I visited the store today and I must say the store manager Kim, went out of her way to help me out. she was kind, considerate and patient! I was totally amazed very impressed by her sense of customer service!!

Im a long time customer at Staples in Oakland, I lost my wallet the day before when I asked Mr Dave Ortega (SALES MANAGER) he said yes I have it returned with my wallet had all my money and all the gift card I got for my Birthday I was happy to know such honest people like Mr Ortega God bless him Please let his boss know what a great and honest person he is. if anyone can share the Head Quarters contact information would be greatly appreciated.

I went in to buy a wireless bluetooth headset both times got sold garbage !!! Last time I was there went to look at a headset there was nothing in the box they said they had to go to back ?? ITS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH I WASNT BORN YESTERDAY WILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING AT STAPLES!!!!!! ALL INFERIOR GARBAGE

They advertise free shredding right on the outside of the store yet when you go inside they charge you for shredding claiming they dont do free shredding. Its supposed to be free up to 2 lbs

Running on a skeleton crew, no one around to help, the girl at the front has no idea about product.

No check out register lights on, had to go to three different people before being able to pay, heavy guy at register was very rude, not a good vibe.
