We stopped by Ocean City Coffee on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and the line went out the door. I like this place because they have the feel of a coffee chain like Starbucks but with a local beach-y vibe. They have a few locations and this is definitely the flagship.However, they do not seem well suited to handle the large influx of holiday vacationers. For example, I went to order a Cappuccino and was told they had no Espresso left at all for the day. Their food selection also looked very picked through.As I said, I love this place but if you are going to charge $7 (plus tip) for an iced coffee and a cookie, you need to keep up with demand. I understand that it is the end of the summer and staff is short but I know they can do better.If you are staying downtown or shopping, stop here at least once. It is slowly but surely becoming a stronghold in the OC food scene.

I’m not sure if they’re milking the cows behind the shop, or perhaps grinding the beans with a miniature mortar and pestle, one bean at a time, but it shouldn’t take over twenty minutes to make four basic drinks. There was only one person ahead of us, so it’s not as if they were backed up. To add to the fun, when they put the drinks out, no one seemed to know which cup belonged to whom, and chaos ensued. The lattes were all right, the spiced cider was insanely sweet. Good enough to stop by in a pinch, but there’s better, cheaper, faster coffee in Ocean City.

Great shop that let me sit in and use their wifi and power for a few hours. They have some of the best prices Ive ever seen in any coffee shop and the drinks are very good. I got the frozen hot chocolate and it was great.

Amazing coffee and beans to take out. 1000 block Boardwalk location has better food selection.

I love ocean city coffee company. It is always a must when I am nearby. There is a variety of coffee products, lots to choose from. I have enjoyed every beverage and baked good I have ordered. You cant go wrong.

Been coming to ocean city for 11 years and always settling for mediocre coffee. Now that I finally gave OC coffee company a shot this will be my new go to. Coffee was excellent! In picture is a cold brew.

The shop on Asbury matches Asbury Street vibe: very casual and quaint.Finding parking on a Thursday mid-afternoon wasnt as bad as expected.Got two cappuccinos, one oat milk and the other had to be 2%. Either they dont have whole milk or ran out. Regardless, they were delicious.Bagged coffee is a bit pricey, drinks seemed to be standard cost.

Love this place! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, they helped me pick out a drink (they have so many options!) and now I have a new favorite! The beans they roast and flavor are also delicious and make for an amazing gift, the staff will grind them to whatever you need and help if you don’t know :)

Great place. I dont drink coffee, so cant talk about that. But the teas and Chai Lattes are awesome!

Love their coffee but the girls behind the counter could have been a little friendlier. I get that they deal with customers and tourists all the time. But they shouldnt let that effect their customer service.

I am here just about every morning for my Vanilla Chai Latte! My husband loves their flavored coffees.

They have a few location in Ocean City and they roast and flavor their own beans. You can order plain coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies and more. I wait all year to get my coffee while Im down the shore. They also do mail serves to get pounds of coffee delivered. The staff at any location is kind and helpful.

My iced latte was good besides the fact that it was a hot latte with ice put in it. I had a warm drink at the bottom and a cold drink at the top where the ice was. Shocking and quite gross.

Usually when you go here service is quite good. Today it was very slow. I felt like I was imposing on them to get my order ready.

Awful coffee, weak, flavorless. Only milk options are laced with sugar. Also ordered a wild berry “smoothie” - when I saw them making it I immediately asked for a refund because it was not a normal smoothie of blended fruit, it was blended fruit purées. Banana and berry purées. I mean, I don’t even have words. I presume this standard of quality is fairly typical for this town however this is the worst cafe I have ever been to in my life. Not that there’s many better options around here sadly. Also, the cashier refunded a card that wasn’t mine. Just general incompetence all round.

I love stopping in this coffee shop. The coffee aroma is absolutely wonderful the moment you open the door. Its a comfortable cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, good service, good coffee & free WiFi.

Its yummy. I prefer to get local coffee over a big chain and they definitely hit the mark of a good local coffee shop with all the variety of the bigger competition!

LOVE Ocean City Coffee Company. Great selection and staff.Every time I go to the shore I start my morning w a cup. I looked online for their coffee so this time I stocked up getting multiple bags of different varieties

The frozen hot chocolate is great, it tastes just like frozen hot chocolate (duh).A cozy place to get a drink. Its basically the same as the one on the boardwalk.Its cooler than being outside on a hot day, but its not super cold.Prices are similar to a Starbucks (which is also relatively close by) and they also have a nice little seating area with free wifi.

We ALWAYS buy our coffee here when we’re at the shore! BEST COFFEE EVER!!! This time we purchased regular chocolate raspberry and decaf chocolate fudge! LOVE this coffee!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 💕🥰 ☕️

I love this place and there coffee. I come 6/7 days a week and I always bring my dog, I appreciate that they are dog friendly. The only reason why I don’t give the 5 stars... I come to sketch and do my work, but I can’t focus over the loud talking from the employees. I can understand that it’s a social job, and it doesn’t bother me when customers are taking orders etc... but when I can hear conversations about random things over my headphones it instantly directs my attention to whatever they are talking about. I don’t mind that they are talking, it’s just the sheer loudness of it. It’s a small space but there’s no reason to make customers feel the need to leave due to the inability to focus.

I love this coffee shop. It got me through a whole summer of early morning work hours. Their at-home coffee selection is HUGE and delicious. If youve never had it, try their signature blend first. Works great for regular drip coffee and espresso drinks! Im so happy they added shops to the boardwalk. A++.

Great coffee shop on Asbury. Ive been to their shops on the boardwalk for several years. First visit to the one in town. Plenty of seating inside out of the weather. Perfect place to stop on a windy winter day.

My wife and I stopped in to grab a Coffee and a Chai Tea Latte. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the drinks were very good. The Chai Tea Latte was delicious in fact and made me sad that I didnt order one for myself as well. Will definitely be going back in next time we are in OC

I love there coffee. I bought the espresso and they ground it for me. Such a nice day I ordered the no sugar added vanilla frozen drink. Never lets me down. Staff is always nice.

I went to this coffee shop with my 2 friends. The barista got all of our orders wrong. I ordered an iced latte with gingerbread flavor, and it was basically all milk and tasted nothing like coffee or gingerbread. Both of my friends got no cream in their coffee, even though they asked for it, and one didnt get anything but black coffee, when she ordered an iced coffee with vanilla flavor. Not only were the orders wrong, but the coffee tasted awful and seemed very low quality. Would not suggest.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars!!! Thats how gross it was.I ordered an iced vanilla latte and I couldn’t even drink it, it was so sweet it tasted like sugar and so watery I had to just throw it away. Maybe the worst latte I’ve ever had and it was $8. Go to positively 4th street cafe if you want good coffee!!

I don’t want to come off as rude by saying this. This was simply the experience I had: This was one of the worst lattes i’ve had in my life. The foam was practically air and the espresso was burnt. I think a simple solution would be training people before they use the espresso machines.

Has really good lattes, just a bit on the pricey side. Especially their beans are expensive but alot of them are very unique flavors so can be worth the price.

I ordered two 16 oz. Americanos and an iced caramel latte. This was one of the weakest Americanos Ive ever had. It did not have more than a single shot of espresso and the rest was water. Iced caramel latte had a chemical aftertaste.

The chai tea is my favorite item on the menu. I love that they have a sugar free option. The two girls that worked the day shift today were very helpful and very professional. The prices are reasonable compared to other coffee shops. I love taking their teas and coffee beans home to have a little sip of the beach when vacation comes to an end. The can grind the beans for you in shop for a variety of different coffee makers.

Usually have a great visit. Gave 5 stars because we love it here. This visit wasnt The best....The employee didnt listen at all. We bought 3 bags of coffee beans. Only wanted the decaf ground. Ground the wrong bag. Gave one of our coffees to the wrong customer. She ordered a decaf and they gave her a coffee with 3 shots of espresso. No apologies, acted like we were wrong.

I love this coffee. It is soooo good. They have a great selection of bean coffee and make a bunch of specialty drinks at an excellent price. But also the best straight cup of coffee you can get. Stop going to Wawa and other gas stations and go here. You will thank yourself after the first sip.

This was our morning coffee go to! Which was funny seeing we were staying across the street from Starbucks. The Kailua hot coffee was delicious, and my kids enjoyed the blueberry & apple crumb muffins. Definitely recommend

I just ordered two lattes about 30 minutes ago. The first one was a white chocolate latte which was delicious and the guy working made it and then I ordered another one and the girl working made the second one. I tried it once I was already home and it was not like the first one. There was so flavor just milk and no whipped cream which we asked for. Make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing and not the girl who wanted to make the coffee sigh no care.

Good coffee with nice views of the boardwalk or Asbury street. The prices are what you would expect from a nice coffee shop in a vacation town. Much better prices and coffee than Starbucks. They have a wonderful tea selection and their many coffees are great. We always buy the pirates blend K-Cups to bring home. If you buy a reusable to go cup it is a great deal and a perfect souvenir to bring back for years to come. The staff and atmosphere are wonderful. A trip to Ocean City would not be complete without a stop at Ocean City Coffee.

Had the cinnamon bun iced coffee yesterday and loved it! The staff was very helpful and even grounded the caramel coffee beans i wanted to gift my parents. Tried the mint chocolate coffee and it tasted just like Dunkins. My favorite place to go in the morning!

Having fla ored coffee is always interesting. The flavors for this visit were Pirate, Black & Tan (both tasted like black coffee), Chocolate Coconut and Creme Brule, as well as a House decaf. You end up paying and then filling your cup yourself, which is nice as I could try the different flavors. In general the coffee was fine, and it was nice having a variety of flavors so Id keep going back. The service was nice, and seating was comfortable. The wall of all their flavors in whole bean bags is pretty incredible.
