People here are very competent and very friendly. The place has the making of a 5 star service, however they are severely understaffed or poorly managed. It took 45 minutes to get an advisor to look at my car after I arrived on time for an appointment. The line for people to get a shuttle was longer than the line of cars waiting to get serviced. Avoid this place if possible.

Decent so far. Spent more money on service than expected, but it was necessary. The Lyft service is convenient. They should bring back the complimentary snacks and beverages.

Chase my service manager was very helpful. He even gave me his cell phone number. The repair took three visits. First to order the part then to replace the latch. Then when it would not work they realized it was the actuator. I didnt like paying for the latch but they didnt keep the old one and they gave me a slight discount on the time involved. So Im okay with it

Never any pressure to do more than what is advised for my car. No major complaints after about 8 visits.

They always give me good service, but they always forget some little details when they do the service. This time they did my oil brake service and they forgot to put the cap back on. Thank god my husband saw it if not I would’ve ended up with no brakes if that thing catches air.
