomorrow I will be demanding a refund. I had already took my old couch to the dump and everything! Never renting from Rent-A-Center again! 😡

Great place to bring your family and friends home need

Why am I not surprised that the District Manager did not call me as they said he would. Its been 48 hours. Really? Do they not care about there customers at all.Update: 2 days have went by and I still have no resolution. I called the 800 number below and the lady was going to call the store and get this picked up today and see about getting me my money back. she stated she will call me back. That was about 11am this morning and I have still not heard from anyone. So once again, I am getting the run around. I am getting ready to sit these out on the sidewalk.4:38pm Just got off the phone after calling the 800 number a second time. Another run around. She called the store and now they say they cant pick up til Saturday and the District Manager will call me back with in 24 to 48 hours. Common sense says I called today 24 hours start today when I called tomorrow should be 48 hours, but No, I was corrected, there 24 hours dont start til the day after you call.I have bought from Rent A Center in San Jose, Tracy and Hayward and never had any issues. There service was excellent. But every since I placed my order with this Rent A Center there has been all kinds of issues and being put on hold for 25 minutes or more is unacceptable. Tired of getting the run around. The customer service here is horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just come and get your items back and refund me my money.

Excellent customer service

Ive been here before several times I never stay with in contract with them I always pay off before the 90days because they become so annoying the only reason Im giving them 1 star because thats the lowest rate! Wendy said she will call me Saturday 9/17/16 after I made a deal on a laptop Im trying to find a brand new one for the price I will be paying for on a use laptop that Im not even sure if it works completely because at the store the touch pad wasnt working you would think they would make it a little cheaper but NO! Thats not the case... Anyway long story short today is Monday 9/19/16 I called the store to see when I can pick up my laptop I already put a deposit down for and the guy that answer the phone says to call back at 11am cause WENDY wasnt there it was 10am the first call 2nd call 11:15am she still not there and even the guy that answer couldnt help me he said to call back at 12pm so I did same thing shes not there call back in 30mins so when I call back and no help I will just get my refund I hate dealing with unprofessional people!

They hardly have any type of variety of products and the staff acts like their not intwrested in selling or leasing to new customers. Oh and the female that works their is incredibly rude!

Rent A Center, the prices are so high.
