I love that fact alone so I inquired about an item that I couldve gotten cheaper at Target and added it to my other items because weve got to support black owned businesses stay in business. The people there are very welcoming and helpful. They really know their products and always very caring about helping me find the best hair product for me. They also give great discounts. This is favorite store so far and no matter where I move to, I always find myself driving back to the store.

This is one of the few beauty supply stores that makes me feel welcomed, always has a great selection of my favorites and something new and exciting. Jack bends over backwards to make each shopping experience a real treat. Prices are competitive. Frankly, I have no idea why anyone would bother with the ill-tempered, rude and forever-out-of-what-you-came-for stores that cover Oakland when Angels/Jinnys is located so conveniently and always has the latest in hair fashions, beauty products and costume jewelry. I used to shop at Angel Beauty Supply when it was in Uptown Oakland. The parking availability at this location was super easy. I came looking for some hair and hair conditioner. I also picked up some hair gel to slay my edges. The prices were better than shopping at Sallys Beauty Supply and I had more selection. There is a lot of product in this store. Ill be back to shop again.

Staff is always very helpful. They car a variety of make up, jewelry, hair care products, etc. they always have a great selection of hair pieces and wigs to choose from. I have been a customer if there’s for 5 years and they are the best!

They are very rude. You walk in & they dont greet you nor try to help you. I recommend everyone take your business someplace else.

I liked their braid color schemes and enjoyed the diversity in texture and pallet as it related to afro culture and others ethnics. Its the holiday season but excuse me for thinking all of the bueaty supplied stores would go out for that and the winter season. Not so either I late are they are taper down and out. Its October now so four months til the New Year. Hopefully, they will all pick on diversified braid hair colors, texture, especially with mood and neon to bring in the New Year. I am fortuate that I make my rounds to other Salon and Supply Stores because of my art background. Its like a tattoo its are personal mark and freedom of expression.
