I have been with Verizon 2007-2014 and 2017-present, across four different states. This was the best Verizon experience I have had. Kevin (Taylor is on his name badge) took excellent care of us. He was outstanding in his knowledge and service proficiency. We felt he was focused on our needs, not on his sales. Though the store was severely under manned, due to unforeseen circumstances (he was the only one there), he was persevering with joyful customer service. He was able to wait on several parties at one time and skillfully target his attention towards each individual circumstance. This guy deserves a promotion and a raise. The company would do well to have him train other techs/clerks.

Went in mid-Thursday morning, around 10a, and the place was surprisingly busy. There was one guy working. Probably about 8 customers each needing something. Ive been in other Verizon locations and my experiences were either people who didnt really want to deal with the customers, or had no idea what they were doing or what needed to be done to resolve an issue. This guy was super nice, just all around good spirited, and so efficient. He was handling multiple customers at once, and not dropping the ball on anything. I was impressed. Id hire him if I could. I hope his bosses appreciate him and pay him what hes worth.

Diamond was absolutely amazing!! Her customer service was top notch. Super professional. If there were more stars I’d highlight them all.

Diamond was wonderful help and sweet. I’ve never been into a Verizon store, coming right in and right out with not just one but TWO new phones.She was absolutely great and so friendly. Definitely recommend Diamonds customers service.

Taylor is one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales persons I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Russell cellular in Ocean Spring to everyone. They really care and take care of their customers like family.

Just popped into Verizon quick to buy a screen protector for my new Apple Watch. Robert was very helpful, even applied screen protector for me. Ill be returning soon to review cell plans and pick up new iPhone 12 :)

We were very pleased with the service we received when we picked up my new phone at Russell Cellular. The employees were very knowledgeable & helpful. I only wish I had contacted them first for the purchase . . . before my original call was routed to FL . . . to process the sales transaction.

Taylor is AMAZING! He remembered my name from a short encounter a day before. He went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were completely informed. While helping us He also helped 3 other customers, yet we never felt like we were being ignored. That ability to multitask boggles my mind. Really, customer service like that makes the store. I really cant say enough good things.I should add that I went in to get a phone repaired and left with a new phone at a great deal.

Gave up trying to adapt to iPhone and went back to Samsung for one huge/ tiny flip of the switch..... Bluetooth selectivity. Service was great those guys have some patience, most of their customer issues tend to be with customers like me 50+. Woulda given 5 starts but didnt have and couldnt get an otter box for my new phone?

The Worst level of service, The salesman stated several times that he was only a authorized dealer and he didnt make money by fixing the terrors of Verizon internet sales.Sour attitude, sub standard service, take your money elsewhere

Great experience. We recently switched from AT&T to Verizon after approximately 20 years with AT&T. Bryson (manager) is knowledgeable, helpful, and responds promptly to questions, concern or dumb user error issues.If you want or need Verizon assistance, I highly recommend this store.

Taylor did not take the security of every customer’s account. He stated names, addresses, and PIN number in front of other customers.Before one customer left his desk, he was asking the PIN number of another customer.He definitely needs more training on these procedures.And come to find out; someone was recording the whole time. So it shows his lack of professionalism.

Ive been experiencing issues with my apps and memory storage. Added a microSD card to my phone but didnt fully understand how to move my apps to the SD. Frustrated I gave up and went to see Russell Cellular. The CSR who helped me, Challis, was very patient and helpful in explaining and showing me how to move apps. Shes definitely an asset to the organization! Exceptional service like that is what keeps me as a Russell Cellular customer! Kudos to Challis!
