Very happy with the service that I got from this store, Octavia was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of choosing the best table set and buffet for our dinner room.. Ordered multiple items for my new home and most of the items delivered were damaged. Poor quality overall and got the run around when trying to ask for a refund even though I followed every instruction by customer care to file a claim. Customer care tells you to call the store and the store tells you they have to talk to customer care and so on and so forth. I will take my money elsewhere and you should to.
When you buy an item here they quickly make you sign the receipt and warranty on their iPad, but in reality it is a document which says you are not entitled to any refunds; all sales are final. You then get A) very late deliveries or B) poorly installed furniture or missing parts, or C) all of the above. Good luck getting to support even after buying their premium warranty. This place has some good furniture, but you will be better off going somewhere else. I did not read the reviews and now Im stuck with a piece of junk -- will try to settle in court. I just want a refund. 😡😡 Stay Away from this store 😡😡
Very nice people working there. There was moments where I felt like I was being followed but When I found the table I wanted to purchase he already had it pulled up and had already checked if there was any in stock! That was awesome! I applied for store credit. It was comfortable and a easy process. Furniture was delivered on time. I look forward to making future purchases here.

I’m a elderly woman living alone so furniture isn’t something I purchase often. When my granddaughter moved to Florida and needed a place to stay I was happy to open my home to her. However, I knew she couldn’t sleep on an air mattress for more than a few days so I decided to look for a bedroom set for my guest bedroom. I went to a few other stores but they all were back ordered months! I went to City Furniture and found a set I liked and it was all in stock, I couldn’t believe it! I worked with Peggy and a manager named Mike and they made sure that I was comfortable in the store, and made sure to stay in touch. They even called me after the delivery to make sure it went well. I’m really happy with my experience, from start to finish it was easy. The store is clean and organized, the sales staff and managers are very sweet, and the prices and availability are great!
Extremely large selection of almost anything you would need for furniture and home decor! My wife and i have been searching for a few months for just the right sofa / sectional for our living room and decided to stop in to look around. We found the perfect set up. I highly recommend this store.
Like many of the reviews on here, everything was great until you have to deal with their customer service. I use that term loosely because it really isn’t customer service. Feels more like the legal department of a car insurance company. I picked up a piece of furniture from the warehouse, got it home and opened it up only to find it was damaged. Called the store immediately and was given a claim form, and was told that as soon as I got a credit voucher from customer service I could bring it back to the warehouse. Customer service then claimed that they could not provide that because delivery had already been accepted and it was in the home. Only thing they would do would be exchange the product. Other wrinkle to this is I picked up the last one in stock and the product won’t be back in stock for a month and a half. So am now stuck with damaged goods for that long. Also, found out that they would not allow a return of the damaged product and refund the price of the furniture either, which is literally just theft (sell a broken good without the ability to return it). Had I not picked it up from the warehouse, the same problem would have occurred if I had done the free delivery because they do not open/assemble the furniture if you do free delivery, which means the only way to cover yourself is to do the premium delivery. However, save yourself the hassle and DON’T BUY FROM CITY FURNITURE!
The service from the people there was great. They were knowledgeable and informative. However when it can to delivery, I have had 2 different orders when something happens to the product not getting delivered due to damage or having it to be pushed back 4 times after we scheduled for the delivery. Very disappointed in that
Promised my sofa same day. Never came, then told next day. Still nothing. Next thing I know I was told it will take a week. I drive out there to pick it up as it alerted me via email it was there. Nothing! I suggested to have it delivered free of charge as my time was wasted and words mean nothing. If it is not here by 9/21 the date promised I will not be surprised.Edit: It came. City Furniture rectified the situation by having it delivered 9/21/21 and replaced a part of my table I ordered from them (second order). Process was fairly easy.
Very hard to get a hold of a person, have waited on the phone endlessly.I have a problem with my new bed, waited on the phone for 45 min. to talk to Customer Service {that was the second time I called, first time I just give up} they told me they would email my salesmen and he would get in touch with me. I havent heard from him. Now trying to call the Ocoee store but it just goes to voice mail. If I had it to do over would never buy from them!!!
They tried to deliver an old clearanced model of the furniture I ordered while charging full price for the new model that was displayed on the floor. I refused delivery. They refunded me the incorrect amount, I’ve called probably 20 times and no one will resolve the issue. City furniture owes me $234.39. Total scam company. The AG office should investigate them.

I came in a few weeks looking for new furniture. I had been to a few other places but the back orders were absurd. When Haverty’s told us it would be 48 weeks for furniture we about gave up. City was our last stop and for a good reason. They had exactly what we were looking for, and the prices were great too. Everything was in stock and delivered when we wanted it. The experience was great start to finish, and while we were in the store Mike, one of the managers worked with us to make sure everything went well. Really impressed and really will be back for more.
A friend and I went there for inspiration ideas for her new home I will say they didnt disappoint with all the options that are available and the package pricing is very reasonable as well.
We worked with Cheryl P. and it was such a great experience. She was there for whenever we had questions and she helped us by pointing some pieces out but she didn’t do any of that intense breathing down your neck all you are is a commission stuff that other sales associates have done before. She really just cared about letting me run around and debate things and go back and forth and back and forth to find the exact pieces I wanted. She made me feel comfortable and like she cared about helping me create my home instead of just viewing me as another sale.Also in general this store has everything.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a coffee table back at the end of May and still don’t have it, instead I have pieces. I have spent hours with their customer service line and no luck. I was told my table would be delivered in two separate shipments, if I didn’t accept it this way I was at risk of having to wait even longer for it. When the first part was delivered they didn’t deliver the whole bottom of the table. Fast forward to this past week and the second part of the delivery and it’s still not been entirely delivered. I spent over an hour on their text messaging customer service to resolve. It only took over an hour because the service is so slow and agents are clearing deal with more than one case at a time. I was told I could pick up my missing piece from the warehouse yesterday. Drove to the warehouse waited and nope they didn’t have it. I was told to bring the part I do have to exchange it for the exact same thing but it will come with the missing piece this time. I called customer service when I returned to the warehouse and still nothing. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do to make up for my wasted time or their delivery error. Sadly, after multiple purchases from city furniture this will be my last as they clearly have no desire to take responsibility for their mistakes. I could also go on about how my sales person has been silent during the wait for the second delivery and since this debacle started. SHOP ELSEWHERE
On August 1st, I stopped in City Furniture in Ocoee to browse for furniture. The sales staff was very helpful and worked with me to find what I was looking for. They were very upfront about out-of-stock and backordered items (everyone is dealing with supply-chain issues this year)! I found the Sonoma Office Desk and Chair that I loved! I planned on ordering it, but I also found a Sonoma Desk Chair in the clearance section. Kevin helped me get a great deal on my desk chair from clearance, saving me a ton of money and was able to take it home that day. It only had minor blemishes which were easily repairable. I will be back again!
What to say about City Furniture & Outlet in Ocoee?Great selection of items for every room at home, from patio to kids, with different price points and materials, and where you can either customize or take the room the way it is. Some of their furniture matches between sets so you can pick and choose to your liking.Most of their sofas are available in both synthetic and real leather, and some bedroom sets are made with real wood abs some with the compacted one, and they tell you the truth about the pros and cons of certain materials and their price points. They also offer several types of financing and we were very comfortable with then. One thing Id recommend is to inspect all drawers and vases, etc., as sometimes youll find trash from customers that were lazy and didnt put it in an actual trash can and its just a bit of an eye sore.Highly recommend it!

I had a unexpected great experience. Not that I had any preconceived notions.. I’m was greeted and assisted by an amazing sales rep named Kathleen. She spent over an hour with me and walked me patiently through the store providing details about every and anything I needed to know. It was one of the best personal shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. She was genuine and provided information but not primarily focused on a sale, but meeting my needs. I definitely will have City Furniture pieces in my decor.
We had a phenomenal time and great experience with Tyronn. He introduced himself and welcomed us to the store. Tyronn offered to walk around and help us with any questions OR to meet up with us later when we were ready. My wife and I spent a long time walking around each section deliberating and Tyronn was always there to answer our questions when we were ready.The store had so many options. The showroom was well organized into different styles in each section. Everything from bedroom sets, mirrors, pictures, chandeliers, dining sets, and much more.We are very happy with our products and the delivery process. It was quick and easy. The products are beautiful.

STAY AWAY, do not bother buying from them. They have no furniture available. They will provide you with a date then cancel the night before. I have been waiting for my bedroom set since March. Every time you call them, you get a different answer. I dont get how I was third person in line to order this bedroom set and I yet to receive it, now I am like 25 in line some how. Now I am being told they dont know when it will come in and I also cant get my money back. This isnt the first item I had an issue with either. I had to cancel my living-room set for the same reason. If they cant get the item then it should have a sign saying temporarily sold out. Stop selling to people to make a sale when nothing is available. Unless I am buying from the clarence section I wont bother anymore. I will take my business elsewhere.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. The sales people were nice, but the claims department is so shady. They keep updating my delivery dates for the claims I did, and to this date, almost a year later, nothing has been done. When you call, you’re on the phone holding over an hour, and then more time to speak with someone so they can figure out what’s going on. We work full time. Who has that kind of time to be on the phone. They do it on purpose so you stop calling and they wouldn’t have to replace the damaged furniture. What a shameful way to do business. Last time I’m buying anything from City Furniture and I’m reporting these practices to the business bureau.

The customer service of this location is just not good, especially for a Saturday afternoon. There was no one greeting at the door and we walked the ENTIRE floor TWICE and were not approached for assistance or even told “hello” by any employee we passed, whether they were assisting someone or not. We had to hunt someone down and though she helped us when we asked, she didn’t really seem knowledgeable on their products and asked us if we had looked around and seen what we were looking for (obviously not or we wouldn’t be asking). In terms of customer service, go to the Millenia location. They are very attentive there and provide you with business cards to contact the sales rep that was assisting you, even emailing you options of furniture.Unrelated to customer service: They ultimately just didn’t have what we were looking for which isn’t necessarily their fault. If you’re looking for a circular coffee table, they have about 2 in store options and a few more on their website (mostly glass options). If you’re looking for a circular coffee table that is farmhouse style, they have nothing for you. Save yourself the trip.
Beware of City Furniture & their scams. We purchased a bedroom set for our new home in December of 2020. When the set arrived it was not what we ordered. It turns out City tried to pass off a clearance/dated version of the new version of the line we ordered but at the full price.We had the delivery team remove the items with the expectation that wed receive a full refund. City did not have the updated line available in a reasonable time frame. City attempted to commit fraud, so it was the least they could do. To this date were still fighting to get the refund months later. My wife has been dealing with the call center and accounting for hours and hours on end and no one will resolve the issue.Although Im a lawyer Ive not yet filed a lawsuit against them or filed for arbitration as its a great deal of work for several hundred dollars. But its clear that this is behavior that needs to be handled by the legal profession. Criminals require consequences. The next step is to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office as they can hopefully put them in check and further dive into their unethical and illegal practices.
Humongous store with lots of variety of furniture to choose from. Dale was very curious and patient giving me a tour around the place and showing me the difference in pricing and styles available with no hassle. I was able to choose exactly what I was looking for. I Definitely recommend this place go check it out!
We stopped in to see if we could find a bedroom set for my mom who’s in a time crunch to get before moving into an assisted living facility. Ivan helped us and he was great! So polite, patient, and very sweet. He helped us find something we liked and was available to deliver soon. In and out in 30 minutes!! Highly recommend!

We drove out to city furniture today and was amazed at how much furniture they have in their show room. I was able to purchase a sofa and chair at a really good price. The sales girl was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I will definitely shop there again.
I was very pleased with it being my first time experience shopping at City Furniture. The only issue I had was the customer service rep failed to add the additional sectional pillows to my final order. When brought to his attention, he replied that I didn’t inform him and he could add them to the order after already sitting for more than 15 minutes of finalization of the order. At that point I was just ready to go considering I had driven more than an hour just to shop at that particular company and location. Life continues and I was able to achieve my ultimate goal, “getting the sectional I desired.”

(Ocoee Outlet) Customer service from Cheryl was very rude, very disrespectful. I had budget, certain style and size in mind to purchase a sofa today so the process should have been smooth...WRONG! As soon as I found something I liked (within the first 30min of being there, Cheryl (sales rep) answered a couple of questions but then their computer system went down. I told her I would be using an employee discount and she said that this wasnt a commission based sale for her. I kindly told her that shes free to send me to another rep for the process but she said it was ok and that she would continue to help me. I sensed her impatience then.As my relative came into work shortly after, I quietly consulted with him about the sofa and hes giving me some info and Cheryl comes over and says so are you buying it or not? REALLY?! How disrespectful?! I knew I didnt want to purchase a sofa I really liked anymore. I told her no and she raised her voice and said You just wasted 3.5 hrs of my time! Calmly l told her Im going to write a review on our exchange. She said she would complain to her manager about me. I told my relative I was disgusted and I would leave and take my cash with me. No, I dont expect first class treatment since it wouldnt be a commission based sale, but respect and consideration is due, my money is good like any other customer. Im going home without a sofa but relieved that I wont be spending my hard earned $ in a business where that behavior is acceptable.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHERYL. Very RUUUUUDE.
As far as The Visit itself today and the sales rep and manager I spoke with was very kind. If the supervisor calls me and solves my issue and I can come back on here and leave a better review. My overall experience has been awful. I am finding out several other people around me have had horrible experiences as well. Long story short the sales rep who you communicate with verbally and place your order with over promises and under delivers. If they tell you its leather and not vinyl and then you get it and its 50/50 and you dont want it they say oh you can call customer service and they will fix it for you. Plus all 3 pieces had damage. I called and they want to repair it. No I want to upgrade to a couch with all leather except the back. Then they say they will swap all 3 pieces for the same product but you cant upgrade. Well your sales rep was wrong and told me wrong so I should get all leather if that is what I wanted. I am not asking for a discount. If you are already coming to switch out the furniture why not deliver what I want? The customer care isnt on the same page as the floor people and upper management is a whole separate entity. I am waiting for them to resolve the issue and make this right!

If I can leave a -5 I would. Stay away from this store. Brougth a couch, and a bed set for my daughter. The couch a week after delivered, it started to fall apart. I obtain the warranty with them. Call it took from July that I purchased the couch until October to finally someone show at my home. The guy took some pictures, told me I should receive some parts on December. Well nothin was never resuelve until March .

I love city furniture! First off there are so many options and styles. Most of the other furniture stores in this area are so traditional but city has everything from modern, traditional, and rustic. I loved the free cookies and bar! And all of the staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will be buying my new home furniture here!P.s. the Florida king is out of this world!

HUGE showroom with great quality furniture options for all rooms. Prices range from moderate to high end. Accessories, wall hangings are also available. I went in to browse and ended up with a sectional couch, 3-piece set of tables and an area rug 🤣 Financing options and full service delivery are available. Ill definitely be returning for more stuff in the future! The sales associates were friendly but not competitive or harassing you so you can window shop and not feel pressured. Went to CITY Furniture in Ocoee today to look at mattresses and was happy to see their selection and staff expertise in exploring the options. After trying a number of mattresses and reviewing the variety of options, we definitely upgraded, but not because of any sales pressure; only great information provided by the professional and delightful Kelly Waldo.Overall, a really good furniture experience!

What a wonderful place!!I have been looking for a console for TV and sound system and did a lot of research online. This store has the biggest selection and the best prices. I had a couple In mind and literally walked in, was helped quickly and given “white glove” customer service by Terry. She answered all of my questions, and explained everything flawlessly. I felt so comfortable and supported. They know what they aredoing and there is furniture for every taste and style! I have not had such a positive experience in years! So customer service is not dead!!!!!! Thanks Terry and City Furniture!!
James the sale person was great. However when we got our new bed the head portion of the base did not vibrate like it was suppose to. Called customer service 3 times. I was on hold forever and then I was transferred only to be disconnected. Went to the store and was asked if I took a picture of it. What is that going to do. When my husband got upset the manager gave us the number of the manufacturer of the base. We called and left a voicemail with no return call. Called City Furniture customer service AGAIN and after a very long wait got a very helpful young man named Nicholas who finally got an appointment set up for someone to come out to fix the bed base. Finally after a week the manufacturer did call us back.Bottom line City Furniture has very poor customer service.Since the review on our bed our couch was delivered. The 2 men who deliverwd it took the time to make sure all the buttons worked for reclining and lumbar. We are very happy with the couch.
To be brief, if you cannot take it home with you or if it is not in the attached warehouse, do not buy it at City Furniture. Order 2 desks in July.. Received part of a desk, and told the other part backorder to Aug. Now it is Sep and told it will be here in Jan 2022. Never got an update phone call or email. Not a happy customer.
Customer service at city furniture is atrocious . I spent close to $10,000 at this location . We live in a two-story home they brought the furniture out and was going to leave it inside the door way on the first story because they said we didn’t pay for premium delivery. The manager the night of the order did two orders because he wanted to close the deal that way he could give us a better price but forgot to put the premium delivery on our bedroom set delivery Order but put it on the first one . Go into the store speak to our sales person he informs us when the truck brought the furniture back that they automatically goes to the next person and it would be another three weeks before the furniture would be delivered no thank you.This is how city furniture treats there customers Their mistake but the customer has to suffer. There’s many other furniture places in town that would love our business and City furniture just lost ours . They will put some auto response on here saying……. We what to help you please give us your order number. They’re willing to help so much that’s why our child is sleeping on a mattress thats on the floor thank you city furniture way to treat your customers

Horrible customer service…. Furniture came with a 3 year stain removal. Only problem is you can never get anyone to come out for service. Have been on phone waiting to talk to someone for hours in customer service and this is my third day of trying to get someone on the phone for service. Filed the warranty claim online & scheduled someone to come out which took 2 weeks, and they no showed even though I was reassured I was on schedule for that day. I’ve tried calling, texting and online and no luck!

We did a very large furniture order with City furniture 9 months ago. A good portion of the items I received were damaged in some way and about half pieces look like they may have been used/returned before.One of those items was a credenza. We asked that the credenza be replaced because it appeared it had already attempted to be repaired and looked bad. We are still waiting for the credenza to be replaced and the most recent date I have been told is next month. The problem is every time we get close to a new delivery date it gets rescheduled. One time City Furniture even cancelled my exchange without calling me. I asked why my exchange would be cancelled and no one could tell me. I have asked if I have any other options, and I am told to wait or take a very very small amount of cash and keep the damaged piece, or a larger value of store credit, but I am not taking that after this mess.All of this is pretty bad right? What makes it significantly worse is City Furniture significantly understaffs their support line. So to speak with a human you either have to wait for potentially hours, or have them call you back many hours later.Honestly if I could just get an honest date on when my replacement credenza would be delivered I would be happy, but at this point I feel like I am getting scammed. I have waited 6 months for a replacement, every 2 weeks to 1 month getting a new date for delivery. That math does not add up at this point unless their next delivery date is not based on any real information like when more will be delivered.
One of the most horrible experiences we have ever had. Damaged table, wobbles, scratched, didn’t deliver until after 9pmTHE DELIVERY PEOPLE FORGED MY SIGNATURE BEFORE THEY EVEN SHOWED UP HOURS LATER. False advertising by promising a delivery date for a couch. We paid full price on the day of the order. We waited two months then today, two days before a delivery date, we got an email saying that the order was cancelled. We were confused and I went to the store after work today to get an answer. The lady at the front desk between 5:00 pm to 5:15 pm didnt even give me a chance to explain and kept saying all the orders were delayed and there is no delivery date set. She was annoyed by me asking a simple question(why is it cancelled) and tells me that she deals with this delay all the time and she walks away. I asked another person to talk to Chris who helped us during the order. I waited another hour to speak with Chris. He says the the order was cancelled but couldnt figure out how it was cancelled. Chris was also confused and told me that only thing he can do is to reorder and set another delivery date which is another month away. He also tells me that the delivery date can change anytime. I paid full price upfront and wasted so much time. We had friends and family invited for the weekend and we are not going to have a couch for them to sit... So much time wasted, weekend plan ruined.. Treated badly at the store.... We will never recommend this place and we will never do any business with city furniture Ocoee... Stay away from this store to save you time and headache!
Absolutely loved the experience here and the selection. No high-pressured techniques! I felt free to take my time and browse the showroom. I’ll visit again and next time hope the coffee shop will be open. Home decorators/staging fans should enjoy City Furniture. Spencer, my sales guy, was also the best!
Our sales consultant, Jennifer, was awesome. She really took her time to get to know what we’d like. She is very informative and very willing to work around budgetary needs. I also like that she is not pushy. I would definitely come back to City furniture because of Jennifer.

I had a great experience when buying my furniture almost 3 years ago from this location. However, my couch started to rip from the seams and the process with warranty has been a nightmare ever since. I have made 3 claims, since I had a tech come out and say there was nothing he could do. I finally got a call that they are replacing it (after 3 weeks and submitting another claim). The other couch started to do the same issue, so I made a claim. Now, it has been over 3 weeks since the tech came out to say there was nothing he can do for the other couch. Currently, I have been on hold with customer service for 4 HOURS! It is quite ridiculous to get someone to pick up the phone.Overall, store is great. I have loved my furniture before it started to rip. However, customer service to get your furniture fixed is a complete nightmare. I would search more about the warranty before purchasing here.

First time furniture buyer and went with my gut to browse and purchase from City Furniture. I was moving into a new apartment and decided to buy a whole new living room and kitchen set (8 pieces) making my first purchase a very big one.Krystal was very helpful the day that I went in to pick out the inventory and had disclosed that everything was in stock. This was back in April 2021. I was pre-planning my June 2021 move and wanted to get the process going. I had learned by the month of June 2021 that Krystal was going to be working remotely but could still take care of any on-going needs I may have had. I responded back to her after my first delivery and she did not respond to my email. Two weeks later I walked into City Furniture to learn that she was on pregnancy leave. No one at the store had given me a courtesy email or phone call.It is now August 2021 and yes, after months of every item I chose going on backorder, I have received some of my furniture. However, some of my items have not arrived and continue to keep being pushed back. Three times now to be exact. My sectional was scheduled for August, then for September and supposedly now it will not be arriving until the month of October 2021. I have asked many times about this issue that’s happening and I am most definitely receiving several different answers. I was told both in person and over the phone that I was number 2 on the receiving list and to not make any adjustments to the online scheduling. I was told to wait for any email updates. Okay, but October? I’m not buying it. I was given the option to make a different selection from their inventory but I opted out because I am pretty sure I would have been waiting more time for that order as well. I also wasn’t interested in any other pieces from their inventory.Delivery wise - I have opted in for the premium delivery option and have failed to be impressed. I have ordered all glass table tops and the delivery men failed to wear gloves leaving me to have to flip and clean the table tops immediately after they left. Also, a delivery man walk back into a decorative vase of mine and it had shattered on the ground. This item was not near the spot where the furniture was being placed at. This vase was not purchased from City Furniture. Mike, the City Furniture manager did fix the issue by giving me a store credit to pick out a new piece. However, nothing for the not so premium delivery service that I am paying well over $100 for.When I called last week, I was told last week that a new location was opening in Miami last Saturday and to call back this past Monday to check in on their inventory status. Nothing has changed. Apparently, my furniture still potentially could have been on the shipping boat. Hopefully it’s not growing mold sitting on the ship for this long.Not impressed.
We decided to start our furniture hunt at city furniture and make our way to 4 or 5 others stores. However after stopping here there was no need to go anywhere else, their selection is so big and their customer service is amazing. Kelly went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us hunt for not only the right bedroom set, but the right mattress and even the right pillows. She had all the patience in the world with us and never made us feel rushed. Thank you Kelly we are very happy customers!

Worst customer service Ive experienced with a furniture store. They delivered the wrong product. I ordered a queen mattress foundation and they delivered a full-size. It was bought AS-IS, but they shipped an entirely different product. The bedroom furniture was damaged upon delivery, they dont allow you to replace the damaged product, they do however want to send a technician to repair their damaged furniture. This company truly lacks customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a new dining set for our kitchen and the purchasing process went smoothly. We had our new set delivered a couple of weeks later. After getting everything set, we had to submit a warranty claim about multiple chairs given the chairs were unstable due to worn brackets etc. They said they would order parts and it could take a while. 3 months later, we hadnt heard from them and we called to see where our parts were. We found out our order had been cancelled because they couldnt get those parts and City failed to notify us. They said they would schedule a repair tech to come out but wed need to pay $50. The repair tech came and said they couldnt be repaired and would have to be replaced. We had the replacements scheduled and a lot went wrong with the delivery. One of the two delivery drivers refused to wear a mask inside my home. As they were bringing the chairs in, my husband was inspecting them and he told one of the guys that we were definitely rejecting one of them for the same issue and he was checking the others. The delivery guy did not say a word, left our front door wise open and him and the other delivery driver hastily jumped in their truck and sped off through our neighborhood. We found out after when we called, the delivery guy was supposed to take pictures and notate the rejection. This is unacceptable on all fronts. I do NOT recommend purchasing from City for poor quality and poor customer service during delivery.
The overall shopping experience at CITY furniture was awesome! Kelly is amazing! I was familiar with the selection but it was my first time in store. Kelly was super patient and helpful. Setting up financing was easy peazy. I will definitely be going back when I furnish other rooms in my house =)
Stay away from this company. Horrible service and forget about the warranty. I have been dealing over a year to get my recliner fix and no one seems to be interested in help. Ordering pieces takes months to be delivered and other few months to get the technician to come. Never again. Even Rooms to Go provides a better service and that’s much to say.

Visited the City Furniture into Ocoee and knew exactly what I was looking for! Entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a wonderful woman named Gloria! She asked the basics and immediately sought out a sales associate for me to work with to find my special piece. Turns out there were no sales associates available because they were all diligently working with customers. Gloria explained that she was the Interior Designer for the company but she would be more than happy to help me out! Gloria was kind enough to take me under her wing and she showed me exactly the type of piece I was looking for and even gave me other options to consider that would also meet my needs. She was right there for me till the end of the sale and even offered her exquisite design tips to help me create a focal point for the piece I purchased! I would highly recommend Gloria because of her thoughtfulness and help, not only with my piece, but her highly innovative design skills to help your living space be a dream come true! We had the worst customer service experience Ive probably ever had. I would 100% recommend to go to ANY other furniture store before you shop here! Plus the quality of furniture is low for the high prices. I wish I could give them zero stars. If you do decide to go here and your salesmans name is Theo.... turn around and walk out.
At City Furniture our sales representative Chris was very professional and patient. He took the time to explain everything with great detail. He even took multiple orders over the phone and made sure we were setup without stepping foot in the store. Chris also helped when things did not go well. He made sure customer service got back to us much faster than when you called them. The store is huge with selection to fit anyone’s style. These are all great things. Now the reason for the two stars. City Furniture logistics department and suppliers are seriously flawed. We purchased items on five separate occasions and only one instance was successfully delivered without issues. Common issues were delivered with item damaged, missing hardware, and incorrect items. Which when following their process takes approximately 5-7 days for a response and 3-4 additional days for replacements if they have them in stock. We waited three months for a dining room table to only receive the incorrect one. Three days ago received a bed without any hardware to assemble. As I opened the box the red hardware tag had been tapped to the side of the bad to make is seem as if the hardware was there. It was obvious the item was returned previously and repackaged. We are still waiting for a response from customer service. Buy at your own risk and expect to have items delivered that may need to either be replaced or deal with the damage. Customer service will review your claim and depending on what is wrong will offer either a partial refund or replacement. On our first instance the representative recommended a partial credit instead of replacement because they could not guarantee the replacement would be defect free. That is the kind of response you can expect. Inspect your items quickly if you take the free shipping option and watch very carefully when you opt for the assembly option.

If I could give this no stars I would. This company has the worst customer service from their managers. First, they expect their drivers to do at least 20 deliveries in a day, including assembly, which means your delivery will never arrive at the estimated window. Second, even if you have a note of your order from a manger to do a credit back to your card, they still won’t process it. Their customer care does not call you back and they email managers. They promise call backs and that never occurs. Over promise and under deliver should be their motto. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had to hire new drivers every month.
I previously wrote a review regarding my delivery experience of 8 Canyon Concrete 86 Rectangular tables I initially purchased on May 29, 2020. As of today, September 7, 2021, I am still waiting on delivery of one of the tables! A total of 13 tables have attempted to be delivered to me and all but 7 of them were damaged! I have repeatedly been called, delivery date extended, and told the table is still on backorder due to supplier difficulties. DO NOT PURCHASE THE CANYON CONCRETE 86 RECTANGULAR TABLE!!!
