Did not like the quality of the homes or the salesmans attitude it was like I was forcing him to take me around and see all the homes, he tried to show me like 2 but I wanted to see them all sorry to upset you but I came to see some homes and was very serious. I am buying some place else.We have purchased a mobile home in the past and decided to look around for our daughter to see if we could find a deal and this place had some cheap prices online so we stopped in.You would think the models would be in better shape I mean if the molding and Formica are already peeling up and it was just built then what can people expect later on down the road sorry I pointed some things out to the salesperson and he no longer seemed to like me.

We had some land decided we wanted to place a mobile home on our land and after looking at a lot of places we stopped into Prestige Home Center on Pine Ave in Ocala and they had some real beautiful homes and a lot of floor plans to choose from and we liked what we seen.The sales reps were helpful and explained the details and showed us homes, we then went over options and there was no high pressure just good people providing detailed information. This is why we will buy from Prestige Home Center, we felt more comfortable with the people and ability to deliver a quality home to us quickly.They even offered me a tour of where they build the homes, we declined the tour of the factory but just the fact that we could have seen them building homes really made us feel comfortable using them to build us a home.I would recommend if you are looking for a manufactured home you check this place out because they have good prices and the staff is helpful.

Very friendly staff and they really gave us all the prices up front. We really liked the homes and we probably will buy here very soon.Just waiting on tax return for a deposit then we will probably buy a Wayne model 4/2

Prestige Mobile Homes will make your buying a good home a nightmare as they have done me.. they do NOT honor their warranties. So many issues with cracking walls, unlevel cabinets, roller coaster ceilings, exposed nails holes through trim, bad carpet seams,crooked shower doors, crooked door jambs, windows that wont open. Save your time and money and shop different home centers.

Stopped by today to just take a look around and there was only one employee working, who was very rude. He would not even let us look around when he found out that we did not live in Florida. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

What should have been the best experience of my life being a first time home buyer has turned into a complete nightmare. After taking 7 months to close not sure if that was prestige’s fault or the lender but we got it done. Closed November 2nd 2017. Our lease was due to be up January 14 and we were only able to extend it to the 27th. We were then told our home wouldn’t be delivered until January 19th when we closed November 2 . but prestige promised it would be done by January 27th or a week later at most. So I expressed to prestige that as of January 27 my family, me my wife and 3 children would be homeless because we had nowhere else to go. We expected to have to stay in a hotel for a week at the most. Found out on the 19th of January that they had not even applied for permits yet and our home was finished being built but couldn’t be delivered without permits. I was promised things would get done asap and the longest permits would take is 4-5 weeks. Today is February 21 and still no permits. No house being delivered and my family is still in a hotel costing me $1000 a week which is my entire paycheck. We are broke and homeless and our home is just sitting somewhere being exposed to elements because someone can’t make phone calls or file paperwork. This is unacceptable and has ruined this experience
