I just love Publix. This location is very nice and clean. The atmosphere is nice. I never had a problem. The guys in the deli is awesome, Sergio and the ball head black who make subs does an amazing job.

This is my Publix of choice! Although I visit other stores in my areas, I prefer Publix at Fountains West. I love the layout and the staff are the best. I know most of the customer service staff by name (as well as they know my name). The check out clerks and baggers are always personable and helpful.

The first time in this Publix. I was highly impressed. The store was not crowded, it was very clean and the employees were polite. I would recommend this Publix.

If the pharmacy was not part of the store, I would give this Publix 5 stars. It’s clean and has great employees. Staff within the main store are always helpful.The pharmacy is not my favorite. Employees at the pharmacy are often misinformed and lack knowledge. On three separate occasions I went for the covid shot and was turned away due to an overload of prescriptions that needed filling but website claims walk-ins are being done. (These events happened in May of 2021, not at the height). On one occasion I made an appointment through the website (which asks for birthday) only to be once again turned away because they did not have shots for under the age of 18. Someone needs to update the website with correct information. Perhaps a prompt to let customers know that those type of shots are not available. Why let a person make an appointment when it’s not available? I expect better from Publix.

Nice clean store with a very friendly staff like every other Publix that exist. Made a quick stop in to grab a few things. I was in and out in two shakes of a lambs tell. the store is s little older but well taken care of. Everything stocked nicely, and spotless floors. The plus side of this stop was that one of my favorite beers was buy one get one. Keep on doing great things green super market giant...

Beautiful, clean store, friendly helpful staff, lots of selections of all types of food. Prices are a little higher there, but these days, all food prices are higher. Highly recommend!

Publix is one of the finest grocery stores Ive ever shopped in. Its extremely clean their meats are superb. Their deli section and produce are very well maintained.

When we moved here 5 years ago this was a wonderful 5 Star Publix. It is now so poorly stocked we no longer shop here. In the past year the stock they carry has narrowed significantly and they are consistently out of very common items like Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and Stubbs BBQ sauce. I used to go here weekly and now I have stopped going altogether because every single time I have gone in the past year they have been out of stock or simply stopped carrying multiple items I need on my list. I do not think Covid can be blamed for these particular issues because the Publix on Colonial I switched to has none of the same problems.

I work 70 hours a week and I have a 14 month old. I can still smile and make time to help complete strangers. So why is it so hard for employees to do the same?

They don’t enforce mask wearing at all! Never have! I went last week and counted over 27 customers with no masks. Even the deli guy snd the manager were making subs with masks below their noses. Orange County has a mask mandate but this Publix doesn’t care. They didn’t even enforce it when it was a state wide mandate. So disappointing and says a lot about their commitment to cleanliness. You’re better off going to silver star.

Called to place a wing order and was told they would be ready by 7. Went at 7:05 and was told they would be another 15 minutes. After 20 Minutes a Spanish guy had to help me rush the girl. When I get the wings, they are nothing like I asked! Worst customer service ever and pointless ordering food. They will get it wrong and not care! I would have had to wait another 45 minutes for redo on wings. I took them and left but LAST TIME I SHOP AT THIS PUBLIX!!! I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The female employee at the self check out right now kept checking my bags and asked if I rang random things up that I had placed in my bag. As much as I love being accused for stealing at a place I go to at least twice a week, I’d rather drive farther to a different loction. Not to mention their produce is usually subpar and that if they even have items in stock.

I shop very often at this location but after this I will no longer continue. The past few times I have shopped with my wife there is a employee named nicolette who always would be too friendly to me to the point it’s uncomfortable she would completely ignore my wife. As I was shopping she asked for my phone number completely unprofessional especially considering she has seen me with my wife multiple times.

Manager on duty 6pm Tuesday night is by all means Manager of the Year. He apologized for an Instacart blunder and personally resolved a floral delivery issue that Instacart refused to leg work. The smile on the birthday girls face was worth the call to this Manager going above and beyond what Instacart threw back blame and any consideration. I certainly believe this Manager deserves recognition by staff and corporate for a job well done. Thank you!!

The worst thing you’ve done is allow customers and employees to operate on the honor system when it comes to not requiring a mask. I can’t even shop in your store anymore because who knows who is actually vaccinated against covid and who is just not wearing a mask. Insanity.

They might be a little more expensive than some other stores but they do offer awesome buy one get one free deals. They also do delivery which is a great service as well. You just cant go wrong with Publix.

Something needs to be done about the deli counter. After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to give up. Being ignored is extremely frustrating!

Third time my wife gets hit on by an employee at this location. I have been shopping at the store for a year and a half and I only have positive reviews about it. Today, the manager was very courteous and friendly when we had to exchange a couple of items. I like that they have disinfectant wipes at the entrance. The store is open until 10pm.

Worst Publix experience ever. The first Publix we were ever in where the manager did not open up enough cashiers to take care of people. Two cashiers open. So with a full cart of groceries we went through the self-checkout know where to put all the bags while youre loading the stuff. Then it would not take the Publix app for payment there was a problem so we used our other credit card. Again worst Publix ever. Would like to see this Publix go away and be placed with a neighborhood store from Walmart. Worth the drive to another location Publix or a Walmart to do your shopping.
