I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve 5+ stars!Ray and Mike Roddy were very knowledgeable in ordering a new F250 and Mike kept me updated throughout the entire process. The truck was delivered on a Friday and they made every effort to have it ready to roll within hours. All of the paperwork was ready when I arrived and the sales process was incredibly smooth with Scott and Bob. I couldn’t be happier with the team at Ray Haskell, and the beautiful new truck! I’ve bought a lot of vehicles and my overall experience here was top notch. Highly recommend!
Very easy to schedule service and not weeks out. Pleasant service team and advisor. Nice clean wait area with refreshments. Reason cost for dealership and certainly dealership quality with no concerns as to the job being done right.
My lease was up from a different dealership and I decided to buy out my lease and Ray Haskells made it very easy for me to do, even though I did not buy it there. There office workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience over all.
My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Ray Haskell Ford...my latest being my Ford Edge...which I absolutely love!!! Have always received excellent service there...very professional and process of buying my car have always gone smoothly!!! I would highly recommend them for your next automobile purchase!!
Awesome bunch of people. They were so kind and patient with my son as I shopped for a new vehicle. They went out of their way to take care of us and my family and I couldnt be more appreciative. Ask for Matt for your salesman. Im sure they all rock but Matt was awesome and super down to earth guy. Whenever we need another vehicle, Ray Haskell Ford will be our first stop!
I’ve serviced all of my vehicles there for the past 6 years and they are by far the most honest and trustworthy of any dealership I’ve dealt with in over 30 years.
Dont waste your time, the sale people do not follow through with what they say they will do! At Ray Haskells all they want to do is sell you a car and get you out the door and will say what they need to.
5000 OVER MSRP... biggest crooks you will find right here ladies and gentlemen 😂😀
Had a tranny go out on me at 140 thou miles i had bought the car 3 months before private sale i figured id call the local dealership to see what if anything could be done. Obviously almost nothing could be done because my car was older no warrenty so i then asked about replacing the tranny completely and told them what i had heard about the cost around 3g and they said that sounds alil high so i then asked about getting a new one and they told me that they could not get one anymore through ford impossible.I then said well who in the area could fix the bad tranny and they said that they were unsure no idea so i then said well if i use a pick a part i will spend about the same money and a few months later it will be toast and the guy said well that seems odd about the price but yea could be a gamble.I call a few yards and ask if they have a trans one place asks me if i have the numbers from the trans i say no im not sure what you asking its a 4r75e trans and the person says well there are 2 different ones i need some numbers i then ask well how do i find out they say well you should be able to call the ford dealer and give them the vin.So call back service a guy there tells me a part number and i thought that doesnt sound right so i tell him what the yard told me and they said what they had so i call back the yard and give them the number ford gave me and they say thats not it at all can you look at the trans and see anything and i say no and they say well we need the tag number before we look for anything. So i call back ford and they insist they gave me the right number and repeat it.Needless to say i ended up having to call bangor ford they seemed to know exactly what i was looking for the first call.
Very nice place to deal with they go a 150 %
Great folks to do business with. Went in with realistic expectations and they exceeded what I wanted. They went to Mass to get the exact truck I wanted to make the deal work. Was very happy with the straight forward process of the sale as well as the financing. Cut and dry just like I wanted.Big thanks to Don and Dean in sales for working with me to get the deal I wanted without he pushy sales tactics found at other dealers. Id also like to thank Jason in Finance for explaining the sales process and being upfront.
I went with my father, who is 100% disabled and on a fixed income, to purchase a used F150 on Monday, April 26, 2021. Within hours of purchasing the vehicle, he reported back to them that the rear window switch was not working and that the check engine light had come on and the vehicle lost power. They said to bring it in on Friday April 30, 2021 and theyd go good on the repair, saying they would replace the plugs and coils as they should have been done as scheduled maintenance before the sale. When my dad showed up, they told him there was a $100 deductible. After arguing with them, they conceded that he should not be charged the deductible as he reported the issues immediately. They took the vehicle into the shop, and returned it to him unchanged, stating that there was no code stored in the vehicle (even though my cheap scanner was able to see a code). They didnt fix the widow switch either, saying the part had not come in yet.Fast forward to May 11, 2021 the vehicle was running progressively worse. My father contacted them about bringing it back in, they insisted on waiting until the window switch came in, and insisted that there was a $100 deductible again.By May 12, 2021, the vehicle could barely achieve 55 MPH and was almost hit as it would not accelerate in traffic. My father called the dealership again and had to leave a message, which was never returned.Thursday May 13, 2021, my father could not get them to answer the phone or return calls, so he limped the vehicle back to the dealership. They said it needed a fuel pump and an ECU reflash, and that it would once again be a $100 deductible. After citing state law and the consumer protection act regarding used vehicles, the dealership stated they would take the $100 out of the salesmans commission and that the vehicle would go in for the fuel pump repair at the beginning of the week.Monday May 17, 2021, The fuel pump shows up at the dealership, but they dont want to schedule the appointment yet because.... the window switch hasnt shown up yet.Wednesday May 19, 2021, the vehicle is unsafe to be on the roadways. My father calls to see when he can bring it in and is now told that the fuel pump hasnt shown up yet.Friday May 21, 2021, the truck was supposed to be fixed today, and they did put the new fuel pump in yesterday, but the vehicle still isnt running right. My father called several times and left messages with the service manager asking for updates. No calls were returned. About an hour before closing I brought my dad in to get answers in person, only to find his truck was still outside. I asked the service manager when it would be ready and he said theyd have to order a high pressure fuel pump. They dont stock the part there for some reason even though the F150 is the number one selling vehicle on the planet, and the 3.5L Ecoboost is used across Fords entire lineup. I asked if they had a loaner car for him to use, and they said they didnt have one for him. Later in our visit we found this to be false.Monday May 24, 2021, the high pressure fuel pump arrived, but they did not install it because they didnt have any bays open in the garage.Tuesday May 25, 2021, the truck is in the shop, but no answers as they are on lunch break. If past experience is any indicator, we wont hear anything back today unless we go there. The best case scenario here is extreme incompetence between the sales, management, and service staff. The worst case scenario is that these guys get their jollies off on making life harder for someone who they know does not have access to money and has difficulties moving around. If Ray Haskell ends up righting their ship, Ill gladly update this review with the results, but I didnt want to wait any longer to warn others about my fathers experience.
The process was smooth and easy. We had bought from the same salesperson before and knew he would be straightforward
As always, the service was great for my Ford truck. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to make an online appointment- the website does not save my information so I have to re-enter every time, and the website is quite finnicky.
I bought a vehicle from Ray Haskell on January 9th of 2021. Right from the start, I should have run the other way. The salesman was extremely pushy but I looked past it because I liked the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in on April 8th, 2021 for The Works. The technician found a problem with the steering shaft. We asked if they would work with me on the work as I had bought the vehicle 4 months prior. They immediately refused. They refused to do anything unless I paid 400-450 bucks for them to change it. I found the part online for less than 100 bucks and can fix it myself. The service guy said they dont look at anything on vehicles unless it can fail the inspection. This dealership is horrible and will never get my business again. Its obvious that this dealership will say and do whatever to make the sale but will not stand behind their vehicles and will not work with customers. I will tell everyone I know not to come here so they dont have to feel like they got screwed when they leave here like I did.
Great service department. Eli went above and beyond to help get my truck back to me as soon as possible and fix all issues, known and unknown to me. My truck drives just like it did when I pulled it off the lot now. Thank you!
If your feeling fruity and want a lemon this is your place.... paid double then when it came time for repairs they refused the rental paid for by manufacturer for recall
Very nice and listened to what I had to say and have handled any issues professionally
Always very helpful and friendly in the service department.
I had brought my 2013 Fiesta in which was to fix a recall on the fix of a previous recall. The car was also being noisy and starting to act up and we had mentioned that as well when we made the appointment. Now when I say acting up, search Ford Fiesta Transmission and youll see the problems this and many others with the PowerShift Transmission have endured. The recall was never mentioned in any of the return paperwork and I was still charged for them to tell me my car acting up was likely due to the transmission. The solution was they needed to take the car apart to look at it for X amount of hours at X amount of dollars. Or they told us we could pick from all the cars for sale too but we wont give you a trade in offer until you find a car you like.Today I received ANOTHER notice reminding me that my recall had not been fixed yet (confirming my suspicions). Other Ford dealerships (even Ray Haskell Ford) have worked on and patched the other issue at no charge in the past. I have ALL my paperwork confirming this... I dont know why this time was different? The shuttle was in Augusta so we told them to call us when the shuttle returned but never received a phone call. and The waiting room was at a limited capacity due to COVID and we were unable to sit inside. Ended up walking 7 miles home...Luckily for us, many coworkers, friends and family have been purchasing cars and weve convinced them so steer clear of you. Its a Hassle dealing with Haskell.
I shopped around and found the same exact truck but in better condition for $14,000 less. This place willl rip you off, make sure and check prices at other dealerships.
Easy to make appointment, they did a good job on the car.
Good experience, not issues at all!
UPDATE RESPONSE. The only reason I updated was because they responded like they wanted to correct a problem or work with me. I believe the response is just to make them look like they care. They couldve reached out instead of commenting here. If you dont read the rest. Here was a summary of the phone call. The guy I spoke to told me since I didnt try to let them correct a problem a second time and I left a bad review he was pretty sure they couldnt do anything for me. I might receive a call back(never did). This is where those bad dealership/salesman stories come from. Here’s more on my experience: I had no problems with the actual purchase. That part went smooth. The one sales guy said it had brand new tires. I was dealing with 2 different salesman. My fault I bought the truck at night. The tires did look brand new but next day you could see they were all dry rot on the inside or tread. They had a manufacturer date of 10/14 so they were the original tires. I though no way they would knowingly tell me they were new and assumed it was a mistake. I called on Monday since I had noticed them Saturday evening. It was a relief when they told me to bring it in and told me they’d look at them. The Sales guy took me over to Service department who informed him nothing he could do unless Sales wanted to buy tires since they technically passed state inspection. They both informed me they had spare tires with dry rot. I ended up having to replace 5 tires(including spare). I attached a picture and all of the tires are like this. The best they could do on price was 33,000. I find out they had it advertised for 28,000 online. Im not sure who keeps commenting to all the bad reviews that they are transparent and honest(They are not). The guy I spoke with on phone said the salesman don’t always know the prices. Thats why they dont always post them online(the price is on me). My salesman had to run and ask the other guys everything because he didn’t know. He did say he was new. This just proved that they are not up front about pricing and if you are going to buy you better ask every salesman, manager, and check what they have online for pricing. I also attached a screen shot of the add.I read the response to my review and gave a call. I didnt ask for anything or even suggest anything. It was more of how dare I give them a bad review for something I had a problem with and they didnt work with me the first time and not give them another try. They guy asked what problems I had. I informed him that within a week or 200 miles the truck needed a new turbo and vacuum hub. The dash had a rattle. This was because the truck was from Canada and when they did the cluster swap it looks like they only but 2 of the 4 bolts back in the instrument cluster and non in the bezel. He asked if I tried to let them correct the problem. I told him that I tried to approach them about the tires and they did nothing. He told me he didn’t think they could do anything for me since I had already left a bad review and I didn’t let them try to fix the problem. I also informed him that the warranty they gave me on the truck was 3 month/3000 miles with a 100 deductible and no one would tell me that the truck was still under Fords Factory warranty. They did know the truck was under Factory warranty because they had submitted a claim for warranty work. I guess he didn’t understand that replacing the tires would have been working with me. Since according to them they were brand new. Plus, I’m not sure how many times I have to give them a chance to make a situation right. Also, they get paid to do warranty work. The way this plays out is I went back to them and they did the work and they charge me the $100 deductible? or they tell me they are waiving the deductible like they are doing me a favor? He wanted me to give them more business so they could make themselves look good? In the end, he said he would let the salesman know and he might call me back. He also reminded me that he was pretty sure they couldn’t do anything for me because of the bad review.
Excellent Sales and Service departments
Sales rep wasn’t all that professional, very pushy and very impatient. Spoke to a rep on the phone that i didn’t mind to much was very nice guy listened etc. when I went in and started asking questions to a different sales rep because that’s who approached me the response was very rude and sarcastic. While speaking on the phone had a different couple options but when I got there was totally different and the guy was trying to push it all on me. Undercut my trade in by a substantial amount was basically giving me pocket change compared to the worth and yes I had it appraised. When asking for my keys to my vehicle to leave I almost had to argue to get them given to me. Called to make a complaint and I got laughed at on the phone. Very rude and would not recommend to anybody I know.
Very good to deal with staff is very friendly don haskell was my salesman and if you are going to buy a vehicle at Rays ask for don great guy
JP in sales is absolutely fabulous! I came by on a Saturday because my vehicle was showing low on air in one tire. Even though the service department was not open JP came out of the showroom checked my tires for me and added air to the one that needed it! It was a very cold day and I didnt know how to do this so Im super appreciative of the willingness to go the extra mile. Brett is always fair and helpful in the service department. I did not buy my vehicle here but I do get it serviced here. Brett has always gone out of his way to help me find the best solutions. Because of them when I am ready to buy I will start here!
I wouldnt buy A mud flap from these guys let alone a vehicle. Sales guy very disrespectful
My new F-350 was my first vehicle to design, order and take delivery on. Don and the people at Ray Hakell made it easy. Great job. Note: the service department is grade A good.
The salesmen are very nice and work with you to help get you in a vehicle that you want!!!Answer all your questions even if you think its a dumb one!!!
Had a great experience at Ray Haskell this week. Went in to buy a new vehicle and was walked through the process by a gentleman there who was a great help. Friendly salesmen and a great staff all around. Would recommend the dealership to any of my friends or family. Thank you to the Haskell crew for the help and family atmosphere!
Great group of people treated me very well
Very helpful; bill was less than I expected. They even washed it! When it was done they parked it beside a State Police cruiser, though. Hope it didnt catch the swine flu!
Im constantly receiving bogus scratch and lottery tickets in the mail as a feeble attempt to earn my business. Without quality customer service or fair business practice to use as advertisement, Ray Haskell Ford must rely on illegitimate lottery flyers to bring people to their doors. If they treat people this poorly before seeing their face, I cant imagine what its like once they have a checkbook on their hands.Hard pass Ray.
I went in for an alignment. Turned out I needed some work done before I could get an alignment. But it is a very nice and clean place. They offer free drinks and snacks while you are waiting. Very nice seating, free wifi, television. I would highly recommend it.
Very impressed with the service department. We were traveling from Pennsylvania and had an issue with our car. We called the dealership in the morning and they found time to squeeze us in and remedy the situation quickly. They went above and beyond to help us when another Ford dealership in the area couldn’t find the time to help. Thank you very much!
My Daughter attends Colby College and we are 14 hours away from her. Its comfortable to know that when she ever had an issue with her Ford Edge, Ray Haskell dealership has went above and beyond helping her.Quick, Professional, and Very Friendly! Hats off to Howard True who has helped my daughter!!!!Highly Recommended!Tony D.
Had an issue while traveling in my Ford. We were half way into a 12 hour drive. Got my truck there and asked for help. I was told they were booked and may be able to get to it the following day. Definitely was not feeling the customer service Id grown accustomed to at MY Ford dealer. Decided to go somewhere else.
Just bought a new F-150 for freedom! Best sales, service, management and owner of any car dealership, period! Alton was pretty cool too.
Great service and great employees! Always a pleasure to bring my car in.
There service department is very kind and does an exceptional job. Sales team is VERY nice and will do everything and work with anyone interested in buying a vehicle!! Highly recommend Ray Haskell Ford and Lincoln
KNOW WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH. Don’t give personal information to any stranger. For such a reputable business, they certainly do not look into their current employees. A current saleswoman Cardinia, is not only a former felon for fraud but also has a warrant out for her arrest in the state of Massachusetts, amazing what a google search can do! Certainly not giving my I.D and social security number to a wanted fraud! Thanks but no thanks, going to wait to purchase until we’re back south for the winter!
Very friendly and courteous sales men, and a great finance guy that works with the banks. He spent hours and many phone calls negotiating with banks to find us a car that we badly needed, and keeping it in our price range despite my not so great credit. Very happy !
Awesome experience! Salesmen was not pushy like most places. Very relaxed comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely go back.
The folks at Ray Haskell not only did a great job fixing my car, they stayed in budget too. Thank you for doing a great job!
I recommend everyone treat themselves and their vehicle to a day spa treatment. Oil changed, tires rotated, all fluids topped off and (the best part) my vehicle is showroom clean. Did I mention the customer service? Top notch! Kudos to Haskell Ford.
My father passed away and I inherited his Ford F150. Its nice when people remember my father. They treated me with respect, didnt try to talk me into a different vehicle. Truck had a recall and needed an sticker. Passed and still going strong.
Beyond good
They just did a bunch of remodeling inside, its a very nice facility! The staff is VERY friendly and work very hard to make sure that you have a pleasurable car buying experience before AND after. After you buy your car from them, you get discounted rates when you bring it in for maintenance as well as free car washes. Their waiting room is very comfortable, with free coffee and soda.I would highly recommend Ray Haskell
I had a fantastic experience at Ray Haskell Ford from the get go. The service department is the best in the business. Matt was able to help me quickly select a truck that surpassed my every expectation. The sales process was smooth and seamless. When I talked with Bob the finance guy he explained everything to me and made sure I knew what my options were. Kudos to you guys in these hard times (Covid-19) you made buying a a new truck fun and SAFE!!!
I wanted to personally thank the team at Ray Haskell Ford for making my car buying experience so quick and easy! These people are so on their game. From the moment i entered the dealership until i walked out the door with my new car, I was treated like family. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend them to everyone I know. THANK YOU ALL!!
Service department is amazing they try hard to please and offer great service. i would like to see a larger inventory of pre owned vehicles but overall i usually go for service and its amazing. waiting room is better then most and offer food and drink while you wait for free. very friendly staff
Had a great time at the event. Very kind and respectful. Matt was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
Very pleased with my visit. The kept me advised with what was need for my car service. Also had me out within their estimate of time needed.Comfortable waiting area. Rockers are a nice touch.
Very outstanding service in their maintenance.
Salesman new my name when I walked in—impressive. One comment—you are waiting for your vehicle eagerly and no word is coming. You finally call the dealership and they tell you “Your car is ready.” WHY, wasn’t I called??? Happens many different places in many contexts.
Terrible service! Had an appointment and left the vehicle. It was FOUR days before they even looked at it. A week more to perform replace a molded leadframe connector. Only provided one of the two new keys I ordered. FAILED to address the screeching that was outlined in the original work order but still charged me $52.50. UNBELIEVABLE! Only follow up over the entire 11 days was to return my calls inquiring about what was going on. $994.13 and loss of my vehicle for 11 days and didnt address the issues I asked about. Charged me for work not even performed. They received 1 star because there was no opportunity to provide NONE.
People were nice. That’s the only redeeming factor. Sweepstakes promised a big win and that was the only reason we went there from long distance. The mail is a flat out lie and scheme to get you to show up. Deceitful scam
Advertised a deal but I sure did not get one.
Just want to say Loving my new Ford Escape and my husband liking his new Ford F -150. Great group of people to do business with. Excellent customer service!!
I purchased a brand new Ford Edge at Ray Haskell ford during a recent big sale. Great sales team! All around great experience, would definitely refer family or friend! Thank you!
Drove in here after a bad day and they absolutely made my day!! Wonderful people and very helpful and friendly and did all they could to put me in a perfect vehicle at the right price for me :D I highly recommend this dealership!! I should have just gone here first!!! Definitely will next time! Made me feel right at home! Very nice atmosphere!!!!
We went out to the Ford place to see if we want anything and we did we got $5 a piece it was fun
My husband just bought our car there and they were great. They worked on a price that we could afford, were patient, friendly, and very professional. Very happy and will gladly recommend to people!
This Ford Escape is the 3rd vehicle Ive purchased with the crew at Ray Haskell Ford Lincoln and Ive always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Theyre great at answering my questions and explaining things in a way that doesnt make me feel like a total idiot, like some slimballs do. When Im shopping for a new vehical, JP is my go to salesman! He listens to what I want and does his best to get it for me, and if he cant he comes up with other options that may make up for the things that he cant accommodate. Jason the Finance Manager is also amazing! We really wanted this vehicle to be in my name only, where I have always needed a cosigner in the past. He worked his butt off to find me an opportunity where I wouldnt be blown out of the water by the interest rate or payment but still have the goal of the loan in only my name. And he made it happen! These guys at Ray Haskell Ford Lincoln are outstanding they really go the extra mile to help you get into the best fitting vehicle and financial situation. I wont go to anybody else!
Fantastic service department. However, questionable sales personnel. Pushy and impatient.
Buyer beware. They will promise you the world but as soon as you sign papers all those promises disappear. They promised Weathertech mats. Gone. Promised one price but that changed to their benefit. Quoted one interest rate, that went up. Just be sure their promises are in writing because if theyre not? Well good luck. Plus they are rather pushy. The salesman was ok. The others were a little irritating. You asked my opinion. There you go. Shame on you.
We were welcomed with a friendly staff, and the building is gorgeous. My husband and I dont have amazing credit but they worked with us for hours. Due to a mishap with the credit company putting a freeze on our credit we werent able to get a car. But, our salesperson sat with us for hours while we fought with Experian. When we get the issue resolved we are 100% going back.
WE had a fuel pump go out on our truck and the staff at Ray Haskell got into the shop identified the problem and fixed in in just two days, they had to order the part. They told me ahead of time what the cost would be, so there were no surprises there. I felt they took very good care of me and my truck they want repeat business and it shows.
Rob went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly company
Ive been screwed over by Charlies dealerships. Multiple times! Ive been treated very disrespectful from Charlies dealership just because Im a girl. I did not know what to expect when I went to Ford dealership, but I got a lot of respect. Theyre very kind and welcoming people there and they actually make you feel like youve been best friends with them for years. I just bought a Ford Fusion off of them so far this is one of my best investments of my life! they actually asked me how Im doing and how the car is going for me. And do I like it. Most dealerships wouldnt gives two craps after you buy it. They could care less how its going even if you told them this dealership is by far the only dealership Ive ever come across that actually care
Very accommodating, made the transition from my focus to an escape seemless and easy. Thanks JP
I had my Edge SUV detailed along with oil change. When I dropped the Edge off it was a complete mess inside and out. The service department and all who worked on my vehicle make it look like it was brand new vehicle, shiny clean inside, floors all cleaned and the whole vehicle smelled wonderful. I am really impressed with service and taking care of the details that my vehicle needed and all of the people at Ray Haskell Ford are the best to deal with, polite, accommodating and get the job done with no hassles.. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Ray Haskell Ford they will be my company of of choice to buy the next vehicle from aswell. Thank you all at Ray Haskell Ford. Gail Rizzo, Lakepoint Real Estate
WOW That was the best experience ive had in many years on purchasing a vehicle!! The staff bent over backwards to help me get the Truck that I wanted. They Made it happen, I was surprised by how they treated me, it made me feel like family, being New to the area I was expecting the worst but I feel like I Got the best!! I Will be backThank You Ray Haskell Ford!!!
Love our 2017 Ford Escape but not the service received at Ray Haskell Ford, Lincoln! It will not go back there again!! When a tool that was in the back and was missing after being serviced we were hollered at and was told they never went in the vehicle. How come papers from the glove department were strewed over the passenger seat?? We have been told by people in Waterville, ME not to go there for this reason. Wish we had listened to them before this hapopened.
Awesome place driving out of here with a new truck very very helpful easy to work with
**BUYERS BEWARE ** I’m in the market for a nice pre owned vehicle so I figured I would stop by Ray Haskell and I saw a few cars that I had an interest in. I went in and spoke with Don Haskell and told him I was trying to build my credit. He insisted that he could check my credit score without making any impact on my credit report or score, so I told him okay. The very next day I got a notification that indeed Ray Haskell Ford pulled a hard inquiry on my credit. I figured I would go in and let Dan know I did not appreciate him lying to me. When I showed him the credit report with the inquiry from Ray Haskell he said it wasn’t from them! He flat out lied again. I will not do business with them and will warn anyone looking for a new or used car to stay far away from this dealership unless you want to be lied to before you even look at a car. Shame on you Ray Haskell Ford.
This was a routine maintenance. The service was great as always.
Service dept is wonderful but I wouldnt buy a car here
Awesome experience Had my sales girl Cardinia hook me up with s new expedition! She is amazing personable and relatable. The whole wonderful experience was a new and refreshing. This Ford team is helpful willing to work within a budget limit and still get me into a vehicle I want that meets my needs. Thank -you Cardinia and the whole Ford team that made my day!
Had a recall on my 2014 Ford Escape. I was given an estimate of two days and the work was completed in one. Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I will be using them for all my future service needs and will go to them for my next vehicle.
Will purrington is who I bought my recent car off from. Very good to deal with, and made the buying process extremely easy. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car.
The car salesman and manager of the sales department were very rude disrespectful but what do you expect from a car salesman but a snakes smile. as for the mechanics who actually fix the car I bought there and made it good and right again they were awesome so sales department was horrible mechanics Department was awesome. I give the mechanics⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s but less then one ⭐for the car salesman
Im not impressed with the salespeople at Ray Haskell Ford. We re-leased another Ford through them and were told that we wouldnt have to pay the last months payment on the current lease. We were still charged and had to call Ford Motor Company to request a refund. They would not issue a refund, stating that the dealer must have misinformed us. I called Ray Haskells about it and sure enough they lied to us just so we would purchase a vehicle with them. They wouldnt even do right by us at all. Do not purchase a vehicle here! There are plenty of other reputable dealers.
Great service Dept and the sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford products
They were very courteous and helpful. Very pleased with service. 🤗🦋
In short I will never go back to Ray Haskell Ford. Went in the other day looking to trade in my 2011 Chevy Silverado. We were told that they might be able to get us in a 2012 Ford F150 for what we were looking to spend. Test drove a 2015 Ford F150 because the salesman didnt know which vehicle he was trying to sell us. Then we test drove the 2012. Waited around for 3 hours while they tried to make the deal work with the bank for what we were offering. Was told after three hours that the important people at the bank have probably gone home for the night and that they would call us back tomorrow at 11am. 11am came and went. Called at noon to be cold transferred three times ending in a voicemail. I left my contact information. Called again at 1pm. Was told they would call me right back. Showed up at the dealership after work and was told that the bank couldnt make the numbers work but could for an extra $100 a month. When I declined they tried to put me in a vehicle that was six years older than the one I was trying to trade in. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. It was a giant waste of time.
I wish I could write about how my experience was at ray haskells but I cant I barely had a phone call. I was answered by a receptionist who had an attitude and then put on hold for 10 minutes never to talk to anyone else before their phone system hung up on me.
Awesome staff, had the perfect vehicle picked out to show me before I even showed up. I came in with financing already in place, but they told me they could beat it and did! Cant recommend highly enough.
Always get my vehicles in quickly and accommodate my schedule. Service is always top notch.
Great service experience with Steve Dyer, does what he says. Recently used the service department 3xs; no problems.
Recently visited this dealership looking at the Ford Focus. Vehicle was going to be for my son who was transferring colleges and was in need of a commuter car. I did plenty of research on many makes and models and found the Focus was a great choice. Until I met Dean Stevens. This sales manager belittled my wife, would not stop staring at her breasts and completely ignored me and all of my requests. Mind you, I understand my wife is very attractive, but this guy showed no professionalism whatsoever. Never mind the fact that he smelled like a brewery. To this day (its been about a month) I am still absolutely dumbfounded as to what kind of employer would keep a guy like this on his payroll, let alone call him a sales manager. I will say that the rest of the staff that I either spoke to or passed by seemed vey cordial and professional. We did end up purchasing a Certified Pre Owned Focus from a nearby Ford Dealer.
These guys go above and beyond, they will get you financed no matter your credit situation. They are an awesome bunch, great people and amazing service
0 stars is what i want to give this place.. i have owned 7 Fords bought 4 of them from this dealership.. the last vehicle i bought was a 2011 Taurus. From the day i bought it it has had brake issues (dragging rear right) and i have had it in there tons of times all to be told no problems they are fine. So i bring it back with brakes squeaking about 2 years ago they tell me need front pads and rotors ok $504.00 later. I leave to still have squealing (people need there vehicles to not be at garage everyday) so i take it back when i get a chance they tell me its fine nothing wrong with brakes (even though they were getting so hot it burned my fingers) i get a new inspection that day i leave i go 1000 feet down road pull over touch back brakes they still burning hot ..i go back to be told that i now need rear caliper and rotors and pads because they were worn from caliper sticking and getting hot. Duh since 2014 i told u that.. long story short i spent 3 hours fighting with them that they were supposed to change brakes in 2014.... so since they put a inspection sticker on illegally they were fixing the brakes well they told me they would scrap sticker off and i said i wouldnt do that if i were u i have my paperwork saying u put sticker on it..now a year later still right rear is sticking and dragging they say its fine or it may be the hose causing back pressure not allowing caliper to open .. so they admit a problem from 5 years ago now but i paid 26,000 for this vehicle and bought an extended warranty 5 years ago but i have to cover it after fighting with them off and on since 2014 them replacing pads and rotors a year ago so now when they get hot and weaken and cause damage i will have to pay to have them replaced. I believe they have never replaced the caliper like they said they did and are just letting it continue to stick so i have to pay them for labor and parts. Well Im done with this place i wont ever go back i have been a loyal customer for years. They also lie in sales department. The only good part of them is the parts department. Also gave me a hard time about diagnosing a waterpump failure that pretty much ruined my motor antifreeze in oil they told me it would cost $1600 just to diagnose it ...haha ..
Super fun dealership! Always an interesting venture walking in there, never a dull moment!!
Got a really awesome deal on my brand new Ford Fusion! Super friendly staff to deal with who got my deal done fast!
Guy wouldnt let me leave when they didnt have a car I liked kept pushing one I didnt like 5 minutes in I was ready to leave. Guy swore constantly. I would walk before I ever bought a car from them. By the way I love to drive
I dont like going to dealerships to buy vehicles, and they are a reason why. My first experience with them was great, but it turned out to be a nightmare. From being pushy to lying to telling me false information and for not being there when I needed help. My wife also bought a vehicle the sale time, she was lied to by the finance manager, she was pushed around, and at the time she was pregnant. I am not saying they are all bad, but they did a real lazy job on being a good sales team with us.
