When I entered, every store rep was helping someone and wearing a mask. Someone welcomed me. A marker on the floor helped me keep a safe distance from the people in front of and behind me. I got my new phone, a case, and all the help I needed to restore my data from my old broken phone. All of my visits over the last several trips to the coast have been met with professional service from a team that shows mutual respect for each other. Even though this visit I had to wait, it was comfortable and well worth it. The Ocean Springs store on 90 is my store.

I would give this place zero stars. My experience here hasnt been dismal and unnecessarily maddening. We came in to add a line to an existing account and trade in two phones. We were quoted an amount and I kid not when I say its been 3 billing cycles and they STILL cannot get it corrected. I have never had so much runaround and lack of follow through with Verizon. Ive been told they will call me back, they dont. They say the person I need to speak with is out sick, so I call back a week later and they say he was out on vacation. They said it will be corrected by the next billing cycle, and its not. Im so infuriated with these incompetent people, Im ready to leave this awful company. Dont quote me a plan you cant deliver on, charge me $60 more and waste my time.

Do not do business in this store. The amount of selfishness that a sales person gave my wife and me today is absurd. The man canceled my new contract without my consent. He led my wife and I to believe that he was helping us, but the whole time he had other motives. I am now out of money and am in limbo with the new service I was trying to acquire. He is selfish and greedy. He has caused me hours of my time that I will never get back, and he created a problem I never had until i walked in this store. Save yourself a lot of headaches and time and never ever do business in this store.

I have never written a review online, but WANDA 👏🏼 at the OS ATT store is a individual who deserves a special thank you! WANDA went beyond your normal salesman. It’s so hard to find people who genuinely get your frustration and will do ALL they can to rectify the situation, in which she did! I was BEYOND fed up with ATT yesterday. I had been wrongfully charged $275 and I had been dealing with Asurian and ATT for almost 5 months. After at least a dozen calls to each company that consisted of at least 30 min of my time ending in no resolution or getting disconnected. I was directed by multiple phone associates to continue to paying my bill, except for the $275 while it was investigated. Yesterday, while on the phone my phone gets CUT OFF. Leaving me in the middle of a workday unable to fulfill my obligations. I headed to the nearest store and first lady hands me her phone to call Asurian and ATT to try to resolve it on my own. After 42 min speaking with 2 different departments the phone hangs up as usual. I returned asking if someone could please assist, and explained my predicament again to which another representative behind the desk said, “Your going to have to pay the $275 and wait to be credited back.” That was the “normal” that Salesman/AT&T was know for ( I say that having read hundreds of reviews online of individuals in similar predicaments, in which no one ever got credited back). WANDA overheard my frustration. She came over and told me she would do everything she could to help me and she truly did! She sat with me for about an hour while patiently using her cell to call. She had my account and previous notes pulled up which helped tremendously! All the specifics the tech needed (I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, he was very helpful as well) she patiently looked up and relayed. To get to the point, she got the $275 credited back to my account along with the $40 reconnect fee and my service restored. Yes, the situation was beyond frustrating and should have never happened! The resolution and demeanor in which it was done in made me forget the whole thing! THANK YOU WANDA! I know I said it multiple times yesterday, but thank you for taking time while having a positive attitude. -Cheers

Terrible experience! I’ve had At&t forever and have done my fair share of upgrades but this last one has to go down in the books of just poor service. I called early this morning and specifically asked if they had any iPhone 12 pros and a representative told me they did. I drove 20 mins to the location only to find out they did not have the pros in fact. That should’ve been a sign to leave but I didn’t go with my first thought. Went with the iPhone 12 in the 64gb. Fast forward 3 hrs later the rep scanned the wrong phone in the check out process and since she already opened the phone box management looked like they wanted to charge me the restocking fee. Guess again! That’s not my fault. The internet in the store is spotty so every transaction took forever. They didn’t even have ink in the printers so my receipt looks like a low budget scratch off. I’ll be going to another store going forward. Looks like the staff main focus is just revenue, so 1 person will try to handle 4 customers at a time. Not giving anyone undivided attention so of course mistakes happen. Save yourself the headache and go to Diberville

Gracie was extremely helpful and professional from the moment we walked in. She stayed almost 2 hours after closing after we ran into a couple hiccups when switching phones. Not once did she complain about being there so late and she made the entire process a breeze. She even changed my screen protector on my new phone after seeing there was a tiny piece of lint underneath. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a cell phone store. Thank you Gracie!

I just don’t even know how to describe my ordeal over the past six months with AT&T... I realize that I am likely wasting more of my time, but here goes nothing. I have been a customer since they bought out Cingular Wireless. In late January I went to the O.S. store to have a line transferred. In the process they mistakenly transferred someone else’s number to my plan, as well as their phone and installment agreement. I fully understand that simple mistakes can and will be made!! I have been trying for months to get this number and installment plan removed from my account. I returned to the store the next day, after hours of trying to get my daughters phone to work with no success. They successfully transferred her line, but did not remove the other. I was told it would “fall off my bill” after a few days. Over SIX MONTHS later it is still on my account!!! I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service and the fraud department. I have made multiple trips to the store. After explaining the situation (which takes quite a bit of time I might add) I am transferred AGAIN and AGAIN ! Each person takes notes and each time I am transferred... I must explain the situation again!!! They are super friendly and seem to understand the situation but they are absolutely powerless to resolve it. I have returned to the Ocean Springs store several times and each time I am turned away with no real answers. The 2nd to last time I went in, the person I spoke with assured me he would take care of it, but “It would take him some time”. It’s been almost 2 MONTHS!!! In mid May the fraud department gave me a claim number and a date in which the issue would be taken care of... that date was June 2nd!!! I have gotten to the point that I just pay my portion of the bill !!Well guess what... My service was cut off and now my bill is up to $767.00 !!! I paid just enough to turn the service back on. My elderly father called me in a panic because his phone was shut off and that is his only lifeline. He lives out of state and if it weren’t for him I would have just brought my phones back to AT&T and went elsewhere. My father was even willing to pay my bill and begged me not to shut it off. I tried to explain the situation to him, but he just doesn’t understand. He is worried his phone is disconnected again. I am worried something happens to him when he is alone!!! He has a Razor flip phone that is duct taped together!! He refuses to let go of that phone because it has voicemails from Mother who passed away. AT&T has admitted their mistake, won’t fix it, and can’t even assure me that my service won’t be disconnected until they figure it out!!!! After SIX MONTHS I am still being forced to pay for a number that is not mine! I can’t even cancel the line until the installment agreement for that phone is paid for!! I WILL NOT pay for a phone that I have never had my hands on! I’m STILL being charged for a line that has a grand total of ZERO talk, ZERO data, and ZERO text in the past 6 months!!!!!! I guess my only option now is to turn the phones in, allow AT&T to DESTROY MY CREDIT and go to another provider! How long will it take me to get my credit straight after that?? How many calls from collections??? How long will this go on??? I guess my next and only step is to file a complaint, arbitration, and procure legal council. How many more months will that take??? I have been nothing but nice and have tried to handle this situation in every way I know how. I have given them ample time to fix this issue. I could have never imagined that a simple problem and admitted mistake by AT&T would turn into a 6 month nightmare!!! They will lose a customer of over 15 years that pays them for 5 LINES & Internet, but I am going to lose my credit and my sanity in the process. Oh, I forgot... The same day of the phone transfer I added the family insurance plan. 2 months later my daughter breaks the back glass of her IPhone. When I look at my account for the insurance... it’s not there!!! It’s definitely on the receipt from that day, though.

I dont have an AT&T phone but I took a friend of mine there who did and we went in and I tell you what they or so quick at coming and giving you help. They always have a smile on their face theyre so courteous theyll do anything they could to help you out with your problems on your phone or whatever you need the assistance is just great Im with another service but Ive had nothing wrong with mine but I tell you if anybody wants to get a phone and have something done go to AT&T in Ocean Springs they really are wonderful wonderful people. Great atmosphere and clean.

I never get on here and do reviews but I have been through months of absolute horrible sales associates that work for att, seems to to the norm with them recently... I was tired of being lied to and charged triple what they quoted just to make a sale but today I was super lucky to get Jared Carter to be help me! This guy knows his business and turned the mess of a plan I had into something I could be ok with .. actually ecstatic! Jared cares about his customers because he has integrity and instead of tricking me into spending more money( like one there Tyler -do not use him that’s who started my whole bad phone service nightmare. Jared sat there for two hours and got everything fixed. He needs to be training EVERYONE at that diberville store and really any sales associates. Because guess what I will refer everyone I come in contact with to Jared! I am only keeping my account with ATT because he works there .. and who do I need to talk to about getting him a raise. ATT take note : this is how you act/ and we expect service to be but it’s changed and really Jared is the only one who had ever gone above and beyond like that I’m so impressed I felt like I need to share this!I wish I could give him 10 stars.. this is for Jared not to be confused with the diberville store as a whole because as a whole they Suck! Thank you for fixing 7 months of overcharged, messed up bills that I had, the previous att employee who didn’t care that im a small business owner and while it’s paying them I’m going broke paying a bill as much a my car note! I will only ask for Jared for now on!! Super impressed!!!

Staff very Nice & Knowledgeable. Large Big Room - noise is very loud when staff & customers are speaking, phones ringing. Not enough tables & chairs to sit. Suggest a numbering system to know who will be next. They can get Swamped so easily. I did have an appt.

Just want to give a shoutout to Zak at the OS location. We had the most awful experience at diberville and just decided to wait for the reopen of the Ocean springs store. So glad we did. Zak and his team were so helpful and we were in and out less than an hour with two fully set up iPhones :)

They lost my business over 6 years ago due to poor customer service and prices, but fast forward to today and they lost my Mother as a customer also due to customer service before a service could ever be started! Plane and simple, if a company will not speak to their own customer service who have asked you to go to speak to them, you need to find another company. I did 6 years ago and havent regretted it in the slightest. Now my mother stopped and will also be going to Straight Talk for the same exact reason; AT&T employees refusing to even speak to their own customer service. Seriously, I dont get it... Having customer service for the company your dealing with on the phone saying they see the mistake and have a solution, but the employees refusing to talk with them, acknowledging the solution or even attempt to resolve the situation.Up to you, but Id at least stay away from the Ocean Springs branch if you intend on dealing with AT&T.

0 stars!! Husband went there to upgrade phone, was told that he had 7 months left with his plan and that was a total lie! The man most likely didn’t even look at our account, so I called customer service to verify our upgrade and just continued everything online from now on. Definitely lost our business through the store for good. (Not the first time we had trouble with AT&T stores, but this will be our last for sure)

Glen at this location is awesome!We had almost given up on AT&T after being rescheduled TWICE by corporate for our internet install. We went into this location and had internet the next day. Glen found military discounts for us, and we ended up switching cell carriers to AT&T as well. The installation was a breeze and everyone local was so helpful! Take our advice, DON’T call the corporate offices. Go to the local store and have Glen help you!

I go and pay my bill at this store, when I first go in they dont welcome me or anything they just ignore me. When I go and ask a question they are really rude in answering me. Awful is just one of the few words I can use to explain the customer service from this place. I went there to see if I can upgrade to an unlimited plan since overages were killing me bill wise. They were no help and just kept telling me to call the call line. Well I called AT&T and they were no help (and suggested an unlimited plan that costed more than my overages). So I cancelled my AT&T service (which I was a loyal customer for over 8 years) and switched to C-Spire. Now Im waiting on the final bill which was supposed to be mailed to me. Its been over a month now. Ive called the number numerous times without a conclusion. So I got impatient and went to this location again to see if I can either pay the bill there or even get an idea how much the final bill would be. Absolutely no help. And rude too. Like Jesus....do yall want me to pay the bill or not lol. For a company that can check my credit in a heartbeat, they cant pull up the file of a 8 year customer to tell him how much he owes. So although this is a review of this particular store, its also a review of AT&Ts crappy customer service. Im glad I switch.

I would rate the management a zero. She is very unprofessional talks loud where everyone in the store can hear your business. Does not listen to the customer, and dresses like a slob. She made a call had it on speaker phone like she was something special speaking very loud making sure everyone knew she was the manager. Poor Poor Service. The rep on the other hand was being very professional to the person she was helping, I feel very sorry for them. I will never patronize this store again. I also filed a complaint with ATT Corp I hope the customer she was being rude to did as well.

Every carrier has their own issues, trust me I had Verizon they were more expensive before the Tmobile plan changes and Sprint doesnt work in rural areas. I have been to this location 3 times and each time has been pleasant. My only issues was the wait time to see a rep.
