I have been working with Victor and Christina on my manufactured home purchase. Both have been very professional. Victor provided me with a virtual tour of the home I chose using an app similar to FaceTime. When choosing the colors and options or upgrades, Victor was really patient and attentive to each detail. I’m excited to see how my new home turns out with all the features I selected. I will plan to give an update once I move in. I plan on referring friends and family also.

We recently had an opportunity to visit the Factory Expo Home Center in Ocala FL. We went through the models and requested a quote on one that seemed best suited to our needs as snowbirds wanting to spend our winters in FL. Tim our sales rep was very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options, upgrades and the ordering process. The quality of the homes is very high and the options were more than we anticipated. If you go and are serious about purchasing you need to plan at least 4 to 5 hours to complete the process and get a preliminary quote. They did request a small deposit to start the final drawings and factory final quote but assured us it was fully refundable if we decided not to complete the project with them. Though we did not purchase a Skyline home from them at this time we agreed that their service and product were the standard that we were looking for. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future should the opportunity present itself. Thanks Patrick and Tim for a great experience.

Highly recommend working with him.My only complaint is with the factory expo home website. Upon exploring the website to get familiar with what we were interested in, and prior to our 2 hour journey to visit the models, I was under the impression they represented 3 levels of homes, economy, intermediate, and luxury.....They ONLY represent skyline which is the higher end of homes. That was a bit misleading on the website. But I will tell you after seeing skylines product the DIFFERENCE in quality is VERY CLEAR!! Beautiful homes and top notch quality.

I have been studying the pros and cons of double wide homes. We are seriously considering making one our home. Researched the best manufacturers and decided to stop at Factory Expo, unannounced. My mom and dad bought a home and are very unhappy. Sky Care came in twice to complete finishes when the house was not level nor did pass inspection. They wanted to come in a third time without passing state inspection again. It has been a nightmare for my 85 year old parents and they have been waiting months to move in. We researched other manufacturers and decided to purchase from Skyline because we felt Skyline had a superior product and were told their Sky Care department would get the set up done in a timely and professional manner. It has been over three months since the home was delivered and we are still waiting to pass inspection.

I cant speak for the product and installation process as I didnt actually purchase a home from them as of yet - however, the sales team was very professional yet friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt whom is VERY knowledgeable and listened to my needs so he could show how the different homes may meet my needs and established pros and cons for the different models. The product itself seems to be of superior quality and certainly caught my attention. If I decide to buy a new manufactured home, it will be from Mike with Skyline.

I guess it’s all false advertising called this morning and the first thing mike told me is we make the best home with the best warrantee and basically told me if I needed a home I need 89000 there is nothing cheaper but yet still their advertising 40000 and under on all their websites... I already found other companies that’s willing to work with cheaper and up I think they need PAM from NC at every branch because she seems to be the only person that cares

My visit with Dusty was great . He knows a lot about these homes. And helped me very much. Made a perfect drawing. Put windows and doors exactly where i needed them to be so i have a great view.

My experience with Tim Millar on customer service was exceptional. He spend the time to answer all my questions about purchasing a mobile home and answered all my concerns about placing a mobile home on my property. I been to many mobile home sales centers with a very negative outcome. Most sales people just want to sell you what they think you should buy, never listening to what you really want. The mobile home business is horrible compared to stick build building. With a salesman like Tim you will never have to worry, he is honest and upfront with any concerns or questions. Outstanding sales help in all respects. Patrick Melody was fantastic and spent a lot of time giving us the tour of available model homes plus giving us information about set up and financing. Wow! I expected Skyline to do the right thing- and they did!Mr. Gary Decker arrived at the appointed time, got right to work, and replaced all the shingles on the front of my Castano and it was raining! Many were ripped and frayed from delivery- probably some low hanging trees. I wondered why the plywood that was placed on the roof was not at the forwad edge of the roof- looks like it would have prevented most of the damage. He also replaced the vinyl that was missing in the rain!We pulled the refrigerator out, turned on the water, and now I have water and ice in the door. It wasnt clearly explained to me that the bracket on the floor just had to be removed, refrig pulled out, and the water turned on- and I was good!He then set to adjusting the patio door and screen, then to placing spacers under the hinges to adjust the doors that were mis alligned, or with too large of gap. Outstanding!As he attacked the drywall cracks, he found more that we were aware of, and patched and textured and painted them all.He replaced the drawer slide in the bedroom, and just kept adjusting and correcting problems that he saw as he went about the list.I truly expected Skyline to send some parts to a local RV mechanic, and have him attempt to fix my problems. That you would send a former quality control expert all the way from Lake City- just WOW! He was effecient, fun, with a few stories and jokes to keep us entertained. I just cant say enought about Mr. Decker.You attention to detail at manufacture, during delivery, and service on the finished product says volumes about the quality of both your management, your line workers, quality control, and making good on all that Mr. Melody promised.Without a doubt, WE made the right decision, and will be happy to spread the word to any in the park and beyondthat might wonder How Happy we are with our Skyline. Rd. 20 A-14Elberta, Al. 36530There are a number of facilities in Florida that manufacture and sell 500 sq ft. single wide HUD homes. I have talked to most of them, or at least requested further information. Some have not even responded. I have not as of yet been able to meet with Mr. Tim Millar at Factory Expo Homes, but in my many phone conversations and emails, he has been able to answer all of my questions, and guide me thru the process of finding the right home for me. I understand that I will need to make a visit to Ocala to make the final decisions on my options, colors, etc., but feel confident that he will make the choice of my Alabama home feel right, be fair and open, and earn my business. Had an interesting tour of the factory- very impressed with the quality of the home. Dusty Rhodes was very helpful and knowledgeable with the purchase of our home. Can’t wait till the fall when we’re actually living in it😉
