Our favorite Publix to shop of the three we frequent!! They always have great promotions and helpful staff. On a cool Wednesday evening they still had $5 sushi which was a triumph because we already went another Publix that was sold out. Overall a very nice, bright and updated Publix. The staff was very friendly and was chatting at the checkout counter!

I mean its Publix! Its always clean and the employees are friendly. They have great selections and the shelves are usually stocked. The seafood department employees always go out of their way to help me. I always leave with more than I came for. If youre on a strict diet, DO not, I repeat, DO NOT TURN RIGHT when you walk in....the deli and bakery will test your will power 1000000% 😂. I love this location and the MetroWest location.

Its amazing how different a Publix can be from one store to the next.I drive five more miles away from my local store just to visit this one.People dont just say hello here. They are actually helpful. They will get whatever it is you didnt know you were looking for LOL

Someone must have made a change to the fried chicken recipe. It was a whole lot better. If the latter was the case, I hope they keep trying to improve it. Fried chicken is the go-to option when Im really hungry and dont want to cook.

This Publix is very well managed. It is clean, the staff is wonderful, and for the most part, shopping here has been a pleasure. Get it? Anyway, the only issue I have is that the staff here is not allowed to offer people who enter the store a mask if they are not wearing one. I understand why - it is above their pay grade to deal with all the craziness that some of these people can deliver to well-meaning and hard-working employees. But this means that maskless people are able to shop here without being confronted and asked to leave if they refuse to follow CDC guidelines. For this reason I give them four stars. Otherwise they would get a five.

The bakery is unreliable. We had ordered custom cupcakes a week before a birthday party but come to find out they never ordered some decorations for them. So instead of just calling us and telling us the order was not going to be ready or to offer alternative in advance they just let us stroll in a few hours after our agreed on pickup time to find out the order was never made.They tried to make the order without the decoration but it was going to be 20-30 minutes minus the decoration but still be the same price. Low on time and full of disappointment we picked up a premade tray of cupcakes that would be cheaper.When you place an order you at least expect your order to be there or a phone call if there’s an issue. No one noticed or cared that the order was never made by the due date and played the blame game in front of us.

Always a great atmosphere when I come into the store. Gotta have a Pub Sub!

My cashier (lil old white lady at the register towards the end, I think register 8) completely snubbed me today while I was checking out. I was in line behind a woman who offered to give me her place in line, probably because I have a lot less than her and was on crutches. I appreciated the gesture and accepted. I get ahead of her and the lady at the register is having conversation with the people in front of me who are now leaving. She looks at me and doesn’t say a word. Then proceeds to ring the woman behind me who said I could go in front of her. I just stood there and went over to customer service instead since i felt so disrespected I didn’t even want to wait there. I didn’t get her name but she rang me up at 1pm at register 8 I believe. She needs to be spoken to about picking and choosing who she rings up and who she wants to greet or start conversation with. I won’t be coming to this store again.

Just needed a few things, but when I couldnt find one a member of the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone was pleasant and I was in and out in little time even though the store was busy with folks just coming out of church.

Been shopping at Publix for the last 43 years this particular store since 2000.Love the store and staff. The pharmacy since 2002. Still get my prescriptions there to this day even though theyre 2 other Publix stores closer to were I live now. Respectfully, Mark.

First visit and noticing that all Publix markets are laid out differently. In some instances, very different. Although personally confusing, the store was clean, well lighted, and well stocked. The personnel seemed to all be very nice and helpful.

Edit: I didnt think the staff could be any more rude, but I guess I was mistaken. Girl at the guest service counter was extremely rude and short. The pharmacy informed me they no longer accept our insurance AFTER our prescriptions were filled and ready for pick up. Will definitely no longer be a customer here for any reason.Really gone downhill quite fast. Most of the carts were out in the parking lot and the few that were in the store were being cleaned with the same disgusting looking rag by a clearly disinterested employee. The staff all used to go above and beyond, now your lucky if they even notice youre there because they are busy talking to their friends. Several of my more delicate items were crushed because the bagger was busy chatting it up with another employee. The last 3 times Ive bought their produce its been disappointing, at best. They have also continuously been out of their advertised products. Between their rapidly rising prices and dwindling customer service I think Ill be going elsewhere.

Made a cake order early last week for Sunday 9am. When I arrived at the bakery at 9:30 am they told me they hadnt even started to make the cake. My family member birthday plans are now delayed. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable.

Unlike the Publix I go to in Winter Garden this one has a staff AND customers following COVID-19 precautions. I have asthma among other things so this matters to me. I go out of my way to shop here where I feel manangement cares for their staff and their customers. Keep up the good work. I was almost ready to stop Publix altogether...then I visited this one. 😷💚👵💙🤗❤

I have yet to go to a poorly run or staffed Publix. My only complaint at this one is that the shoppers leave their carts wherever they feel like.

Publix subs. No need to say anything else. Others would argue with me about the Chicken. Still others would comment on their cleanliness or their willingness to find just about anything you are looking for that they dont carry and let you know when it comes in. No matter which line of thinking you go with... You wont be disappointed.

I have never been so very disgusted. I found multiple extremely large (over 2 inches) active dancing worms in my very expensive supposedly fresh cod. Manager Albert tried to explain it away by saying it is perfectly normal to find fish with worms at their store and that it is a normal occurrence. Can you believe that? Unknowingly, I had fed this fish to my family thinking I was preparing a wonderful healthy meal. My family ended up vomiting and nauseated and now I have to bring my daughters for stool samples and possible parasite infestation. How could Publix sell this fish to their customers? Why didn’t they inspect their fish? What’s wrong with their basic cleanliness and quality standards?

I love all Publix stores. Especially my Ocoee location. Everyone is always so kind and friendly.

I give them one star for this reason alone FOOD ALLERGIES: My husband has a shellfish food allergies and he likes their chicken tenders. The Publix by our house doesn’t have shrimp. We ask the person who was working behind the counter if they cook the shrimp separately he looks us like we were crazy and we also ask him s about people who have shellfish allergies he couldn’t respond which means to me Publix hasn’t educated their employees in food allergies and food safety. There is a thing called CROSS CONTAMINATION For all who have shellfish allergies this Publix is not allergy friendly.

Third time that I get skipped on the line for the register. What is happening is that the mostly teenager persons handling the register when they see a buddy of them they call them over. This happened at the customer service line today around 7:45pm, there was only one register, there was a older lady in front of me dealing with some returns, I was waiting patiently behind her, and then a second register open which should have called me over. But not the teenager behind me went there called over by his friend behind the register. A manager also kind of young was there, and didnt do anything. I called him over and complaint but he made up some story that did not make sense. Hope they address this issue, or more negative reviews will come there way.

It happened several times so far (usually with the same person, but I do not want to point out the finger) while buying sliced cheese that customer service person gave me different cheese instead of the one I asked for. Usually I tell them that I do not need to try it and ask for thin slices, to save their time. For the record- I do appreciate Publix staff and I think that your customer service is excellent with unfortunate exception of this repeated incident. So, back to cheese. Last time the same person picked up a cheese looking a bit different than the one I showed her. I asked if she didnt mind to double check if it was the one I wanted. It wasnt. She acted like she made a mistake, saying that the one I have is in the back and she had to go and get it. Seemed like she didnt want to take the time in a first place, it was just easier to grab something similar and hope that customer will not pay attention. Well, I do and because it happens pretty often I would like for the managers to know, so maybe they could address it. I cannot tell you how many times it has happened and I kept my mouth shut going home with cheese I did not ask for, wanted and sometime even liked. Enough is enough. Thank you for everything else awesome you do!

Searched a place where they offer western union to take money out and the publix came up and said they closed at 10pm. Left my job 20 minutes early to the counter closed and an employee who seemed irritated at me. I told him I needed to take money out of western union and he replied its already closed for the night we cant do anything right now. I asked him when do they usually close down western union and he replied it changes everyday. How is that convenient for your publix shoppers? I am very upset and wish they trained their employees to know simple answers to simple questions.

I love this Publix! That have sushi. They have a pretty great deli. The staff have never been anything other than sweet, helpful, and kind. Always stocked and carry local sellers items in addition to their own products.

The reason I have shopped there for more than 10 years? You cant beat their deli, bakery, and meat departments. Many of the store brands are also pretty close in quality to the name brand products. And the store personnel are always friendly and very helpful.

Always an easy trip when shopping at Publix. Even on 4th of July. Friendly staff who always make sure you find what you need. Everyone helps out, it isnt unusual on a busy day to food someone from produce at the cash register or a person from the meat department bagging groceries. They even suggest deals you may have overlooked. Another excellent trip through Publix.

You can find what you need & if you cant just ask someone. Theres always someone to help.

This Publix is the bar by which every retail operation should aspire to. This location is by far the best run retail store (not just grocery store) run in the nation. I have lived on both coasts and this is hands down the best run. This Publix projects the very definition of customer service! It is what every store be it grocer or electronic store should be. Nuff said.
