My phone almost never works.. Ive brought it there so many times its getting silly..i pay 90 a month

I really appreciate Cspires customer service, whether its in store or over the phone or online! They actually pay attention to you and your questions and or concerns if you should have any. Theyre quite willing to help out in any way they can. In a world that seems to be preoccupied with a me,me,me mine,mine,mine and a now, now, now, way of thinking its quite a refreshing change to come across a company with so many employees who seem genuinely happy to do their job with efficiency and a smile on their faces !!!

Tara is so sweet and was able to help me with any problem that I had even down to app problems. She is a perfect example of great customer service!

Really just depends on who you get here. Sometimes you luck out and its good, sometimes you get laughably bad service. Flip a coin. I suggest the Pascagoula branch.

They charge 5 dollars to make a cash payment. Or 10 dollars if I want to make a payment with a rep. I can’t wait for my contract is up. Can someone please tell me why they would do this. Especially when money is so tight for so many people because of Covid. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

Exceptional customer service.

Horrible company. No customer service. No customer retention. They have had two towers down for the past year and caused spotty service. Sales person lied to me about monthly price. Managers are rude and pretty much tell you to deal with it.

Awful customer service at this Ocean Springs location. I do not recommend this location at all! The rep did not go out of her way to help good customers who have never had a late payment. Over cspire! Losing 2 good customers.

This place is not the normal cspire I go to bit I was very happy with the service I recieved here. I own a company and needed some ipads for our new software upgrades. The manger didnt have all the ones I needed and even offered to drive and pick them up and different locations. I was very impressed. When you spend a lot of money with a company you like to know they value your business and this location certainly does that.

This place always takes a long time to get in and out of and when my father passed away, after having Cellular South phones since they came in brief cases, my mother couldnt get anyone to help her get in the account and had to give up an account atleast a decade old and we went to Verizon instead of changing to a the plan than we had before for more money.

Worst customer service ever. Told it was going to be one price and turned out to be twenty dollars more. Hung up on several times when tried to contact. Free phone sure wasnt free.
