Friendly staff, but make sure they dont add any services to your account without your knowledge before you leave the store.After a long call with support I was told that my 1.5 year old SIM was no longer compatible and Id need a new one. I could wait 4 days and get one mailed to me or go to a T-mobile store and get one free of charge. Living a block away from this store I made the regretfully decision to go to this store. Despite the long line an associate was available to help me within 5 minutes. I told him about the long support call and the need for a new SIM, provided him with my old and new phones and within 5 minutes new phone was working and I was out of the door.2 weeks later I get a letter from Assurion welcoming me to their protection plan. I called T-mobile right away to ask why was this service added to my account, and to my surprise the billing agent told me that it was added the same day I got my new SIM, I told her that I had never agreed or authorized any additional service, and that the store clerk had added it without telling me. She apologized for the mistake, and assured me that the service had been removed from my account. A month goes by and noticed that my bill was $40 more expensive, looking at the bill not only I was was charged for a full month of protection plan, but they also prorated the few days of the previous billing cycle. I asked the agent since I had called about 2 weeks after the unauthorized charges were added to my account and the previous billing agent removed the service and assured that Id not be charged how was I charged for a month and a half? And I was told that sometimes clients get charged for services that were removed from the account.Not only this store is cramming services without clients knowledge but T-mobile sometimes just charges people for services that were canceled.Do not make the same mistake I made, and stay clear of this place, but if you really need to deal with them, make sure they arent adding any unwanted services to your account.

Fabian and Luis and are awesome! EspeciallyLuis who helped with most of of the technical issues with my new phone and apps. He was very patient and took his time to resolve all of my issues. I was ready turn in the phone when I walked in yhe store but I walked out a happy T-Mobile customer !

The store manager Mr Amean, was amazing. Not only he transfer my old to my new phone and all my data. For the first time I didnt need to transfer anything it was done just like that. Mr Amean made my day and I felt the worst, he put me back together again with kind words like an angel from heaven. Felt like the city of angels 😇. He deserves not only 5 stars but I give him 5 million stars and 21 million thank you Amen 🙏🙏🙏 I raise him a hallelujah to an amen lol

They went above and beyond to exceed all of my expectations and made me feel super comfortable and aware of every step they took to ensure that Fully understood everything that was going on with my account I pass 15 T-Mobile stores just to come here because they have given me the most best customer service I have ever experienced like always .thank you gentlemen You guys are the reason why Tmobile has the best customer service. Money is an issue in the absence of value the staff went above and beyond to provide me the service necessary to run my business efficiently while taking care of my family’s needs that the same time. Fabian went above and beyond to explain to me the plans and fees in a way easy to follow I almost went to sprint because at another T-mobile store staff made me feel pressured to provide my social prior to discussing the plans available after making me wait an hour before addressing me but the way Fabien explained the plans and service made me feel comfortable with moving forward with the service and spending a little more on quality options unbeatable by the competition. Overall as a team Fabien, Rashid, Keven, Anais, and Daniella also all assisted in the sale for efficiency and to also make our overall wait time as little as possible. If you’re thinking of working with T Mobile this location is a great option if receiving quality customer service is important to you.

This store needs 5 stars! Miguel and the team helped me with everything when my phone was stolen. They went above and beyond for me, from teaching me how to track and lock my phone to showing me how to file a claim with my insurance. I will be going to this store from now on for future service! The store Manager is awesome he helped me fix my bill which it was almost $1,345 dollars for international calls and he assured me that he would take care of me when he took his time to go over my bill and my plan. he got on the phone with customer service and with one call he resolved my issue and my bill got credited down to $145.00 dollars which is my normal bill. If you want customer service you got to get to this store. The staff are all friendly and super nice. I never had an experience like this in any other T-mobile stores. Im making this my home store to go to. Thanks !!! from a happy customer

Today I went to t-mobile to get my SIM card, and I got there at 7:40. the manager Marc told me they close at 7:00. but then he changed his answer to 7:30. He also told me that the system was down and he couldn’t check out my SIM card. Marc the manager said that there was nothing that he can do! The manager from another t-mobile store told me to pick up my SIM card at that location and he also told me that they close at 8:00. I told marc, the manager all the information he needed about my arrival. I waited about 15 minutes and told them that I was about to call the manager from the other t-mobile store, but they suddenly let me inside. For some “reason” the system started working all of a sudden! I wonder how it “magically” work. I was finally able to get my SIM card but I heard snickering behind my back! The manager Did not give good customer service instead he treated me like I was a different being and changed his attitude towards me because of my race.

I experienced the utmost discrimination at this store today. I waiting for assistance with my mobile device and was totally ignored. I’m definitely switching cellphone carriers after this poor customer service experience at this T-Mobile store today.

Just visited the Ocoee it was like always an awesome experience the associates there are so helpful and nice. They take the time to help you and get to know you Miguel and Mari were The Who helped me and they were so great. You also get really fast service here so you can be in and out. Thanks guys

SCAM!!! One of the workers here set me up with a deal for a tablet for Fathers Day weekend. He said that the tablet will be only $31.56 plus $9.99 monthly for the Internet. He forgot to explain that I will be financing the tablet and additional $19.99 will be charged to my account. Please dont go to this specific store. I know probably is my fault. But how the employee call me and explain the tablet offered at the store too. It was a good deal. Now I have a tablet that is more expensive than an IPad.
