3 months ago I was exhausted leaving the store with two packs of water, somehow one of the guy managers saw me struggling to put it in my truck and grabbed them for me. That was a big deal for me that day. All around I love that store, the people are really awesome.

The cashier Nicolette was so rude to me. She did not greet me and actually rolled her eyes at me. Is my business not good enough or am I not white enough? However Patrick was polite enough to do his job correctly. He greeted me and asked how I was doing. Thanks for the terrible experience.

I am in Publix at least twice a week, its one of my favorite places. Im always pleased when I visit there. The store is clean, employees are very courteous.

Apparently, standing in the bakery in front of the cakes talking with your kids about what cake to purchase, doesn’t imply that you need help. The woman at the bakery didn’t even look our way to even ask if we needed help. I tried being respectful and wait for her to finish up with what she was doing, but she was trapped in a loop and couldn’t finish wiping the counter for the 10th time. I decided I’m going to buy a cake from somewhere else.

As always, Publix provides excellent services. From friendly and respectful staff, willing to give you the best experience at every store. Its accesibility and availability at its best. Their customer service go above and beyond any expectation. You wont be dissapointed. Everything you need in just one trip.

Been here for a year now. Not once have I seen the 10 items or less lane open. Only have 2 registers open no matter how busy it is. Often times the 2 lines will have at least 6 people in them and have people lined up down the shopping aisles. Its completely unnecessary congestion during a pandemic and UNSAFE. Plus the 2 open lines will be right next to each other instead of spread out Lol seriously?? Is it that the managers are unaware of anything or is it just a completely understaffed and untrained Publix??? All I know is if every Publix was ran like this then Winn Dixie would be much more popular.

This is an older, smaller Publix but everyone here is so friendly that it really does make shopping a pleasure LOL. I would say they need to work on their stocking, they are often out of the sale items. Other than that we love it here, having a great staff makes all the difference.

This location is always clean and well lit. They are smaller than other Publix locations which limits food variety (especially fresh fruits and veggies).

I always go to that Publix to get my diet green tea even tho I havent lost any weight lol but it still taste good😃

Came in this evening and had some subs made by Mo. I had 3 subs made which I know is a bit much but it was one of those days as a mother where cooking dinner just wasnt going to happen. Lol With that being said, Mo was very attentive and friendly. He made my sandwiches perfectly, with great presentation. I just wanted to acknowledge how awesome he was. Please recognize his awesome customer service, its a rarity these days. Thanks Mo! Always a pleasure shopping at Publix. :)

Like any other Publix regarding organized and clean, but had a bad experience using Humana Health Foods. They are listed, but they did not accept the payment. I have to left the grocery.

The store was very nice and neat. The staff including the manager was polite and very willing to help. The store was stocked very well.

Shelves are starting to look bare of all the same suspects. Coke product you get 3 choices regular, diet, and spriteDiet Gatorade is all you find on the shelf.Stop selling your baggets as cuban bread, it is not cuban bread.

This time I had to wait in the customer service line to get my money order while people were buying lottery tickets. She didnt have help but the Manger walk by twice then she seemed me still waiting. I finally got some service.

The customer service is awesome!!! The store is always clean and the staff is always there to assist you. One of my favorite locations.

I like Publix small enough not feeling overwhelmed just to pick up a few items. Always clean thats a plus for me.

This is a smaller Publix and set up much different than most, but still great food, selection and service. Yes they have a Redbox!

I went looking for fresh fruits and wine and I couldnt have asked for a better spot.

They are always fast efficient, friendly and clean. I have went there looking for Olive antipasto and another time I was looking for fresh seafood and they did not have what I was looking for in stock but other than lacking a few things on the shelves and once in awhile store is absolutely packed I would still recommend shopping there.

Every time I go to Ocoee, I visit this Publix because they have good employees. The deli team and customer service team along with the cashiers and baggers always eager to help. Keep in mind Ive never had to deal with stock clerks or any other department. Ive always been able to find my way.The one thing that stood out to me last time was the assortment of flowers. I was able to pick out the proper bouquet for my family member and produce for them as well.

It is a place where shopping truly is a pleasure, they have what you need and they assist you when you need it, the employees are courteous, and no long wait in the checkout line.

Its always a pleasant experience when I shop at Publix. The staff go above and beyond to help. I shop there 3 to 4 times a week, they are my go to for nearly any grocery items. Thanks Publix.

Today I went to Publix & received some bad customer service from the employees there & the manager at the bakery... I felt very uncomfortable!!! I dont know how some of these reviews say the employees there are friendly but for some reason I just received bad treatment today...

Very convenient and uncrowded they do for money orders also.

The deli is starting to get really sloppy. Rotisserie chicken is always tasteless and dry and fried chicken is starting to taste like the box if not soggy. Retraining on customer service wouldnt hurt either. I go to publix on 2600 maguire rd. In Ocoee and service as well as food is a complete difference.

This place is consistently a joy to shop at. Everyone is nice. I couldnt find a bogo item. The woman that checked out my order went and found someone with a handheld and double checked the item. Thats going above and beyond!

Overall good experience. Staff was very helpful at the deli. Also opened an extra checkout lane when the lines became long. Great shopping experience

Ordered me and my wife’s Subs at 10:49am was told to arrive at 11:20am for PickUp since I paid online got to location at 11:23 and our subs weren’t ready until 11:30am clearly we paid in advance to avoid the wait time..

Overall, the selection is really small in this Publix, the deli is really slow, lots of people working hot foods, and the checkout is slow. theres usually only two registers open and a line for lotto going out the door. Small cheese selection and same for meets.I would shop at an East Side Publix any day of the week over this one

Came here for sushi left with left with broken dreams and an empty stomach. Overall a nice Publix but a very dated and tired interior. I thought about buying a sumo citrus but they too looked tired.

I loved going to Publix, Not so much anymor. I asked a young man about a vegan products he gave me to dead eyes and drop shoulders and the; you have to look for what you want. I walked away. Found a huge long blonde hair in my salad. Immediately took a photo of the salad and threw it out. Brought the receipt and photo of hair to the store and was told nothing could be done because I threw it away. I am a African American with shorter curly dark hair. Maybe because I’m black it was assumed I was scamming. Trader Joe’s is better anyway

I love going to Publix to get cake the cakes are delicious I love them there not to sweet my family couldn’t stop eating it and I couldn’t stop you should definitely buy cakes from here it’s my number 1 place to get cake I love the bakery.

Bagger was so nice, I told her I’m not too savvy when it comes to computers etc. she showed me how to get my coupon from my phone and how to get automatic email receipt etc. only took too seconds, but so pleased that she took the time to teach this old dog a new trick! I only wish I’d remembered her name.

Parking lot was hectic as usual, but the store wasnt too crowded and they had what I came for so only issue would be that the bathroom smelled strongly of urine

Bakery items looked old no one who help. Went to get a sub and all of the associates was playing around and not helping until a black woman came up they all started talking to her she must work there cause they asked her why she was there.
