So, a towel holder fell out of the rack and into the sink. Of course, it cracked the sink. I called Fletcher plumbing and Dan came to my house to give me an estimate. A day later he called me and said that he could replace the sink but it would cost me $1000 plus labor. However, he knew another company Direct Stone Depot could do the job for less money. I spoke to Lan at Direct Stone Depot and he said it would cost between $500 - $600 for the sink plus labor. I felt these prices were very high especially since I googled the sink and found it to be around $130. I called a local plumber who lives in my community. Well, we had to replace both sinks in the owners bathroom so that the color would match. The total cost for two sinks installed was $420. If I had gone with Fletcher my total cost would be $2000 plus labor. These people charge outrageous amounts for a $60 sink. I totally recommend the local plumber I hired. Direct Stone did an awesome job on our new kitchen. Lan worked with us to improve the layout of the cupboards and the added drawers. The workers were fast, but took care to get everything installed correctly.

Their pricing was very reasonable. They stated it would be done in two days and it was completed as scheduled. They were great! The employees were polite and arrived on time. Very conscientious workers and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them.

These guys did excellent work on our kitchen counters. Definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend. We found the perfect match for our cabinets at just $25 per square foot. Will upload pictures when the painting is done. You will not believe how gorgeous our kitchen turned out with this granite. The stainless sink we bought here was very high quality. Pricing was the best we found.

These men did an AWESOME job redoing the registration desk, back desk and breakfast counter at the Ocala Super 8 Motel. The granite countertops, new cabinets and renovation of the existing registration desk look like we spend thousands more than we did. These guys are the best!

Unable to leave zero stars. This place is joke. First their phone hardly ever works. No one answers their phone when they do it gets disconnected & they don’t call you back. They don’t carry 2 cm thick granite which is very common nowadays. The $25 price does NOT included uninstalling nor hauling for your current Formica countertop.

When we have had granite installed in a previous home it was a disaster. So I was apprehensive to have it done in our new home. Len, Michele, and the team of installers were a pleasure to work with. From ordering the granite to completed installation everything was done to perfection and on time as promised. Highly recommend them.

I cant say enough, Michelle was very helpful with questions,samples etc. Lan came to the house,did the measurements, & estimate on Monday,the guys were hear today (Wed) did demo and completed the job. Excellent service, beautiful work I love my new kitchen.Thanks

What can I say. We were warned that a complete kitchen remodel was going to be very stressful under the best of circumstances. Lan and his team completely burst that axiom. From the beginning of the design and quote phase to completion we were more than pleased, especially since the price of the project was 50% less than our first quote and 30% under our second quote. Even though Lan was so polite and accommodating in the design and quote phase, we were a little concerned since the price was so much less. But, after visiting the facility and seeing their work, we move forward. Two weeks later the cabinets arrived and were installed in 2 days with very little disruption of the household. When they left everything was cleaned up. The installer were very polite, although there was a language barrier. Upon installation of the new double-oven range a couple of days later we discovered the dishwasher door would not fully open without striking the lower over door handle. This was not the fault of Direct Stone at all. The original range had one single door, so there was no clearance issue. Upon calling Lan he promptly send his team back out and moved the dishwasher over 1 and everything works perfectly. We could not be happier and highly recommend them.

My Husband and I went to the big box stores (Lowes and Home Depot) to look at cabinets. The quality was not great and we were sticker shocked on the quality of cabinets we wanted to purchase. The granite choices were the same old same old. So we went the other route and tried to find a company that specializes in cabinets. We got some quotes but nothing compared to Lan at Direct Stone Depot Inc.He had some unique ideas to make our dreams come true, much to my husbands chagrin. LOL. What we got was exactly what we wanted. Lan spent hours with us, working until he got our design ideas on computer templates then found the perfect cabinets and granite.Installation was 2 visits and the cabinets were installed very well. His crew knew what they were doing and went about the task very efficiently. They cleaned up, waxed the cabinets vacuumed the floors and were gone.We were very happy with the end product. Happy with the service (Michelle at the front desk is very sweet and knowledgeable) Lan is very accommodating.We are just plain happy with the whole experience and the price-my husbands favorite part!! :)Needless to say we also did our 2 bathrooms using Lan at Direct Stone Depot Inc.I would not hesitate to give him a glowing reference. Lan took pictures and I hope he posts on his site.

We called for an estimate...We opted for another local company. How $25 sq ft x 58’ $1450 becomes $45.60 a sq ft. Total $2645. Estimate based on 58 sq ft. They charge $250 for a double sink, $250 for sink cut out labor, $250 to remove current formica countertops, $350 for “sanding & cut down”, $120 tax.

We had a countertop installed by Direct Stone Depot at a cost of 2,600$ and the install itself was decent but the customer service was poor and some vital information was left out and we were either misled by the salesperson or the information was not shared with the installers. We feel as though we were duped and would not recommend Direct Stone and certainly not use them again.

I cant recommend Direct Stone Depot highly enough. Their prices, attentiveness, responsiveness and professionalism exceed the competition in the Ocala area by leaps and bounds.I was very nervous about replacing my homes existing countertops given the significant expenditure involved and my limited ability to visualize finished products. Owner Lan and his assistant Michelle walked me through every step of the process with patience, information, kindness and understanding. When I didnt find any stone on their premises that excited me, they referred me to two other wholesalers in the area. When I found one pattern at another local wholesaler that I thought might work, they said they would contact an Orlando wholesaler who carried the same pattern at a lower cost. (Lan explained that due to supply and demand, prices through Orlando wholesalers can often be less than those in Ocala.) When Lan offered to have the Orlando wholesalers slabs shipped to Ocala for my review (granite slabs by the same name vary according to lot numbers), I decided to instead visit the Orlando establishment to see what else they offered. I ultimately found a different pattern there that I loved, and that was significantly less in cost!Lans expertise and attentiveness to detail was apparent when he came to my home to do measurements and templates. During the installation process, his highly-skilled fabricators were well-organized, meticulous - perfectionists, actually - and made every effort to ensure my complete satisfaction.Thank you Direct Stone Depot for such a pleasurable experience. You give new meaning to exceptional Customer Service!
