My everyday coffee place! Just love their Mocha. The staff is super nice and welcoming
Not really a coffee drinker, but their horchata frappe was so good and a fair price for the area. Would definitely come back. Staff were also very friendly too.Its a nice place to get work done and pretty clean. However theres only a few tables that are next to outlets – just FYI in case you do work on a computer. It was pretty quiet, not too loud or busy, unless you sat right under the speaker in which case it could get a little noisy.
I enjoy the vibe here! Its a great place to be productive and the wifi is good here. It has a humble menu, but I recommend eating somewhere else before coming here. The food isnt worth it. You can meet here with a group of friends and have a good chat. Or you can work here and be productive on your own. The aesthetics are okay. Its not a pretty coffee shop. It feels lived in. But overall, good.
Its a very fast and comfortable assistance. Impressive coffee shop to relax. I am 100% a satisfied and contented customer here! I will bring my family and friends here for sure, to experience their great ambiance from the front door to the inside. Great service and pricing. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A5 stars!
Great coffee spot. The building exterior is worth the visit alone. Gorgeous. They have some unique drinks as well as the traditional coffee shop fair.
Some of the best coffee in the east bay. The horchata is delicious. I recommend it if you want something sweet. The service is quick. The pastries are good too.
Had to take my car in for service and walked a few blocks to this cafe. For the most part, it was nice, but because of Covid they had the tables and chairs configured strangely. And when you walked in, I couldnt tell where I was supposed to order and wait for my food. The Mexican Mocha coffee was okay. The breakfast danish was good. It was a bit dark but plenty of people walked in.
Was a nice relaxing place on Saturday afternoon. Not busy. Liked their cinnamon coffee mix drink.
My first time visiting, I came in on a random Wednesday evening to study and I have to mention, the interior is beautiful! On top of that, the inside is so spacious and it was surprisingly not loud at all and I was able to focus on what I was working on. Definitely didnt feel the need to yell across the table just to talk to my friend, like I do at other coffee shops haha.I stayed there for about two hours and around 8:45 right before they closed (sorry!) I ordered their horchata latte with soy milk. Absolutely perfect for my night time drink! I almost forgot to order decaf, but thank goodness the staff member who rung me up made sure to ask me before they started making it!!! I appreciated that so much.I will definitely be back, especially to try more of their drinks and all of their pastries! Thankful I found this spot for me to start coming to. Highly recommend :)
Great spot to stop through for refreshing drinks. Once the full seating is back Id give it the full 5 stars.
Staffs were nice so as the service.
The best coffee!! I love there horchata and mazapán frappe must try!! I wish they made one in Sacramento! They need to make one ASAP! Sometimes when I go to the city I will go to Oakland and get there coffee or Los Angeles. Please make one in Sacramento, CA and hire me. Hablo español, speak English and Arabic ☺️❤️🌹
I like this place! The Horchata frappe is sooo good! And the service has always been great. The staff all seem kind.
The horchata lattes are delicious. The service is fast. My go to coffee place when Im in the neighborhood.
Iced hazelnut latte is the best. Good croissant too
Went here for the first time over the weekend and what a little GEM this place is. Im sure post covid this place has the cutest vibe and the coffee was excellent and very reasonably priced. Plus theyre even cheaper than the big chains!! Definitely pop in here for a coffee if youre in the area
Best coffee ☕️ I had. Better than Starbucks 🤫 just wish they would open a location in the Central Valley
The staff are very friendly, and the drinks are super creative. I had the Horchata Latte, and it was incredibly flavorful. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the overall flavor profile was spot on. More like a dessert, but delicious nonetheless. Will definitely come back!!!
Beautiful location. Friendly employees. Fast service.
After a long walk on a cold frosty day, we stopped in for coffee and cake. My partner, who calls himself a coffee connoisseur, proclaimed this coffee shop to be the best he has ever tasted. I had a wonderful traybake, and the coffee was served piping hot and with a smile. We will return!
FYI The Restrooms are open, presently. Oh and the Coffee is Great
This is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. The horchata latte which seems to be their signature drink is the best! Anytime I am in Oakland, I will hands down pick this spot for coffee.
Honestly I just got drip coffee…. It was a bit expensive unless my barista/cashier messed up at the register. The beans weren’t bad, sometimes you get acidic coffee but never here so not a bad trip.
Location - 5/5 ( There is a nice fountain just across the lane )Entrance - 5/5Staff - 3/5Quality - 5/5 ( Best coffee in Oakland )Quantity - 4/5Value for money - 4/5Interior - 4/5- Best coffee but the staff needs to be more nice and let the customer customize their coffee.- Serving experience needs to be better.
I love the Vanilla Chai Latte here...you will love the Pain au Chocolat here as well if you are into sweets!!
Lousy coffee - lack of passion about anything coffee related and most people seem to come here for their Frappuccino knockoffs.Super slow service, they have no knowledge of roasts or recommendations, and their credit card reader is usually broken.
Taaasty. I had the Cafecito Cubano con Leche and it was so good.
My friends and I visited this coffee shop, just near the mall last month. It’s actually our first time here. We ordered our coffee and minutes later, we got our coffee. Their services were fast! They had these amazing coffee beans that make the coffee more tasty and relaxing. After that day, we daily visit this coffee shop and have our morning coffee before going to work. We are so glad that this coffee shop is near our workplace!
Coffee is great. I highly recommend the rice and beans frappe.
Plenty of distanced seating, very nice for working for a while
Great coffee, great staff, great afternoon treat! The ambiance was very nice, we did not stay to drink our coffee we took it on the go, but I could see how it would be a very nice place to sit and drink your coffee and visit with friends or read. We will come back and recommend the coffee shop to my friends.
I looooooved their Horchatta Frapp! It is an understatement. I am a bit of coffee lover and never knew about this place until my boyfriend introduced me. I fell in love with their Horchatta Frapp the savory flavor was amazing. The only thing that i disliked was the location. Sitting in the middle of a busy downtown Oakland street it was not easy finding parking. Will it stop me from coming back? Probably not. Will i want a more convenient location, definitely. I will not take away from how amazing their coffee and croissants are!
Unique drinks awesome atmosphere friendly staff and as a construction worker on the move a clean bathroom what more could you want. I got the dulce de leche latte and it was super good with the perfect amount of sweetness.
I go here as much as possible. I even make excuses to go 30 minutes out of my way to have their coffee and pastries.Only complaint is that the pastries sell out way too fast.
Its great if you love coffee ❤!
Very good coffee. I loved the rice and beans frappe
Great place to visit in Oakland must come here each time I visit
We ordered the horchata latte, dulce de leche frappe and the Cubano con leche. All three drinks were fantastic.
I love their coffee. My bf gets their iced coffee drinks. They use Fair trade coffee beans. The location is really nice too. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area.
Great coffee beans...on my way back to score more! We use a cinnamon stick in the grounds of all of the regions: Columbian or Mexican
Been patronizing this business for a few years now what can I say I love it and you will too
Horchata is great
Perfect place to grab a coffee whilst waiting for a bus😍☀️☀️☀️☀️
Great coffee, great Latin inspired drinks ( athe horchata ones are amazing), and the service is perfect. Me encanto el lugar. Café que inspira.
Coffee is very tasty, ambience is great with a local, down to earth feel. service can be a bit slow sometimes
Delicious flavored lattes, especially the Horchata Latte.
Mazapan cream and horchata are so good!
Excellent single origin coffee from Boquete, Panama
Friendly people, good cappuccino
Had the Horchata Frap, it was pretty good.
Best coffee in town
Cute location. Great staff and quick service! Cappuccino with oat milk was 👌
Loveeee their horchata frap and iced lattee
Best coffee ever! Just wish we had one closer to our house. And all the workers are very nice.
Very good and fast service
Not one of my favorites. Need a key to use the restroom. Restroom has no mirror. You have to ask for water, which is served in a plastic cup. Food selection is lacking. Friendly staff and nice windows though. Could use some light relaxing music.
It was worth the 35 ish minute drive. The coffee is quite aromatic and tasty, my new favorite pastry has to be the veggitarian bread they have.
Best coffee ever! Best employees ever. So happy to find it open ♡
Nice place
Authentically delicious
It was perfect!
The stuff was great coffee was fantastic great service thanks 🤩
Love the horchata latte with oat milk! Makes a love treated paired with a flakey croissant
This place is really lovely and right next to the BART station! The horchata late is probably my favorite, but I had their pumpkin spice one most recently and was not disappointed. They have good snack selections in addition to the coffee. I really love how this place looks, a def fave date spot if coffee is your thing. Staff is nice and they seems more organized than some of the larger chain coffees.
In a busy downtown area where there is coffee to be had probably every 500 ft, this is a standout spot that is worth of going out of your way to seek out. The horchata latte is the best Ive had and a must try. Everyone Ive interacted with there is friendly And i only wish I frequent the area more often so I can call this my regular coffee spot.
Best oat milk mocha and almond croissant I had in oakland.
Wow is just a great cafe, excellentservice and delicious coffee drinks.😎
I liked the spacious setting where you find plenty of tables to be productive, was a bit annoyed by the shortage of electric outlets, and loved the music choice. They serve their tea HOT, which is pretty good if youre into that.
Great flavor 😋, only not parking
Love Tierra Mia! I bring friends here every time I’m showing them around Oakland. Horchata frappe/lattes are delicious and a lot of fun.
Cozy but spacious. Delicious croissants, especially the Spinach and Feta. Its my favorite! They serve a variety of Mighty Leaf tea bags which are reminiscent of a good loose leaf tea. I meet here with my writing group, and Ive even had a Bible study here. Great environment to get work done while you enjoy a delicious snack.
Love this cafe! Great location. The staff has a perfect blend of smart/sassy, efficiency and hometown kindness. Very inspirational interior... Amazing spiral legged oldworld woodwork on the tables... Smells good.
Great place for convenience. They dont have many food options. But overall, its a nice cafe. The seating is usually hard to find but if you get a table, its a pretty nice spot.
Super friendly, fast service, lovely decor
THE HORCHATA FRAPPE OHHHH DEAR GOD IS THEEE BEEEEESSSSTTTT EVER !!!!!
The Mazapan Peanut Frappe was delicious!
