I went in because I needed a new phone. No really I needed a new phone. I was using a phone I bought in the dark ages. With telecommuting I need more memory for the apps I use to work and for personal use.Jacob was very helpful and listened to my needs. He helped me make the best purchase for me and I could not be happier.I am not the easiest person to please and I do my research before I spend my money.Jacob was able to meet and exceed my very high expectations.Thank you for the best service I have received in a very long time.

My XS Max froze on me. I wasn’t able to get it to work but I was eligible for an upgrade and Keith was such a great help. Now the new owner of a 12 Pro Max. This is a great location if you ever need help.

Buying a phone for my teenager was quick and easy. Ultimately, it felt much easier than figuring out how to update our service plan online. The in store personal service was excellent.

Destiny was awesome! She was very patient with me & let me, truly, take my time not only deciding which phone I wanted to take home but if I wanted to even do that today.I chatted her ear off during the data transfer, which took forever, and never complained or even looked a little bit annoyed.It was pretty personalized service, as I was the only customer the whole time I was there. But, she offered her opinion on phones, asked me mine, and seemed very genuine in all of knowledge & responses.It was a great experience overall, and I know Ill be back into that location because of destiny!

My partner tried to purchase a phone as a fathers day gift. They wouldnt let him have a proxy pick it up (me). So they said they would hold it for him. I came to get it to pay myself, and after waiting for ten minutes being completely ignored, they went to get it and came back to tell me they sold the one that was supposed to be on hold. Worst customer service ever, not even an apology.
