Claudette was fantastic in helping me find a phone that will fit my everyday needs. She was able to recommend the perfect phone that will help me grow my business in multiple ways while being on the go. She also took the time to transfer all my contacts, pictures, videos and email to my nee phone. Absolutely horrible. A scam, do NOT go here. The man will tell you one thing and give you something else. I went to try and switch from T-Mobile, and he told me my phone was compatible. Yet, he could never activate my phone (charged me $70 for activation) AND had me call Boost Mobile services myself to resolve the issue. Nonetheless, to find out what else I could do, my family and I went back to see what could be done and he called my aunt a “dog” in spanish, and threw the receipt. He claimed not to call the cops because he knows what he did and said! He stated that he was the owner of the store and the $70 didn’t matter to him nor did he need it. So why not refund it? He acted worse than my 2 year old nephew.

Im very pleased that I decided to stop at this boost mobile store at 4556 Curry ford Rd there I was welcome by Bernard and I felt like I got to the right place so impressed by his knowledge and friendly services that I will recommend it to all my friends and family

Dont bother if you are in any sort of rush. They take their time as if they dont care how long it takes. Slowest operation I have ever seen. Go somewhere else where thry value your time.

THIEVES AND CON ARTIST!!! Ive reported them to the better business bureau which are now investigating them. The man in the picture and a short chubby Spanish girl tried to charge me an extra $47 on top of the activation and monthly fee for a promotion which wouldve cost me $75 out the store with a few lg stylo 4 upon switching to them from another cell phone carrier. The way they tried to explain it to me was that I had to purchase the $60 unlimited plan when the initial promotion only required the $50 unlimited plan. The activition fee is $25 which I was aware of. They said I also had to pay for insurance in order to be eligible for the promotion which I later found out you dont. When it was all said and done they tried to charge me $122 for a promotion that was only supposed to cost me $75. The lg stylo 4 for boost cost around $129. They basically tried to swindle/con me into paying for the phone almost in entirety by adding all these unnecessary fees that were not required for the initial promotion which is if you switch to boost they will give you a lg stylo 4 for free. All you are required to pay for is the $50 unlimited monthly fee and $25 activation fee totaling to $75. I immediately walked out after I quickly realized I was being bamboozled and hustled and went to another boost mobile store where I was able to take advantage of the promotion and only paid $75 for my everything including the LG stylo 4. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Do not let them take advantage of you. They should be ashamed of the scum theyve turned out to be. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The lady that was there said all my stuff would transfer over to new phone with her activation and I ended up having to spend the rest of the night trying to retrieve all my stuff cause she didnt do anything but turn my phone off and activate my number to new phone! Didnt even let me use my lg switch or do anything to my phone before she turned it off?

Service above and beyond the call of duty. . Claudett able to make sure that the phone was in good working order. She was courteouus, friendly and helpful. She was a blessing to me.

Waited literally 2-3 hours just to have my phone dropped twice by workers and told that i cant switch from sprint after paying, they also tried to charge more than what you should pay, the lady told me 75$ to active on a 30$ plan ! activation should not cost a extra 45$ total scammers. and the owner lets them get away with it....
