Bought our van here. We service our vehicle here. Everyone has been polite. Ivan has been very nice to work with in the service department.

No masks or social distancing is practiced here. My car arrived needing basic maintenance it should have had already done. I was able to get them to do it after being put off for two weeks only by physically showing up and demanding they do it. Then dealing with having to flirt with the service guy. They are pretty much the only game in town as far as WAV that I found though.

My experiences with the service department at this Oakland CA location have been repeatedly disappointing. Most recently, I called to set up an appointment to have my sons EZLock system adjusted on the floorboard of the van. Because of his growth, the current set up is making the wheelchair unsafe in the van. I explained this to the receptionist on the phone. She assured me that Ivan, the service manager would return my call he never did. And, this has happened previously, where the service personnel, specifically Ivan, does not return calls. Our previous service call there was for the side door right by my sons wheelchair. The door got damaged and was not closing completely. Very unsafe. Mobility Works in Oakland charged me only $135 for the service performed but admitted that it didnt fully address the problem. Ivan said he would email me with auto body shops that he could recommend. He never did. I spoke with him on the phone a few days later and asked for the referrals. He said he would email them. He never did. My sons safety in his wheelchair in the van is very important to me. It seems that his safety and my business as a customer are NOT important to this Mobility Works location. We are now using Mobility Works in Santa Clara, and I am pleased with them, even though it is a further drive for us.

Mobility Works has over 900 used mobility vans for sale online, by far way more than any other place I have seen. The staff is very professional and helpful. The store is like new and seems very clean and organized. Overall my experience was amazing and I would recommend them to every one I can.

The service department isnt very good. There is a recall on a van I leased. Took it in for repair and they didnt have the part. They promised to call when they got the part. Its been over three months. So disappointedUpdate: Still no one has called back about my recall. :(
