I called. They said yes they have both a refurb and new battery for my 2005 Honda Pilot. Come on over - Itll take on 15 minutes. It took my 8 minutes to get there, and probably less than 15 minutes and I was out with a new battery with 5-year warranty - just like that. These guys are great, quick and easy install of a new battery, and theyre smart about virus-safety, all in masks and sanitizer wipes at the ready to clean pens, etc. They offer a discounted refurbished battery with a year warranty, or a brand new one with a 5 year warranty, both are a decent deal. Arrived with a dead motorcycle battery, they tested to confirm just incase it wasnt the battery at fault. Offered to trickle charge free of charge. I instead bought a new battery, they filled the new battery up with the acids and provided instructions on handling and wait time for the acids to set to gel.Do no be fooled by the location, these guys are indeed specialists and my very short interaction proved they are professional and knowledgeable. 9 MINUTES!!! ... really, no kidding, 9 minutes its all it took for my battery to get changed.The guy told me that my battery was still ok but after 5 years it was winding down. No pressure to get it replaced or trying to sell me the top of the line for a new one.I decided to get it replaced nevertheless, and all it took was 9 minutes with free installation.I was so happy I read all the reviews here before going to see them. Bought a brand new Interstate battery here 7 months ago. Last week, battery was dead one morning and we discovered corrosion on it, and from then on it needed to be jumped to start.Finally had time to bring it in today, no appointment just had my receipt and warranty statement. The tech observed that it looked like someone had been repeatedly using power for something when the engine was off, and noted this is the wrong kind of batter for that -- this one is designed to just start the car. Using it other than starting while the engine is off will damage the battery. He quickly added that this was under warranty and theyd replace it immediately, right there and then, free of charge. 15 min later I drove out with a brand new identical replacement.Im very happy we bought our battery here, great guys and super reputable. Highly recommended.

Terrific business, fantastic service. My trucks battery died overnight while visiting a friend, and I walked to this place to see about a replacement. Rather than making me walk back carrying a battery to do the swap, they handed me a jumper pack so I could get it started and drive it to them. The swapped my junk battery for an affordable reconditioned one with a one-year warranty. Unbelievably nice, unbelievably helpful.

These guys are third-generation owners of this family business, and while its not fancy, their service is top-shelf. Ray took care of installing our wonky battery after everyone else told us to take it to the dealer ($$$); now were cruising in style. (They also buy old batteries back, so please dont just leave your dead soldier on a curb somewhere.)

Great service, very prompt, great prices. Go there.I bought a battery at West Marine for my RV, but after using it for a week it seemed much much lower capacity than it should have been. I brought it to Battery Specialists, and then ran a few quick tests and confirmed it was defective. I bought a replacement from Battery Specialists that had more capacity and was cheaper than the West Marine battery, and will be returning the defective battery to West Marine.

Great shop. Went to pick up a battery for my truck and planned on changing it myself and coming back with the core later, not looking forward to traffic. They said pull your truck in. 10 minutes later I was down the road with a new battery! Have bought a few odd ATV and Moto batteries over the years there, always a good price. Highly recommend.

I called in and asked for a price quote and differences between a reconditioned battery ($50ish) and a new battery ($115ish). The man took the time to explain it and I went with a new battery. They installed it and also installed a screw I was missing to hold my battery for free. They were friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

Stop by autozone first, googled prices and saw they were on the high side. When I saw this place was only a block away I tried my luck. They had me pull right in, changed the battery quickly and only cost $100! Not bad and super friendly

I’ve been coming here for years. Extremely knowledgeable, quick and honest. They will test for problems before just selling you a battery. They once detected a parasitic drain in the electrical system which showed I didn’t need a battery.Even when I brought in a dead battery, they encouraged me to leave it on their charger overnight in case that would fix the problem and save me money. It didn’t, but it showed their professionalism. As long as they’re in business, I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I will ALWAYS buy my batteries here. I had a dead car battery on a Sunday, but it was flakey and started again without a jump. Since it was Sunday I took it to autozone to get it tested. They right away said it wasn’t charging all the way, but since I couldn’t install it myself I didn’t buy one from them, thank goodness.The next day I went to Battery Specialists saying I needed a new battery installed. They tested my current one, said what I had was fine and I only had a lose connection!And they didn’t even charge me! Like I said...I will always go to these folks for my battery need now.
