Really loved working with Paragon for our kitchen/bathroom remodel. They have some great semi-custom cabinet lines that balance price and quality, and Im very pleased with the results. Also, working with Elyse was a pleasure. She really helped us tackle the massive sea of design decisions to create a kitchen that is perfect for us, and she has a fantastic eye for design details like color and texture. Highly recommended.

Paragon helped us with the layout of our kitchen, we are really happy with the design they came up with. We finally located a contractor and have been able to complete our kitchen. Were really happy with the quality of the cabinets, theyre all plywood they seem like theyre going to last for many many years and to me thats the most important thing. This is probably one of the biggest remodel projects weve ever done and we were really happy with the assistance from the people at paragon. We did have a small scratch in one of the drawer faces and they replaced it no problem. We would certainly recommend them we feel like they are responsive and provided a really great service.

Helpful, very helpful. All we needed was a vanity, but spent about 2 hours discussing our entire bathroom and the information was extremely valuable. We plan on doing most of the work for our bathroom remodel, and one of the designers basically laid out every detail of what we needed for our remodel. She was able to draw up a tile design that was totally what we were thinking of. Gave us every place to shop for every thing we need for our remodel. I really was impressed with the amount of time she spent with us. Recommend them!

We did not feel pressured to purchase all of the elements from them, and they even came over to assist our contractor when some questions arose. Two nice ladies in business does not mean competence! Facing a major remodel and all of the crises that arise I mistakenly thought I could trust them to walk me through the overwhelming task of designing all new cabinetry in my kitchen and bathrooms.But buyer beware these ladies take 50% up front and 50% BEFORE delivery of the product so if the cabinets dont fit so well or they dont order the right parts Guess Whos problem it is???Suggestion pay by credit card then maybe you may have recourse with a dispute if you run into problems. Unfortunately in my case I wrote a check. Also DEMAND an itemized list of the cost of each of the components of your cabinet design so YOU the customer can make an educated decision about exactly what youre paying for in their design.

It was great working with Rebecca for our kitchen remodel. Rebecca listened to what we envisioned and what our budget was—as is often the case, our vision didn’t align with our budget. She helped us find a beautiful countertop and cabinets within our budget. She really cares about the details and is very knowledgeable, making her an exceptional consultant.This review is long overdue since the remodel was about 3 years ago—but on the plus side of a late review, I can tell you that the cabinets and counters have held up wonderfully and we’re still very happy with the results. This was our second time working with Rebecca. She did our bathroom remodel in 2005 (before this store).

We hired Elyse at Paragon to design our kitchen and bath remodel, and she did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.Elyse is not only an expert designer, but she is a great partner during the process. She listens carefully to your ideas and what you want, whether theyre well-formed or not. Just as youre getting overwhelmed with options, she brings you two or three great ones and helps you pick the best. She doesnt upsell and is happy to cut things if you cant afford them or dont want them. She never seems to forget anything and always follows through. Best of all, she was practically our therapist during an extremely trying and stressful time with our contractor, patiently listening to us vent and offering advice out of her own time. I cannot imagine a better partner.Our job was a full kitchen and bath gut on our 20s Oakland bungalow, down to the studs (and then some). We had a lot of moving parts, knocking out wall sections, all-new cabinets and appliances, floors, window, you name it. Elyse nailed every single detail down to the inch. She helped us custom-design a shallow cabinet/countertop for our funky door. She created our huge set of pantry cabinets around our fridge out of a few spitball ideas. She helped us make a custom hanging cabinet for cat food/treats with an under-cabinet hideaway water fountain. We have a wine fridge cabinet and a cat litter box cabinet. The details in our kitchen are amazing, and we have her to thank.Financially, Paragon may not be the cheapest option around (we spent a pretty penny on our fully custom cabinets), but it was the best money we spent on our whole project. At the beginning of this project, we werent sure whether we needed a designer; the answer was unequivocally yes. Well be recommending Elyse and Paragon to everyone we know.

Rebecca and crew were with us every step of the way to deliver a quality product. I would use them again.
