After my car battery died, my dad told me to visit Auto Zone for assistance and it turned out to be a great choice! I told the associates what I was looking for and they went to examine my car to make sure I needed the right thing. The workers were polite, funny and efficient which is exactly the criteria that everyone should look for in great customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided to me by Rennon and Ben the regional manager. I highly recommend auto zone the next time youre having car trouble.

I was having some car trouble so I went in to get my battery tested. A young man by the name of Myles helped me out. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery and he walked me through everything as he fixed my problem. Very enjoyable experience

I went to get 8 quarts of oil, and a filter, for my bmw. Young man helped me identify what I needed, retrieved from the shelf and then very quickly processed my transaction. Great experience!

Hi.My battery had died. AAA came and replaced my battery. They tested my alternator just in case and it was 11.98, just below the 12.+ range that it needed to be in.I google mapped auto parts, Autozone was the closest.I called and talked with Myles. I came in and Myles free tested the battery and alternator. Cazma ordered a new alternator for me and belt as well a new wipers I requested. He also put them on for me. They recommended a local mechanic who did replaced the alternator and everything works great.Please note: I am disabled. I can only stand for seconds at a time and it is very painful. They were super nice and Marc brought out a chair for me.The next day I came to pick them up. Misty privided me with a place to sit and got the parts I needed from the previous days order. When the repairs were done, I returned the old core which they help me bring in from the car.During this time the crew in helping others were commucaticative and knowledgeable in helping others and have a genuine congeniality amongst each other. I.e. Excellent team work.In the past, I had the highest service rating in the nation 2 years running with Levy and my previous employment before Covid I was #2 for the nation in my department for a company with over 60 million members. Sales and service-yes. One of my responsibilities was to find solutions to fix them, in the best of ways, to improve the guest experience. Now, I am just a regular guy. I only tell you this because I know what excellent service is and wish to truly convey the fantastic level I have experienced here.Again, I want to make you aware of the truly stellar service I received here. I had normal expectations of things going right, but truly am impressed with the store and the peoples genuine desire to help the guest. Pulled up and it was not busy. The employees were very very helpful and the customer service was excellent...We looked around store and then went to employee who found out what we needed straight away and got us the filter s and wipers to change out. All in all a good experience.

I had a turn signal outage on my Durango. Marc at store #4834 did his light-changing magic on my car. I keep ample light bulb supply since it seems to be a chronic problem. There was no charge and he couldnt have been nicer nor speeder.Super grateful repeat customer,Laurie

I went in yesterday to buy a battery for my remote key fob. Juan showedme how to open the device, learned that a key was inside, and locatedand removed the battery. He graciously installed a new one and I was onmy way. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, explaining all I neededto know. Hes the best.

At my local Auto Zone located Clark Rd and Silver Star in Ocoee Fl, on 10/02/20 around 12:00 . I bought a battery to be installed. After paying for battery and outside waiting for installation after 15min of waiting I go inside store and ask the person who was assisting me as to how much longer and the store manager said to me that I would have to wait . I informed him that I have paid and been waiting .hes help someone else said the store manager. There was only one other customer in the store and was looking for a part on the store shelf while the manager was doing nothing from my view point. Poor management and poor customer service. The Associate that I paid and was to install the battery was just standing there waiting for the customer to finish making a selection before he came out to install my battery because the store manager wouldnt Allow him to install the battery . The reason I was waiting is that the store manager didnt Want to Assist in helping the one customer in the store nor did he Want to Assist in changing the battery. Poor management.

Called around for a oil filter housing for a toyota sienna. They told me they had one in stock. After driving 20 miles to pick it up they said they show 1 in stock but cannot find it.

Came in to get my battery recharged. My battery was smoking by the time I got there. The staff was great. One of which helped me in the rain to remove the battery terminals so I could go elsewhere to get a new battery. Ended up buying a new one from them after all. The gentleman who put my new battery in has been working with the company for over 20 years. I was told by a mechanic the previous day that my alternator was going out. Once auto zone installed my new battery they checked my alternator. My alternator passed and it was my battery the whole time. I was at this location for 2 hours. They were very patient with me and helpful even though I was an emotional wreck. Thank you, to this staff again, for all your help.

Older gentlemen working behind the counter prolly had the worst customer service ever im Kinda mad I didnt get his name because he put out the most miserable vibes was beyond rude. I almost walked out. HOWEVER A YOUNGER GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF LUIS HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE SAVED MY AUTO ZONE EXPERIENCE. HE SHOULD BE A MODEL OF HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AT AUTO ZONE.

As a lady, its nice when you meet men in auto stores and repair shops that take time to explain what is simple to them. I asked for details on what brake fluid to use and they kept saying it doesnt matter. well, if it doesnt matter, why is there a D3 and a D4 type. ...........ditto..........going to another store where someone will explain things.

Wayne the manger is one of the most rude people I’ve come in contact with. The guy Timothy Trell Johnson Jr was also rude. Both using foul language and ignoring customers to use their personal phones instead of help assisting. Timothy also come in the building smelling like illegal substances and I’ve seen him distribute as well. I don’t how how someone is able to work at a company and do such a thing!!!!! Something needs to be done about that, and Autozone needs to drug test their employees!!!

I stopped cause my car wouldnt start. I figured it was my battery. They checked it and sure enough it was dying. I picked out a new one and they installed it for me. I was in and on my way in 20 mins.

Employees outnumbered customers but I still couldnt find anyone to help me. (Jan 2, 11am). Walked out & went to the auto store next door. Came back a few minutes later to get the last few items. Still only 1 employee helping customers. Walked out again. A few days ago the Mgr showed me the empty shelf where my H/A PS fluid was. Shelf was still empty after half a week.

Just a fair price place to get any and all auto parts supplies very friendly
