Great service! I had a screw in my tire’s sidewall (not patchable). They set me up with a new tire mounted and installed quickly.

Took my car to get a tire replaced and they scraped my wheel to hell and then didnt want to admit it first they tried to say it was already there then they said that it was because the wheel had locknuts if you have aftermarket wheels and care for them don’t bring them here my wheels are a couple months old now I have to buy another one

They are one of the best in the area. I first went there to patch a tire. I was in and out of place in under 10min.Recently, I went to Firestone of Oakland to replace a tire from Tirerack.com. It started my nightmare. I went there to fix a single tire (slow leak from TPMS) and came out with a new set of tires (4 qty and cost me over $900). However, the problem still persists with the same tire/wheel. I went back there three more times to schedule and fix the valve of the same wheel, which was the original problem. After all that, I went back to Tire Sales & Service Co., and they fixed the TPMS issue in 10min for $20.Please go to this place for all your Tire/Wheel needs.

I’m so grateful this store was open on Sunday. 15 minutes and two patched tires and I was on my way. It was a huge relief to get my tires fixed so easily.

Needed a couple new tires. Checked with my normal go-to and they had to order them and I would have to return in 2 days. That was not acceptable. Rim Guys had what I needed. They had 6 guys ready to pounce on my vehicle with the quickness. I was in and out in abt 40 min tops and on my way.

Fast and cheap. I drove up and they had fixed a flat tire and a dented wheel in 5 minutes.

Had a flat yesterday, brought it to these guys at 8:35. On the road again at 8:50, only $10 charge. Great, fast service I recommend.

Just tried to get basic wheel Alignment as Id had an emergency flat that I repaired, and was forced into an upsell for new set of tires. They refused to service without the upsell. I would have been fine with coming back for a new set of given the alignment first.Also walking up to my car while smoking and blowing cigarette smoke in my face isnt the best way to sell tires. The tires I have are fine I got the Alignment at a better shop already.Obviously theres a reason you have 5 guys sitting outside and no visitors.Go elsewhere.

Pulled out a huge screw out of my tire, patched it for 10 bucks, and back on the road in 20 minutes. Solid neighborhood tire place!

Not good. Took tire in with nail, they repaired, I drove off. Tire was flat 4 hours later. Took it in again, they repaired again,I drove off. Tire was flat 4 days later. Theyre cheap: you get what you pay for. Q.E.D.

Dont come here! The worst service ever! They put the tire wrong, and I went back a few days later. The tire they changed felt very bumpy while driving! They mistreated me. They told me my shocks are bad, and they even told me thats not the side they changed the tire! Well, it was. After they changed it again or put it correctly, the bumpy sound and feeling were gone. Just a week later, I got a flat tire! Why? Well, better ask these guys! Disrespectful - might be only to women?! - and putting the tire wrongly - I would not go to this place again!

These guys are gems! Professional, knowledgeable, and quick. My Camry got a bolt through the tire, too much damage to patch, and on Easter weekend. I called around to several open, local garages to check if any had a pair of my tires on hand. Rim guys got me that answer within 15 seconds on the phone: yes, no problem, come in whenever, and quoted me a great price. Was so impressed by their price that I swapped out 5 tires (inc. my spare). They got them changed for me in 15 minutes. Next day, I found out the hard way that my valve on one of my tires was leaky, went back to them - same day assistance where the guys replaced 2 valves for me at no extra charge. The gentleman who helped me was understanding and happy to explain what had happened, how they were handling it, and that it shouldnt happen again. All this at a still amazing price, an excellent customer experience, very good tire brands, and on a holiday weekend. Rim guys has a customer for life, and if anyone is looking for a service provider, I highly recommend you call them and support their awesome business!

These guys are terrific! I had all four wheels balanced yesterday. They got it done quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable price for the wheel balancing. They were attentive to all of the customers who stopped by. Highly recommended and will be back if I ever need their services again.

I recently just got a whole new tire set from a different place but they did not do wheel alignments. I was referred to this place by A&A Tire Shop in Berkeley and I am so happy that they did. The men working are friendly and prompt. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes, before I even got settled in my seat essentially. The price for alignment for both front and back was also very reasonable and fair. I will happily recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back in the future. Thank you Rimguys!

I brought my new tires here to get installed. They began installing the wheels back without balancing them first. I asked the manager, who told the employees to balance the tires. A few weeks later, I got a flat, and discovered that they cross-threaded the lug nut. Not a fun discovery on the side of the road. I ended up paying $160 to replace the lug on the wheel. More recently, while doing a rotation, I noticed that one of the tires they installed was mounted backwards -- theyre all-weather tires, and have a direction of rotation printed on them. The backwards tire got a lot more worn.In short, DO NOT COME HERE, and if you do, watch them like a hawk to make sure they dont screw everything up.

***********CONSUMERS BEWARE************Technician dropped my car off jack and caused body damage. At first owner said no problem just take it to whichever body shop I wanted but now trying to wiggle out of it by lying to his insurance company. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair as well as hiring an attorney. If you value your vehicle take it elsewhere!!!

Overfilled my partner’s tires to an extreme degree - clearly didn’t even use a gauge to check the pressure. Half the mechanics also wear their masks under their nose or chin, which, ya know, defeats the purpose of a mask.

Quick, reliable, affordable, quality service. No time to chat, but they get the job done without nickel and diming you.

Avoid. Went with an adjustable camber bolt set and ECB pads to install. Asked for full negative front camber and neutral toe. I had this instruction printed out and explained to several techs what I wanted.Went in to check. They had set to full positive camber. Said I’d requested that. Even though it was literally written on provided instructions.They had a backup for the alignment bay, so just rushed me off, wheels completely out of alignment, steering wheel at 3 o’clock. Charged me $50 just for the bolt switch (it’s a 10 second job when the wheel is off, which it was for brakes.) $180 total for ruining car.They refused to give me a print out of the final alignment. I left with an almost undrivable vehicle and limped it to AVN in Alameda (highly recommended) to be fixed.I suspect most of the positive comments on here are paid bot content. It’s impossible not to be the case One of the apprentices was removing bike locks for someone with stolen bikes as I waited. Jeez.

Would come here before Big O any and all times! Nathan is the person that helped me. I asked to buy two new tires, not because I wanted to, and certainly had not budgeted for that cost, but was so sick of the constant tire issues I’ve been having, so just wanted to start fresh. Nathan told me he could see the nail in my tire and was happy to “save” me some money and simply “fix” the tire. The wait time was short to get it under the jack, and maybe 10 minutes to repair and get my car road ready. That he bypassed a sale of two new tires to help me will keep me a regular customer although I love 50 miles away. You are a hero in my book Nathan, thank you so much. And please know when I have the cost of those tires budgeted, I will be buying them here.

They took me after a short wait, changed my tire within 5 minutes, and charged me an incredibly reasonable and kind price. They made a hard day ok. I went in between this shop and autozone two or three times because they kept misinforming me on what exactly was needed for my car. Dude thought I needed two rotors for one tire’s replacement brake service, which makes no sense. Maybe he was trying to say I needed two back rotors, either way... I wasted 1.5 hours trying figure out what they even needed to fix my car and it’s still not done. Don’t waste your time or energy, and just spend a little more if you’re able to go somewhere else.
