Made an appointment in advance for an oil change. When I showed up, they said it would take 3-hours. Why accept appointments if you cant complete them while customers wait? Why accept appointments without first informing customers that the scheduled time will require the vehicle for 3 hours? No one apologized to me for the inconvenience. Went to Jeffy Lube down the street and I was in and out within 40-minutes (with no appointment.) Will not return to this location and will avoid Pepboys from now on.

I have been going to this pepboys for years and will still continue business at this location. My experience with them has ALWAYS been amazing and Susie is the definition of PERFECT customer service! She was super helpful and nice!!! I recommend anyone I can to this location!

The Manager Susie and her team, Master mechanic James and Mechanic Demetrius were able to handle my car issue at the last a minute an hour before closing on Saturday. They were efficient, effective and above gave excellent customer service. Make sure you go in when Susie is on duty shell put more value in what youll spent just on her expertise and personality alone.

I got a screw in my tire (again) and they were sooo fast! Had an appt and came 20 minutes early and they checked it, said they could patch it and had it back on my car in like 10 minutes!!!! I am blown away. They were soo kind and polite. Definitely recommend++

I took my SUV to the Pep Boys on Colonial today, because I had a sputtering and rough idle from the engine. Susie at the front desk said that their “Master Mechanic James” will look at it and figure out what’s wrong. After an hour, they come back with a final diagnostic. He says that I need a new engine. I said I don’t see how that’s possible, because it was driving just fine and the sputtering instantly started. He told me the fault codes that it read, and because it was misfiring and running so bad, that I needed a new engine. I told him I I can’t see how that was possible, and that I was going to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. He told me good luck, but since the engine is running so bad I need to replace the entire thing. I took it a mile up the road to another shop, Advanced Automotive Ocoee. When I got there, all the bays were full, and the guy inside so that they are fully booked up this week. He said go ahead and pull it up front and he will take a look at it in the parking lot for me. Within a matter of seconds, he found out what the problem was. It was a loose wire. The sputtering instantly stopped, and the vehicle was running smooth again. He said don’t worry about any cost, it was free of charge, but just remember them for any automotive needs in the future. The same vehicle that needed a new engine from Pep Boys, all of a sudden is running perfectly fine all because of a loose wire! Look elsewhere for your automotive needs, please!

Let me just start off, may be a good place for a simple oil change. Other than that I would NOT recommend. I’m deeply disappointed. On appointments that have been scheduled, I call to make sure it’s the right time to come in and they tell me a later time every hour. Then they’d do oil changes before my car needed ACTUAL work. I waited around and then they said they had to close. Generally they took no prioritization or kept their word. Will not be going again.

I got a flat tire on the Florida Turnpike with no spare. It’s a Saturday at 5:30 pm and 98 degrees out. Susie was great. She identified what I needed and got the techs on the job right away. This is actually a big fat ZERO!! I ordered tires and was told they were in. Arrived for my appointment and they had sold them to someone else. Quote: We cant even get this deal anymore and theres only 12 sets in the WHOLE state. That is irrelevant information to me. I ordered them, they called and said they were in and I showed up for my appointment and they sold them to someone else. Incompetence at its finest. I have no confidence for future purchases.

As far as customer service goes Suzzie and Demetrius were outstanding. Suzzie got the tire I need delivered in less than an hour and Demetrius should be recruited by NASCAR for how fast he got me back on the road! This old veteran certainly appreciates good people like them! God bless both of you!

Had to stop with a flat tire. Got there before they opened. I told the manager, Eric, about my problem. He came out looked at my tire, said it’s fixable. The mechanic took the car right in and fixed it fast. I was able to get on my way back to work with no hassles. I was fully prepared to buy a new tire, an expense I wasn’t looking forward too. They were honest enough to say I didn’t need one. $20 and I was on my way. They were awesome. If I lived local I would use this place all the time. As it is I’m telling my coworkers how wonderful they are. Thank so much pepboys for Eric and Jim.

I purchased a Bosch battery with a warranty on 3/09/19 and this morning when I went to crank my vehicle battery died. I got a jump from the Bosch jump start service which took two hours to complete. I brought my car to pep boys to inform them of the situation the shop manager seemed annoyed and told me that it would be 89.00 to replace. Dont go to this pep boys its horrible.

I just went for an inspection of my vehicle as I was selling it, and did so upon request of buyer, through tred.com who has an account with Pepboys. I had an 11AM appointment. When I got there, they said there were 3 cars ahead of me and they might not get to it today. I have never dealt with someone like the manager here who has absolutely no business dealing with the public or customers of any kind. He is rude, unfriendly, and seems put out by any questions or interactions. When I went the next day to pick up the car, I waited for them to complete the inspection. As the mechanic handed the paperwork to the manager, I was standing 4 feet away, and asked how it looked. He ignored me and walked away. If Pepboys places a miserable person like this in a management position, I cant imagine going to any Pepboys for any reason in the future. Read online reviews before going here. I read several others with similar experiences. Many were charged for unnecessary repairs.

They told me no when I said I was stranded that I needed my phone charged.Its ok because Im still stranded.lol

I got back from a meeting to find my tire flat at 330pm. I was able to put some air in it and pulled into this Pep boys to see if they could help me. They were more than happy to accommodate me and make me laugh while I waited. My tire was patched and with a smile, they refused a tip and I was home by 430! Great staff!! I had a flat tire when I ran over some object on the Turnpike. Losing tire pressure fast, I searched for the nearest tire shop and immediately got off the Turnpike. What do I see but Pep Boys just at the end of the exit ramp! Whew! I had two puppies with me and they were as stressed as I was. Thankfully they had appropriate replacement tires and they replaced all four tires just to be on the safe side. I was in and out in under an hour. Many thanks to Eric, Susie and the outstanding mechanics who got me and the pups back on the road. Lifesavers!

I had an appointment for this location and I arrived early just to be disrespected by the manager. I had a service plan from my purchasing dealership which could be used at Pep boys. The manager stated I would need to leave my vehicle with them and they might get to it before the end of the day. I asked why so long if I had an appointment he said it’s at the manager’s discretion. After getting mileage information I was asked why did I bring it there because of the name on the plan. I explained to him that the service provider allowed me to go to Pep Boys. He asked if I had been to a Pep boys before and I responded yes he then asked sarcastically why I didn’t go there. I then left and will never go there again.

I selected this location for installation of four Tire Rack tires, after picking up the truck it shook violently in the first half a mile, I immediately returned and provided feedback. I was told that a tire was defective and I should drive it to see if it sorts itself out.I asked that the tires be re-balanced and was told no. I went to another shop and every wheel was out of balance and excessive weights were used. The truck is now riding and driving perfectly.

I have read the reviews, both good and bad. They still get 4.2 rating that should be a 5 in my book. After going to other shops I decided to give them a try. Both Eric and Susie were pleasant and helpful. Its a small shop people! They do good work. Went there with a problem with my truck not running right. They did a check of it with the computer, told me what I needed and how to fix it. When I was concerned about the money, they asked if I had any military service? 10% discount. Awesome! Find out for yourself. Eric and Susie will work with you and even get you a ride home if you need it. They were great and I will be taking my wifes truck back for service.

Had me waiting a long time even though I had an appointment. They had the same rude and disrespectful manager there for years.The manager there doesnt care at all.. Had her head down and pretended like I wasnt really there. Ive seen better looking jiffy lubes than this place.This place is a dump.

The service was great, Susie the receptionist gave me some very clear options, I have never been better served in a place like that before, I highly recommend this branch, my car was perfect, aligned and with the brakes working incredibly after the services.

Stay away. They lied to me about pricing to get my business. I had to spend 8 months and many hours in calls and e-mails to get my money back from their rebate. Then to correct their “mistake” they sent me coupons to get me to spend more money there. I should have gone to Tires Plus for the same price without rebate hassle.

Suzie is the most helpful employee that I’ve had the pleasure of encountering in a long while. I called looking for a hard-to-find tire that they did not have in stock. She stayed on the phone with me for twenty minutes researching and calling other stores until she was able to find the tire for me. What a gem! Literally just left the shop. The guy in the white shirt was amazing. Helped us out in a pretty quickly upon arriving though we didnt have a reservation. Im sorry I didnt get his name now. It was just flat tire but we came close to closing time. We were told by 2 other places they wouldnt have time for us. But he fit us in. He was very nice and professional. We will be returning customers.

My vans brakes went out during our family vacation. Suzy and her boys were very kind and generous. They accommodated by letting six people and my service dog sit in their shop for several hours. We had to stop by on our way home as well. We had great service during both of our visits.

Read the reviews and thought we’d give them a try since we were from out of town. We’re very happy with honest service and work done. We thought our problem was going to be something major. And being from out of town would have had no choice to get things done. After the mechanic looked at it he called his manager over. Together they were under my car discussing something. I was getting worried. When the manager came in he asked me to join him under the car. They should me what was wrong and gave me the option of fixing it. I say GAVE me the option because at no time did I feel pressured or think I had no choice. They explained the safety and mechanical issues and gave me an estimate to complete the repairs. And when the manager noticed our Air Force license plate he offered us a 10% military discount.....without us inquiring about one. We agreed to have the work done, they arranged a ride to the hotel for us and called us later when the car was done. The manager was very nice and helpful. The mechanic did a good job on my car. We have been happy with the repairs and service.You should give them try. Small shop with personalized attention. Great job and we thank you.

First let me say that I read all the reviews, not just the bad ones like most people do. I took my truck to Pepboys for service and I have to say, I couldnt be happier. The staff was wonderful. They looked over my car and told me what I needed. When I asked them about something I was told to get fixed at another Ocoee shop (no name but its down the road) they walked me to car and showed me the parts in question. There was nothing wrong them. So I told them to fix what they SHOWED me and they even got me a Lyft ride home at no charge. I was very happy with everyhting and will be bringing my sons car back for service too. They were awesome.

Excellent service by Mike and the crew here. I have not been to a repair shop in years because I have been leasing vehicles but picked up an older truck and needed some tires. Any repairs or anything I need from here on out I will be seeing my guy here and his crew. First time at this location and they earned my trust by the way I was treated. So honest and thorough with my experience at Pep Boys. I could go on forever but just know, if you need anything done I would go here first. I recommend my friends and family to come here. Sadly, had a bad experience. I had a flat so I bought a tire from them online for same day pickup. Called to ask when I could pick it up and they said they didnt want to send their employee to go pick it up, they said theyd have it the next day for sure but they didnt. I waited another day and asked them to please provide me with the product I purchased. I was informed it was ready and headed out later in the evening but due to their Google hours showing a later closing time, I made it there at the last minute (according to Google I arrived an hour before closing) and they told me they were closed and wouldnt give me the tire. When I informed the employee about the bad Google hours she shrugged and said its been like that since she started working there, which isnt a great response. Finally, went back the next day and picked up the tire but Ill never do business there again. I encourage management to see this as an opportunity to train their staff on customer service, particularly in being professional and courteous, and possibly have employees politely recommend a refund if they do not believe they can deliver on online orders made by customers.

I got a flat tire. Mike/Pep Boys was the closest to where I was. It was my lucky day to meet Mike. Not only was my tire fixed and handled immediately but I was treated wonderfully. While I had my car there he even did an oil change I had been putting off. His prices were excellent and he did not take advantage at all of my flat tire. I will be stopping by for all my needs and as a person who does not understand under the hood car workings I totally trust Mike to take care of it all for me going forward. Cannot recommend enough!

The absolute worst experience here. I would avoid this location at all costs. Purchased a battery here & a month later it didn’t work. Got a jump and drove here, patiently waited two hours for a simple battery change just for suzie to tell me it was not in stock & that i needed to go to a location 30 minutes away because they had the one i needed. Drove to the new location just for them to tell me that they didn’t have the battery at all in their inventory and that I needed to get a different battery entirely! 5 hours later, 40 minutes from home and I am currently waiting another 90 minutes for a battery change. I couldn’t be any more disappointed in the service that I received today & would leave 0 stars if I could. I will never return to this location even if they offered me free services.

Went there for an oil change. The manager, Eric, was pleasant and straightforward. they checked my car out for me and all I needed was a filter for my AC. They were able to replace and I was on my way. it was my first visit to any Pepboys and I will be back to this location. The staff was very nice.

Susie and Angel provided great service and helped me in every way possible when I had a flat tire. They are professional and treat there customers with respect and honesty. I would 100% recommend Susie and her staff for anybody that has a issue with their car.

We lost $640.98 at this Pep Boys having a new alternator installed when it turned out there was nothing wrong with the original alternator. Despite Kia service confirming this and the Pep Boys manager taking a second look at the problem and agreeing a new alternator did not fix the problem and therefore was a misdiagnosis, things went downhill from there. That store manager (Michael) promised to speak to the regional director to get us a full refund. Instead he got fired according to Eric, the new store manager that took over at that time and Eric refused to honor the refund or to even contact the prior manager to confirm anything. This manager (Eric) was abrasive, accusatory and rude. He treated my wife and I like dirt. We called corporate Pep Boys to complain and they did nothing and even filing a BBB complaint did not seem to bother Pep Boys at all. They have proven to us they dont care about their customers or even doing the job right or trying to make it right when they make a mistake. We will never spend another cent of our money at a Pep Boys anywhere! Be advised!

Yesterday I went to this Pep Boys asking if they made full inspection on a car (this service appear on the main website) my entire family is moving to Nebraska and we are driving so we wanna make sure that the car run smoothly, so Sussie said yes and we made an appointment for today at 10 am, so today at 9 am she call us to move our appointment from 10 to 4 pm thats the first problem with them I worked with costumer all my live and you dont move an appointment with such a shorter notice so we check on another location to see if they have something earlier when we explain that we had an appointment and they moved and we are on a kind a hurry they said that they dont have anything so we decided to keep the appointment at 4, know what is making so mad about it is when we arrived at 3:40 pm at this location the manager was very aggressive, rud asking us if we went to another location and why we wanna make an inspection also he said that they just gonna check the car visually so probably if the car have something they dont gonna know that is all the opposite that Sussie said yesterday because she even said that the mechanic is gonna do a test drive so what!!! (also she was the person who made the inspection so my question it is she is a mechanic or she work on the reception) So we felt like they was mad because we went to another location. They are so unprofessional, it is unbelievable that in 2020 companies had this kind of people working with costumers. To the owners highly recomended check the  people that you have on your locations the way that they treat the costumers is really bad for business such a shame I felt threaten about why I went to other place and judges about why I wanna make an inspection if you dont wanna do it removed from the services. Nobody in this world have a right to treat anyone like this 😱😠😡😠😡

Mike is one of the nicest and honest people in car care and we all know that its a tough business to not have people thinking you are being dishonest with them. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel good about spending your money with them as you know that your car is running right and is safe to drive. If you are dissatisfied Mike says bring it on in and he will make it right with no charge. Normally these big chains will get over with you but not this location and not Mike, if you want honesty and a good price and your car running correctly go see Mike and his staff I couldnt be happier!!!

Went there for the 1st time. everyone was great. 2 people up front were nice and were able to get my work done. no issues. its small so dont plan to sit there if you dont have too. but the work was done good. very happy. will definetly go back for more work.

This is hands down, the best automotive shop in Central Florida. Yogi and his team stayed 2 hours late and drove to 3 stores to get what my car needed to run properly again so I could get home from college. These guys are the best...thanks!

This morning I called into Pep Boys (store 1811 located at 11460 West Colonial Dr, Ocoee FL), and spoke to store manger Eric Imeidopf about setting up an appointment for an oil change at 5pm. I called back to the location and informed them that I would be there at 1:45 being that I was 45 minutes away. I arrived on time only to find that he had an unnecessary, and hostile attitude. I informed him that I had arrived for my oil change appointment and he immediately he began aggressively flinging his hands towards me in anger, saying that he had 4 patrons in-front of me (all of which didn’t have an appointment), and that my appointment was meaningless. The store manager knew that I traveled 45 minutes to his location. I asked him why he felt the need to speak to me with such aggression and disrespect when I simply inquired about my appointment. He then tried to excuse his mannerism by saying that he was Italian. I tried to speak to another Pep Boys employee to see if something could be done to uphold my appointment. He chased behind me and yelled at the employee stating that another patron just brought their car in, and that the mechanics had to take the new customer before me, even though their appointment was at 2:30pm and my appointment was at 1:45pm. Eric Imeidopf continued to display hostile and aggressive behave to not only my friend and I but to staff and other customers. He was yelling at his staff several times in front of patrons. The other patrons, my friend and I were all outraged.

Not sure what happened to this place. I use to come here and it was great. Mike was the most professional and polite person to deal with. Mike is no longer here and it shows. I made an appointment last night for a 8AM appointment for this morning. I pull into the the place at 7:59 and was told by the mechanics out front they are not open until 8, as they were just now starting to set the place up. Finally when they open the door I was treated by a very unprofessional and rude mechanic named Sue. She had me come up to sign documents but barley spoke a word to me and obviously had an attitude about something and it was apparent to everyone in the store. To further explain the unprofessionalism, Sue the lady at the desk didn’t even have on a pep boys uniform/shirt. She was wearing a Tupac sleeveless shirt making it impossible to identify her as an employee. I wasted 30 minutes sitting around waiting and had enough just based off their attitudes and how they treated other guest. Don’t waste your time or money here, there are several other places in this area with great service at a reasonable price.

Very slow service. The Pep Boys website states that a tire change should only take 45 minutes to 1 hour- I waited 3 hours with an appointment. Others who arrived after me with more complex service needs were finished sooner. Do not recommend this location.

Phenomenal customer service! Took my Jeep in to fix a bad wheel bearing and Suze and her staff at Pep Boys took complete care of it. If you’re looking for great, quality service, this is where you need to bring your car!

Ive been coming to Just Brakes Ocoee for the past 5 years. Its hard to find a place to have work done on your car where you feel you have gotten a fair price as well as good workmanship.. Every time I leave here I always feel I was given the best price and had great work done on my car as well as a fair assessment of upcoming maintenance issues. Customer service is great and the staff is very informative as well as friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area that needs routine work done with their cars.

Courtesy, respect and honesty is like a free app on a phone that every naturally has but very few have the ability to use it. Your manager at the store ((Mike Ferrimo) has an abundance of all and more and it comes automatically. Saying that let me tell you what I think of his being an asset to your company. I have been a customer for a few years and every time I pull go into the store I’m greeted cordially. I then walk into a clean environment both inside and outside: he makes every effort to honor my appointment time, he diagnosses my problem correctly and gives me a more than fair price to repair it. To say more about his ability I want to tell u I restore old cars for over fifty years. I watch from outside and first and the first thing I see is a very clean work area (floors, tools, equipment, employees and more). I especially noticed that he uses a great deal of care while working on the car and uses the correct tools as not to do any more damage to it. I can say a lot more but I’m only in Florida to help my daughter move. Want u to know he is a real PROFESSIONAL and a credit to your company.

Awesome service. Staff was extremely helpful when my mothers car broke down in middle of the road. Went above and beyond to help with the issue and we werent even paying customers. I will be returning and recommending them to friends and family for amazing customer service.

My back brake was having some major issues and failed on me while I was driving on the highway (which was very scary) and they took such good care of me and my car. Especially Susie! I get nervous at car repair shops because I’m young, and it’s easy for them to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but she made sure that everything I needed was done and done right. They walked me through everything. Susie helped me get a great deal, and really relieved a lot of my stress. Honestly the reason I’ll go back to this Pep Boys, is because of Susie! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

These guys are very thorough and help breakdown not only your immediate issues but also help you forecast maintenance needs. Dont be fooled, they do much more than just the brakes! But as far as brakes go they are Specialists! I had been going to a quick in and out oil change place and they claimed to check my brakes and they were neglected until I brought my van into Just Brakes. They even offered to air my tires anytime! These guys deserve your business! You will be impressed!

Had a nail in tire, drove in without appointment. Sadly, the tire could not be repaired. I have a full sized spare so Yogi replaced my tire with my spare. He did an excellent job and very professional. No wait, no hassle, great service. If I need work done again, I will be sure to stop in there again.

I almost NEVER leave reviews but it just wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t today. I’ve been driving and going to mechanics for over 20 years and have never had such SUPERB service as I did at this place. They were quick, honest, helpful and trustworthy. Michael is nothing short of an angel. He made it his PRIORITY to make sure my son and I were driving away in a safe reliable car. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Absolutely great service, we brought a 2010 Camero in with many mechanical issues, that were all taken care of. The manager Mike was great and very knowledgeable he always let us know step by step the progress of the car. I highly recommend this location.

This place is really a rip off. I went in to have my brakes done by using their coupon that offered a special of $99.00. I expected to pay a little over the $99.00 in an area of no more than $300.00 max because repair shops seem to always find something else needing repair on your vehicle. However, I did not expect the bill that I got - check this out! - once these clowns finished I was blown over to find that my out the door price was well over $1,500.00. They tried their best to justify it but I know they were feeding me a bunch of fluff. This work was done about 3 months ago, and I have an issue now with it not stopping normally and there is noise and the pedal is almost to the floor to stop. Needless to say I will never use this company ever in life and will WARN ALL my friends and family members to never use Just Brakes as their advertisements are erroneous and they manipulate their position once they have your car in their clutches and broken all down. This company is built on lies with their false advertisements. PUBLIC BEWARE. They are just as bad as identity thieves. Bait and Switch mentality. Poor way to do business. Do these guys realize that word of mouth is the best advertisement. I hope this review help someone else to avoid this place like the plague.

Go to the place, do it. If you aren’t comfortable giving your car to garages due to price and scared of being scammed, GO.HERE. I can’t express how satisfied I was with my service. I brought a sport car in and literally said I don’t know whats wrong with it, and they found everything and showed me everything, cut no corners and made sure my car was safe and ready to drive. This is where I would take my Lamborghini if I had one.

I wanted to say Thank you to the Manager at this location (Michael). I was having issues with my Prius and read all the reviews on this location (and him). Im a student out of Deland and came home for the weekend but when I was getting ready to drive back my system was showing all these lights including the check engine. I was afraid being an older car that the hybrid system was having an issue and that it would cost me thousands. Michael told me he wasnt too knowledgeable on this type of system but that he couldnt let me risk driving it like that. He asked me to give him some time to research and make some calls. After a few hours and many phone calls, he ran some test and confirmed it was just a sensor. Within no time he ordered and installed it while confirming that all else was good. About 3 weeks ago I was a desperate driver from out of town at end of business day on Saturday in need of some help to keep me heading home. The staff were helpful and Manager Mike very compassionate. Cant thank them enough for how they assisted me.

Mike was Great! My wife has been complaining about her breaks and alignment for a while and no one has been able to fix it. I dropped her car off and Mike stayed late to fix it and get it back the same day, so she would have her car the next day. My wife is so happy how the car is driving, and it saves me for having to look at a new car for her.

My tire pressure light came on while driving home with 5 hrs to go. We pulled in & Tony immediately checked the pressure and corrected what was wrong. Michael reset the light & we were on our way. This was the fastest service & best customer service we’ve had from a place like this.

It has been two months since the manager of this location messed up one of the rims of my Porsche 911 . I received a phone call from corporate and a promise that somebody was calling me to take care of the replace or repair of the rim of my car but nobody has contacted me for the repair. Extremely disappointed. Extreme dishonesty from the manager and the company. I will continue to fight this company every way I can until someone rights this injustice and lack of respect to their clients.My advice is stay away from pepboys . Because if something goes wrong they will not be honorable and responsible for their actions

I went here to get my fiancees brakes changed because I didnt want to do it and it was convenient, so I thought. Its been about two weeks now and the brakes still squeak at every stop. Now I have to find time to check their work and see if they even changed the brakes at all. When it comes to servicing your vehicle, this place is not where you want to go.They sent me an email asking me to submit a review on their site so I did. I assume they didnt like it because about two hours later they responded with Unfortunately, your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site. Why not send me an email asking me to come back in to inspect the work?Just to clarify they probably did change the brakes and failed to inform me the rear drums are shot which would explain the squeaks. This wouldnt surprise me, because shops do this regularly so you have to go back. Regardless, I now have to get my hands dirty after paying them to do so for me.

Tire blew out on the way to work. Got my car towed here (no spare). They fixed it fine, price for labor was reasonable, but they didnt have the tire I needed in stock even though it said they did online. Guy told me that online just showed that Pepboys in general had it in stock, not his store. More of a problem with Pepboys corporate inventory than this store.

I was very surprised by the incredible customer service displayed by the assistant manager when i needed help with a sensor in a tire in my wifes car. It changed completely the stereotypes ive developed with past bad experiences in similar places before.I will never go to another place from now on!!.

Stellar customer service. Had problems with my brakes, drove up at 4:00 PM without a reservation. Mike took my truck in, checked out the brakes, talked me through everything (taught me about how the caliper works with the brake pads and rotor) and was very transparent about the price. They stayed 2 hours late to fix my car and Mike drove to 4 different stores to find the caliper needed for my truck. Im still astounded at their commitment and amazing work. Turned me into a Pep Boys customer for life.

Just happened. Made an appointment for 2 pm but came in and told me they didnt have it because there system didnt work earlier that day. Never was notified or anything. Pretty upset. All you needed to do was notify me so I could have rescheduled. Nothing was done for compensation but told to come back tomorrow

I cannot believe the dishonesty of the manager location called Mike . I just purchased less than a month ago a new car. A 2006 Porsche 911 with custom rims. I had Amazon shipped two tires for the front of my car and they installed them. Initially this pep boys location cancelled my order because they did not have the proper equipment to install my tires. After a few days I got a notice from UPS that the tires were shipped to the location anyways. I called the location to pick them up and the manager of the location Mike convinced me to bring the car before 500pn because according to him he was used to install this tires all the time. He stated that he could do it himself. I brought my beloved car to the store. They installed the tires. It was dark outside I had to use the light of my cell phone to verify the proper mounting rotation. So I paid and left. When I got home and put my car in the garage I realized that they had chipped a huge chunk of the passenger side rim right at the edge of the rim. I called immediately and told him what happened. The guy who answered the phone told me to call Mike in the morning. So I called corporate that same night . They gave me a case number and promissed a phone call from the area manager in 24 hrs. Nobody call me back. I Called Mike in the morning and informed him of what happened and he lies to my face and told me those things were there before. I have never have anyone ever lying to my face like this especially when both of us know that he personally had ruined the expensive rim of my car.I explained to him that I just washed the car the day before and my car was sitting in my garage all day. I took photos that same day of the car to make sure I was getting the same tires I had ordered and to compare them with the new ones.When I confronted him over the phone he started to act offended and raising his voice to the point I just hung up the phone.The next day my wife took the car to him and show him the before and after photos . He told my wife he was going to call. But he never did.Neither corporate nor the area manager has contacted us and it is the 3rd day already.There is nothing more disgusting than having someone lying to your face like Mike the manager of this location did. I Wish there was a way of placing photos in this review so everyone can see. The obvious huge marks left by the tools they use to remove the old tires.The Manager name is Mike Ferrino.The area manager who was supposed to call me yesterday and never did is Victor M Sanchez.I only hope that they take corrective actions and asume responsibility for what this dishonest manager did. This is the first bad review I have ever written in my life.If you have a car with nice rims. Never use pep boys. Stay away!!!

Very honest. My brakes were squealing and I took my car in. They did an inspection and found that the brakes still had plenty of life and did not need an adjustment. They said they did not want to sell me service that the car did not need. I will be back for all my car needs.
