Ok just wondering if it’s a Muslim owned and operated? When I say Muslim meaning real Muslim. And how often do you guys calibrate your scale? My sister bought a few lbs of ground beef and weighed when she got home and there was barely half what we got it for? Not trying to accuse anyone YET. If you are a true Muslim and not a money hungry, please respond.

My mission was to get fresh goat meat today. I came across this establishment online. My first visit today. His meat selection was amazingly fresh. Excellent prices. He chose a beautiful piece and expertly cut it to perfect cooking size. I was amazed how tender the meat was after cooking. I was very pleased.
