Sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pickup the phone in automotive. I started calling at 5:59pm (they close at 7) and the lady that kept trying to transfer me told me no one is currently there.Gotta love it!

After dropping my car off on a Monday after being told in Friday they have my tires I get a text two hours later saying my car is done only to be told they dont have my tires.Do not waste a phone call. Long lines, understaffing and carelessness all mixed into one.

Disappointed in the Auto Care Center!Got there at 9am and waited 2 hrs after they claimed computers were down to than be met by a rude mechanic who said at 11am they will start seeing people. All I needed was a tire change due to flat and he said rudely itll take 45min or longer...which is obsurd for a simple tire change and especially after waiting almost 2 hours!I love Walmart but there Auto Care Center needs a major improvement and mechanics need a better attitude, if they dont like the job move onto something else!!!

They did not do what they said did on the work sheet. It read my tires had 35 lbs. In each tire, 2 had 3Olbs., 2 had 32lbs. I just hope my oil filter doesnt leak this time!

5 stars to the gentleman who took care of my silver Toyota Tacoma. When in Thursday evening for my oil change and he was able to do the tire rotation as well and stayed late. Everybody else left but he was so helpful I have to go back out there to find out what his name was. He was great. when putting my groceries in the car he waited outside since it was quite dark until I got in the truck. A very nice guy.

I brought my vehicle in to replace a tire and have 2 others plug. I ran over a batch of nails on the highway. I sat there for over 2 hours, I watched car after car get serviced and leave while I was sitting there and they never looked at my car. The manager was no help. I don’t mind waiting but at least let me know there’s a wait, my money is green just like the rest of the customers. Do better!!!

Took my vehicle to get tires mounted and balanced, at 60 mph my doors were shaking. I took it back in to get re balanced with little to no improvement. Aluminum alloy wheels also scratched and damaged. The service was absolutely horrible, and a complete waste of 2 days and $100. Technitions are not experienced, or willfully perform poor workmanship. Management is a joke. I will not shop at Walmart for anything from now on.

They always have what I need at a good prices

Smiles all around but when you need something done quickly, this is not the spot. I arrived before they were open and I was second in line, Somehow my car got pushed back and they did 5 cars before doing my oil change. This has happened a few times before and that’s why I thought I’d arrive early but it didn’t work at all.So, here’s what’s up: slow service but yeah, people here are nice indeed.

Took my car into Walmart for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 6:45AM for a 7AM opening and was still behind 2 oil changes. In at 7:03 and front desk got their act together at 7:10. Told 1 hour which seemed long but ours is not to question why etc etc. Back in 1 hour told oil was done but no staff for rotation though a lady was getting new tires put on her car. Made an appointment for 9AM the next day. Showed up at 8:45 and was told that the rotation would be done by 10:00. Back at 10:00 and car still not done. Told new lady desk manager named Sharon who shined in comparison to first what was going on. She said that they would start in 5 minutes after talking to crew. Spent 40 minutes watching 3 tire guys eating and chatting and car didnt move inside. Asked Sharon for my keys back. She went out and yelled at the main tire guy who stormed past me without apology. Called Action Gator Tire at encouragement of son in law. Told Sherwin my sad story and he said come in tomorrow AM. There at 6:45 and crew already opening up shop. Met Sherwin when he opened up at 7 promptly. Car finished by 7:20 and he would not charge me a penny. I think he thought that I have suffered enough and he was right. Turns out Action does everything automative. Guess where I will be taking my car till the day I die.

Took a little longer than expected but the staff was courteous and friendly. They took good care of my car, will go back.

Excellent customer service. Went in for a battery, the wait was over 3 hours, the tech changed the battery in between his services, took him 10 minutes but saved me a 3 hour wait. Very happy!

Perhaps the best part about Walmart is their autocare center. This one was no different. Love the service!

They threw away a brand new tire I was going to use as a spare when I got all 4 replaced and didn’t compensate me for it or offer me a credit toward a new spare. They charged me for 4 tires and warranty for all 4 but there was only 2 tires in their system when I went to use my warranty. They looked at my tires and could tell they all obviously got replaced so said they’d fix my tire that went flat. BUT they didn’t find anything wrong with the tire after I had left it there for 5 hours and whilst they would not answer the phone. When I got back to the shop, my tire was flat again. I demanded them look harder and fix the problem. Then it took them 20 minutes. It finally got fixed.

Ive always loved to go to this Walmart Auto Center for my car oil change. They are always very friendly and the get it done as fast as possible. And they are willing to help with things like replacing headlights even if you dont get any services. The auto check out is the best in the entire store. The rest of the store is super slow

Price for work is fair. It took 2 and a half hours, when I was quoted 1 hour to put 2 new tires. This was my 4 visit because the other time quoted 2-3 hours wait time. If you have the time to wait, its all good.

I just arrived there on a rainy day. And the old guy came up and asked me about what i want to do quickly, 5-minute-talking. And everything was so quick

“Auto Service Center had no mechanics working”. Went to the auto service center this morning at 8:30am to find only one customer being serviced and two open bays ..... great! .... get out in a reasonable time. NO WAY. I was told it would talk one hour before they could do my oil change. Why? The counter person said all the mechanics were unloading pallets for the main store. Counter person did not even offer to go get a mechanic. Auto service is clearly not a priority at this Walmart. I took my business elsewhere and was done in a half hour.

Got there early to have my tire fixed (remove nail) & out within an hour. Good customer service.

Can at 640am since they open at 7. Was second person in line to get tires done did not leave until almost 12 noon. Employee that was working on truck was on his phone walking around. They tell me first come first serve well I was 2nd. It should not have taken that long to replace 4 tires. Cashier Charmaine had attitude when u ask questions about how much longer. Not professional at all.

They put proper air pressure in my tires, no charge. Thanks to Mike, the department manager, and to the technician who put in the air. Great job.

I had my car serviced a week ago and found things not done to my car that were checked off on their list. I called to speak to someone about the issues. A woman named Charmaine (or something),from the auto center, was so rude to me on the phone. She even hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and another employee lied and said he was the manager. Thats not good customer service at all.

So, every time Ive been here its been extremely slow. Each time I go, I swear to myself Im not going back. Well of course I went back to get a tire. They didnt have one so they had to order it and it was supposed to come in the next day. I was told I would receive a call when it arrived. No call came but I went up there anyway. The tire was there but I was told it was now going to be a two hour wait before my vehicle was even worked on because there were six people in front of me... I left. Drove down the road to Crawford Tire. They werent even open but they had the tire and put it on within 20 minutes. This place needs a manager!!! Poorly run and obviously under staffed... STAY AWAY if you value your time. Go to Crawford Tire on Taylor Street in Ocoee.

I went to change my car battery there today and it took five long, frustrating hours to do a five minutes job. When I checked in my car, I was told that there are six cars ahead of me and I have a wait time of two hours. After two hours, I went to the department manager and he rudely said I have another 45 minites which took another three long, frustrating hours before one of the team members came to me and said, why didnt I say I was only changing my car batteries and he would have done it a long time ago. This is the worst service, they do not value other people time. I would never go there again, very poor and tedious service.

I should have known better from Walmart. I waited around for 30 min to have my wifes tire patched then walked out into the garage to find no workers to be found and her car still parked where I left it. When I asked for my key back because I was leaving, one mechanic appeared and said he didnt know there was a car over there. He was the only mechanic working in the entire garage. I went to Action Gator Tire less than a mile away and they got it done in 15 minutes.

I dont recommend this place at all, thought it would be quick but they lie they can take for ever, more than 4 hours, the Manager dont seem to care at this store.

Their battery checking machine is inconveniently out of order so you cannot return an in warrantee bad neverlast battery.

I bring my car here regularly, the service crew is always nice. I recommend it.

Used a hammer to install a battery, couldnt properly rotate tires, even # them and gave him a picture how I wanted them rotated! Had a nail in one tire, they found it & pulled it out and then told me that they couldnt patch it!
