Store is clean. items are stocked and neatly arranged on shelves. baked goods are not expired like other locations. staff is always friendly.
I’ve visited this 711 a few times, as it is near my place of employment. I usually go in the morning, mid-morning, sometimes lunchtime to get coffee. I always encounter a woman working the counter. I am never greeted. I always say hello and she never replies. Once my transaction is complete, I always say have a nice day and she never replies. Not once. It’s disheartening to say the least.
The people there is wonderful
Tariq has wonderful customer service experience.
Overall I like this 711 because it is literally right by my house. The lady and the manager that work typically during the day or great. Not sure the name of the guy that works the overnight shift at this location. But he is a complete idiot! Myself and others have had several issues with this guy in the past. He does not want to do his job if it involves him actually doing something. And he does not understand the 711 reward point system. Try to redeem points for some items. Sometimes if you are trying to purchase multiple items of the same thing, they have to be rung up individually and then the cashier needs to scan the barcode on the app. Sometimes it may take a few minutes but unfortunately this is the only way for the system to recognize what is going on. There are multiple times where this guy on the night shift has tried to tell me that I owe money when trying to use my points. We always get into an argument and he says he doesnt understand and is just an awful employee! He needs to be fired if he is not going to understand and do his job. I was in the store this evening for several minutes while he was talking on the phone and then he finally decided to wait on me and then we had a huge argument because hes just lazy!
This is my home 7-11
No cheese pizz, no bean burritos, and no cheese taqutos. I don’t eat meat so it’s not their fault, however, them giving me attitude and having a disgusting face on while I ask is repulsive. Especially the shorty lady with a Football Field size gap in her two front teeth. Rudest 7-11 I have ever been too.
Friendly and fast. Has good specials.
The owner i believe, when i walked in the store didnt understand english. He was of no help to me at all when I asked him about a certain soft drink he still there and looked at me like I was stupid after I want to leave out the front door in the store he started furiously screaming telling me sir come back sir come back I think he thought I stole something.? After he furiously screams for a good 30 seconds I walk back over to him and then he kept telling me oh okay nevermind nevermind this man is very racist he does not like white or black people I would avoid the store at all cost
The guy dont want to change my 7eleven point... he charge for my free product
The cashier didnt great me when I walked into the store and he was playing on his phone and I asked for the restroom he sad its employees and he didnt care about what I was looking for so I didnt buy anything. Will never stop here again.
This particular store is in desperate need of expanded parking. Extremely hard to get in and out of.
A solid 7-11. Not as new as the one down the road, but much better stock
