One of the only places in town for the youth to come play games have snacks and just hang out. The games involve a lot of one to one and group interaction, a skill that is lost with all the phone games. There is an adult there to supervise.

This organization is borderline criminal and cares nothing for its customers. The world is going digital and this place will become the new VHS of 2021-TBD. I recommend you check the greatest hits section of whatever platform you play before you come in here and spend $45 on a used version of a $20 brand new game. May the gods of gaming forever smite their organization and all locations burn to the ground.

I would like a station where we can preview games before we have to buy them. Also what is this i may not have whats on the top rows... get rid of the ones you dont have, box and all. The store specifically the lady working there was really helpful and nice -but she can relate this to corporate.

We always will go to gamestop over walmart, they have so many collectables, clothing and of course games. My husband and I being huge nerds go at least once or twice a week. The workers are always friendly and helpful.

Gamestop is a ripoff. I took my nintendo switch in there to get store credit and they told me that just because the catridge slot didnt close all the way that they would have to take $50 off my trade. Never heard of that ever before.

Having to try and find game consoles online is ridiculous.

Gamers Paradise. Got everything u need from accessories and systems. Down to action figures and statues. Love this place also because of there vast knowledge of video games.

Bought a “Brand New” game and they had it out of the case already and the Manual was missing from the case. But they still charged 59.99 even though it was essentially used game at that point. Just go to Walmart if you want a new game. They open all there games and often sell new games in used cases because they can’t tell the difference.

The staff are very knowledgeable about what you need. If they are not sure they will give you suggestions on how to fix your problem. It is also easy to find a game it is simple as just asking an employee!

Store REPRESENTATIVES was having difficulty with the stores computer, not his fault but he took the time to place our order on a tablet that took about 3 times as long but he held in there & got it handle, it was greatly appreciated.

My son bought a 60$ game in Pascagoula and got it home to lucedale (45 minute drive) and it didnt work. So we took it back and exchanged it and it didnt work either. I hope they will let me test it out next time. I dont understand why used games for the wii original should be so expensive!

I love everything about gamestop, the people the choices and the staff.

They allow preorders and gradual payments on almost any game. Dropping 60+ dollars on a game everytime its released is a no go for me. Id never be able to afford half the games I have if it werent for the gradual payments.
