Walked in to just browse at their phone prices and plans and before I knew it Sebrina had my wife and I a new phone with a case and screen protector. She literally went above and beyond to help me. The process was effortless for me as she stayed busy transferring our numbers. I cant comment on the wireless service yet but the customer service at this location is phenomenal. I really hope someone in upper management reads this review and acknowledges their staff for an excellent job.

I just walked in and the employees were AWESOME. They asked me a few questions and saved me hundreds this year. Sabrina and Robby work extra, to help everyone.

Love my Cricket. The price is right. 90.00 for 3 lines. Myself and 2 girlfriends all got together and brought the price down. If it is just 1 person its about 50 bucks for what we all have. Check it out.

Crickit wireless ocean Springs helped me out so much when I needed it I drove to DIberville they turn me away and went to Ocean Springs when I didnt have a phone and couldnt call nobody they helped me so much and restarted my phone got it working and did all the updates

I came in today to pay my bill & I was helped by a lady named Valerie and I just wanted to let you know that shes doing an amazing job with how much she knows what shes doing helps customers to the fullest and beyond I think she needs to be moved up with a pay raise & I will only come when shes here!!!

They have a very large, clean store with the Phone selection you are looking for. Everyone in the store has worked there for almost a year. The only Cricket Wireless store I will use.

Horrible customer service, they connect a new sim card to the wrong number, one that is working fine. Not only do they refuse to correct the problem without us paying for another sim card, but since we did bridge pay, now we cant turn the phone on until the additional amount is paid. Would not recommend this company. Always have issues, because they always have new employees who are not properly trained. Now I have to pay for their mistake.

Was told I needed to upgrade phone & only needed new charging chord, cost $100 I didnt need to spend!

The employee had no idea what he was doing. I went without service for 2 days waiting on him. He had neglected to complete my order, and this prevented my activation. I ended up going to another store to finish. I also purchased a screen saver, and it was put on right. So now I do not have one at all.

Eddie was so helpful and friendly! So were the ladies too, the day before!
