The whole staff at La-Z-Boy is excellent. I can’t say enough good about Edwin in sales & Clint in interior design. Super to work with. Both were friendly and professional. They worked together with us to plan out a beautiful living room, dining room & kitchen set. Their advice gave us the confidence we were making the right choices. In store staff is very professional and awesome! FYI, Their leather protection plan is a joke! The quality of their products is lacking.My family bought a burgundy leather reclining couch and chair a few years ago. It’s a beautiful set. However, over time the dye has come off at the seams in the leather and the middle of the cushions started to harden and peel. We purchased a leather warranty which expires at the end of this year.When I contacted the store the employees were very helpful and professional! They quickly forwarded the request to their service department. Due to the pandemic, we had to send photos versus an in home inspection of the furniture. The response we received was that they were not going to replace or fix the leather. We bought the protection plan for NO REASON ! Don’t waste your money!Instead of fixing my leather set they gave us a $750.00 in store credit. We won’t be buying from lazy-boy after this! Come to find out multiple friends have had this happen. FYI!

Bought two recliner 6/19/2021 and today 11/4/2021 I noticed the leather was peeling from the headrest. I went back to the store and told the sales associate I was having issues with a recliner. He proceeded to take me to the service counter and handed me a Customer Service card to call. I asked if there was anyone on site I could speak with and he said no that they were just sales people. I asked for the Manager but they were off today. I felt that the employees where nice but no one asked what my problem was with the recliner, my name or to the initiative to help with my problem just call the number. I called the Customer Service number which the employee was nice and had me send over pics of the issue and said they would replace but added that I need to cover the area that in the future it could peel again or become chalky due to my shampoo, medication or sweat??? I am very disappointed with the quality as I have never had issues with any other leather furniture I have ever purchased and why would I pay extra for leather if its not even going to last 5 months without peeling. No Im stuck with two recliner that I feel the quality of the leather is questionable.

Excellent! The service at the Ocoee store is phenomenal. Everyone I’ve worked with has been great. This last time, Jonathan helped choose a lift chair for my elderly relative. Talk about above and beyond - Jonathan was kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and never pushy. He even helped with the wheelchair. I’d shop there again just for the good service, but P.S. so far my relative loves his lift recliner chair.

La-Z-Boy is our go to for furniture! You get what you pay for and we have never had a problem with them. Our salesman, Jonathan was excellent. He listened, he guided and helped us. Very pleased. Just wish it wouldn’t take 4-6 months to get it. I do feel the delivery charge is high, but they bring it in and set it up without issue.

He knew the various product specifications very well and answered all of our questions and then some. We purchased the new chair and had it in our home the next day. As for the price, it compared favorably to the other places we shopped but the selection was much larger at La-Z-Boy! The team at Lazy Boy was great. Kim, Luz and JD were amazing. We made multiple trips before deciding on our chair. Luz spent a lot of time with us initially and helped us narrow our thoughts down and understand all of the options available. When we went back the following week Kim, the Vp of sales stepped in while Liz was busy with another customer and continued the process with us. A lot more information but she listened to us. She wasn’t in “sales mode” she was in listen mode and was able to give us guidance based upon what we were looking for not what they wanted to sell. I’d stepped in to write up the order, not because he was going to make anything from the sale, but because they are a team that supports one another.A great experience at the Lazy Boy on Ocoee.The furniture salesman “stalkers” were not there. Good selection and sale going on. Nadia was helpful and knowledgeable. In this picture is an Ashley chair I am replacing. It was a good chair for a couple hundred dollars but it was not near the quality or comfort. I wanted a much better chair so I ordered a semi custom Jasper Rocker Recliner. It takes a few of months to get them. Nadia found me a chair in stock that was a good color for me. I had tried buying one online from Wayfair but they cancelled the order and said it was no longer available. I wasted two weeks trying to save a few dollars. I am so glad I went to the store after all. I have bought from this store before and always get great products. The whole team are great to work with. I love my new Lazy Boy! PS. Look at the bottom of the picture. With a rocker recliner you need at least 16 from the top of the chair and 20 from the back of the rocker runners to the wall for it to recline all the way back. See how I have it pulled out from the wall.

I picked out 2 chairs from the sales floor in November of 2020. I got 1 in May 2021. Still nothing on the 2nd chair. The sales staff was very nice. But they cant sell what they cant get. And wouldnt give us the one off the floor...

Backstory: Look for a replacement recliner for a previous purchase from La-Z-Boy.Initial visit was not ideal. Sales person appeared disinterested — not forthcoming in providing options for my search. I was out of the showroom in less than 15 minutes.That afternoon I called to speak to a manager — Josh Ramos. I explained my experience. Josh was very apologetic and guaranteed he would personally take care of me should I decide to return.Two days later I returned. Josh personally helped in my search providing his recommendations that meet my specific needs. Josh also provided an excellent price for my purchase.

Our sales person JD was great from helping us find our style furniture, to helping us with the fabric selection. From start to finish he was professional and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

JD was an exceptional salesman. He took very good care in showing and introducing what we where looking for. The only dislike is the timing on receiving the product for the money we have to pay. Why take our money when it take so long to receive the product. You either have it or you dont.

Now buying a new home and needing furniture and help designing once again I’m thrilled .Although there website is not the best to show all the designs they have you must go visit the showroom . 8 weeks past scheduled delivery and still no couch. I was given a discount of 6.5 percent off my order to make up for it (that was basically my taxes). I wpild have preferred to be refunded my whole amount at this point. If it were not for how nice the store manager has been, I would be looking into alternative legal avenues.I am told the order should be delivered Wednesday. Lets see

We were looking for a recliner and checked the local discount furniture stores...but couldn’t find one that accommodated my tall frame. We decided to give La-Z-Boy a look. It was our first time ever shopping in one of their stores and we were thoroughly impressed. Our salesman, Edwin Santos, explained/showed us why their American made recliners were the best and suggested several chairs. We ended up purchasing two of the first chairs we sat in. Even better was the military discount they applied in conjunction with the sale price.

Very huge selection and very helpful sales folks. They are very accommodating with changing fabrics and many various options. It is a great place to shop. We have found better pricing else where which is why the four rating instead of five.

My husband and I were looking at the W Colonial Dr location and Steve was very helpful. We did not purchase on our first visit. We shopped around and I went back a week later and I should have known the one thing I wanted was out of stock. Steve went out of his way to help me, find exactly what I needed in the timeframe I needed it in. I’ve order a custom made Sectional over 8g with pillows and custom Ottomans etc for our family room happens to be the sales person told us that the sectional had memory foam in it- top quality”/not true it was stuffed also couple years into the furniture mechanism problems parts falling apart having to re-attach it, and last but least we purchased also extended warranty for accidental damages when it did happen apparently they took over two weeks to get back to us making excuses telling us that it wasn’t accidental so we will not be covered what a waste of money never buy extended warranty on the other hand I’ve gone to Kane’s and purchase my furniture there because they stand behind they extended warranty to even replace my Dining table so lazy boys you’re too lazy to keep your promise so my business is going to Kane’s furniture!

Jon was amazing with customer service. He was willing to go back and revisit chairs and couches multiple times. He also worked with us on different ideas of putting furniture ideas together.

We stopped in the store (Ocoee) and met with Keith S. We had a few questions about our current Lazboy recliner and decided the best solution for us would be to ‘upgrade’ to a different model. Keith showed us around the showroom and pointed out a clearance item that might be what we wanted. It was, and we quickly finished the deal. We have been happy with the Lazboy product for many years and will continue to enjoy the new couch. Keith was easy to work with, the transaction went smooth and we would definitely purchase from Keith and this location again.

Terrible customer service, purchased a sectional for almost 5 grand with a warranty and the cushions are sagging to the point that you feel the frame when you sit, the recliner mechanism are making noise and have a lot of slack in them, definitely not what I expected paying this kind of money. Now after one year of going back and forth we are told we have to pay to get a tech to come look and the set and pay labor for repairs, and we have been calling asking to have to a manager to call us to discuss but it seems to be that they a quick to take our money and don’t want to help after.

We were helped by Keith who was very friendly, exceptional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found it for us. Just stopped at store to check on furniture that was on order from April with expected delivery in December. We were extremely pleased with all the help Andrea gave us.we ended up ordering different furniture with delivery date in September and are even happier with what we chose over the previous order.

We were looking for living room furniture & was approached by Edwin, an extremely competent young salesman. He was attentive while not being pushy. Will not purchase from la z boy ever again. Waited 9 months to get furniture that I did not order. Found out the day of delivery that the color was discontinued and they picked for me. At some point la z boy knew this and waited to see maybe I would not notice. A small discount for something again I did not order just isn’t enough. Poor communication, poor service. Nice to know for future reference. Very unprofessional!

After purchasing a recliner from Rooms To Go in Clermont, I found myself in need of a replacement due to the one year old recliner not living up to what was supposed to be a quality chair. I told him what my needs and wants were and he told me he had many styles for me to choose from. He did, in fact, have a very large selection. After trying out at least a dozen recliners I did find one that appears to be of excellent quality and I did purchase it.I was very impressed with JDs knowledge and professionalism. The warranty on my purchase is excellent and I fully expect to receive many years of comfort and enjoyment from my purchase. Lastly, I would like to comment on the layout of the store which made shopping extremely easy, as well as the cleanliness of the store.I highly recommend this La-Z-Boy location for your furniture needs.

I walked in knowing what I wanted but unsure if I could find the color of leather sofa I wanted. Immediately, Keith helped me find a couch set and chair that I fell in love with! Keith and Judy, an interior designer, coordinated and put together a look that fits my current decor. Through the use of pictures and a slide show, they were able to show me what the end result would look like. I thought I was all set but then found a different couch set that fit my needs better. Keith again helped me with the details and I cant wait to have the furniture delivered. I recommend Keith and Judy for all your furniture needs!

Steve was a great help. We were looking for a new sectional and recliner for our Family Room. We had already looked at different options on the La-Z-Boy website. I will say the website does not do justice to some of the styles (especially the Cuddler Seating Section), go to the showroom and see them in person. We would tell Steve what we liked and disliked about the different styles and we were able to quickly find a sectional that fit our needs perfectly. Steve and the store manager even took a section out of one of the showroom displays so we could see how it would look.

Ordered a couch and loveseat the first week of September 2020 and still waiting with very few updates. I got one call in October that it should be delivered by Christmas. Otherwise, I’ve had to reach out to them, which I have, but no updates. The last I heard is that the loveseat had shipped but not the couch. Salesman was going to check in the couch and let me know — that was over two weeks ago. Communication has been almost non-existent.I understand they are busy but supposedly they make the furniture in the US so the factory should be able to give a date when it will be made and the sales guy should be able to find out when it will be ready.The sales guy did say he would go ahead and process the rest of the payment in December so he was communicative about that but no way am I paying the balance until it’s delivered.I have a ton of other furniture I am going to purchase but am waiting on the couch and loveseat to be delivered first so I can see how it looks. However, I won’t be buying from this Lazy Boy.

Ordered in July... arrived in October. It arrived on time (or as scheduled) but still took a long time. Sales person Nadia was very nice and helpful - had a designer come to the house (forgot her name) but when I gave feedback different than what she liked... she “shut down” and was done speaking with me. Didn’t like having someone with a different opinion. Sectional arrived with the wrong color chaise (hmmmm) Lazyboy said they’ll send the correct color piece in 3 weeks (hope so). Also end table I ordered had a marker streak across the top - will have to have that replaced. Very expensive furniture to have issues with... everyone except the designer was very nice (& the designer was nice until I didn’t agree with what she wanted to do in my house). We are multiple repeat purchasers so I know what to expect.

Mr Santos was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the product but in all reality since my dad had always had a Lazyboy recliner I was well versed in the product but was glad to know the have a shorter chair for those of us that are height challenged. All in all the experience took less that 30 minutes.

LazyBoy Ocoee FL ~ Tais went beyond our expectation in designing a refreshing new take on our family room area. We purchased a custom Porter couch, chair, ottoman with nailheads and an abstract patterned rug to tie the new color scheme all together in our modern farmhouse.&Thank you to the sales team for making the buying process efficiently quick.

Kahlil was very professional, listened to all my wants and needs and hesitations and was not pushy at all but offered his opinions as well. I then booked an appointment with Kahlil and Thais the designer. Lazyboy offers this service free of charge with no obligation. Thais listened to all my thoughts, visuals ideas and looked at my pictures of my current furniture items and after walking thru the store was able to help me purchase a rug and tables to compliment my new Collins sectional. I cant wait to see it all come together when it is delivered in March. Thank you to both of these great people and I feel confident with my decisions.

We purchased 2 recliners today. Kahlil Abney(Batman) was a very good sales person. He showed us where all the recliners were, and let us just look around.
