Disappointing. I bought bathroom vanities earlier this year and that worked out fine. When I ordered more cabinets from them I had a disappointing experience. They didnt tell me until my contractor showed up to pick up that they didnt have all the pieces of my order. Instead of a cabinet with a drawer, they told me they had assembled - without asking me - one with a door that covers the entire face. Since I had no choice at this point I sent my contractor out again to pick it up. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that the cabinet was ready to take a drawer, but they had provided me with a door that covers the entire face. I was told I could remove the drawer panel. Still not sure why they added the drawer panel.Ive paid my contractor for two trips to pick up, and now I have to pay him to remove a panel, something Sincere should have done. Sincere offered a credit so small that it wouldnt be worth my time to call in my credit card number, much less cover the extra work I have to pay my contractor to do.
Wow where do I begin. It took me nearly a year after this traumatic experience to write this review. I dont think there are enough words allowed to go into detail on all the problems I had. My remodel was a complete nightmare thanks to Sincere Home Decor.TLDR: The materials had a variety of defects, including chipped wood, unpainted portions, and stained countertops. Wood panels were sent to us that didn’t match the rest of the cabinets. The countertop was installed improperly. Several pieces of the cabinet arrived months after our initial order. Sincere failed to provide the necessary customer service to resolve these issues and continually refused to accept any sort of responsibility for the issues we were having. Some details:1) Their free consultation which resulted in them designing the layout of kitchen and ordering the parts to complete that design was done incorrectly, despite us providing them the exact details and dimensions of our space. This resulted in components not fitting well, doors scraping other doors, and missing pieces. It was awful and we ended up having to jury rig a bunch of things to make it work with the cabinets that we received.2) The cabinets (Homecrest) were of extremely poor quality. I mean, just terrible. The color of the stain varied significantly from piece to piece, things were stained improperly where you could see the original wood underneath, gaps in the cabinets resulting in being able to see through them, doors not opening and closing properly, scrapes and chips everywhere, shelves being made of different materials (some were wood, some were MDF board). One of the cabinets we received wasnt even the right item, and they acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us to ship the correct one, which took 6 weeks to arrive, delaying our project significantly. The fine print on their contracts states that even in situations where the materials are defective, YOU have to pay for replacements to be shipped.3) The countertop installation was crooked and done unprofessionally. There were blemishes in the countertop that were not just due to the material (think grey and white countertop with a orange blemishes).4) The customer service received was awful. During this entire process, we had to constantly ask for updates. It took Sincere an average of 2-3 days every time there was an issue to hear back from Homecrest as they claimed they did not have a phone number of anyone at that company to call. It took a similar amount of time when Sincere’s upper management needed to be involved, indicating to us that they did not take our situation seriously or treat it with any urgency. We spent an average of 30 minutes a day during this entire process chasing after Sincere with phone calls and emails and trying to be made whole by our purchase. As a result, we spent countless hours on the phone with or emailing Sincere, even more hours being stressed out about this entire process, resulting in what was supposed to be a three-week job taking three months. Completion of our kitchen was delayed by months as a direct result of Sincere’s negligence and Homecrest’s faulty product. (FYI the people we mainly worked with there were Mario, Anna, and Daniel.)Please, for the sake of your sanity, shop elsewhere.
Both locations were very helpful. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices are always a bit high.
Great prices, no stress shopping
Great service and a wide selection of remodelling options. Really like the way they display different styles.
Awesoke place with great prices. We went there and got just about everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom remodele we did. Great quality products as well. Male sure to check out the vanities and the clearance stuff!
Very Profesional, Excellent Customer Service, a great place to buy high quality kitchen cabinets that wont break the bank.
Great price and experience with this store. Could have gave it five star if it werent for the lack of parking outside.
The best place to get a new kitchen
Grate place, great products and great employees.
This place has been there for more than 20 years of experience in counter top, hard floors and home remodeling services for me at the very good prices that everyone would appreciate it on any time.
Winnie is THE BEST. She designed my new kitchen, and worked with me through the firing of one contractor and the hiring of the next. Sincere has a wide variety of quality products to fit EVERY budget. I am so impressed. Came here first in 2001 when remodeling my condo...when it was time for the kitchen remodel in my house, it was a no-brainer to go to Sincere.
Really great showroom with Fabulous Cabinet Prices! Great to have tile floor samples on boards that you can move around and see how different flooring looks with different cabinet styles. They also carry Bathroom stuff, Kitchen Appliances and fixtures. Its a one stop shop- plus free drawings of your kitchen cabinet design. Bring your Architect along to help you pull it all together for a headache free experience- they will be able to ask the right questions so you get it right the first time.
Good product and good pricing they could definitely work on the customer service but just a different culture of people mostly Chinese. I guess just with Americans we would say they have a hard personality sometimes going to come to customer service.
Great service and pricing
No nonsense source for your home renovation. Prices are very fair and they have a decent selection of materials.
Good quality selections for home remodeling.
Called to get information on bathroom countertop and the person that was supposedly helping me told me that it would be best to come in and ask the questions in person? She did not want to waste her time with me on the phone. I told her that I’d take my business else where. I got a no response, which is WHO CARES in my option.
Im seeing a lot of negative feedback here. I had a different experience. We bought over $10,000 of replacement quality Milgard windows for our home. I received excellent value compared to other quotes, and got exactly what I ordered. I didnt get tons of hand holding, but I had done my research and had the assistance of my contractor. I got a Panasonic bathroom fan, too. This is not a Home Depot, it is a place for contractors and builders who know what they want. OK, its specialty market is for Chinese Landlords who want something that looks OK and is cheap, but that doesnt mean you cant take advantage it, if you arent a Chinese Landlord!
Good for prices. No return so pay attention.
Great deals. Managed to get a full kitchen of cabinets for under 500 from there discontinued section
Great selection and staff are all very helpful. Quality work and an affordable price.
Some of the worse customer service i have ever received. Me and my Wife came to buy kitchen cabinets totaling over 5k. We were sold wrong cabinets after giving correct measurements, then they wouldnt exchange the cabinets 2 days later for the correct ones even though the employee made the mistake. We had to pay for the right ones and took a loss of over $800 and ended up with a configuration we didnt want.. I wouldnt recommend this place.
The kitchen cabinets are good in the low end market. If you are looking for high quality cabinets, dont go there, but if you are looking for a affordable cabinets, this will be a good place to check out.
Not so helpful
Good place for bathroom/kitchen.
Good close out deals from time to time
Great bathroom remodeling material
Good prices and quick service.
Great place!!
Bought new countertops and faucets and sinks.
Went there based on an ad price for 10 x 10 kitchen counter. My kitchen is smaller yet they quoted me a price twice what the ad promised..classic bait and switch...not going back there again!
Looks like a decent place
Best price anywhere
They installed the wrong countertops substituting cheap ugly material and then had the audacity to want to charge the customer to fix it. Beware
Great cabinets and granite
Very welcoming
Good
I asked for information ... and they were not ... not attentive ... and much less ... friendly ... and helpful
Buying a bad cabinet at a price, it is more difficult to replace it.The design style is extremely poor.
