A lady, with the last name Gutierrez at the Walmart in loop 338, almost ruined the whole experience. She was very rude, very unpleasant, very unprofessional. She looked like she hated tending to people spoke down to my mother. Refused to help us or listen, when we were trying to answer her, she will just loudly talk over us. The only reason we did not go somewhere else is because the pharmacist was great.

Always have a problem with refills waites a whole week for a refill they never called in for! I know this because I called the nurse at Texas Tech myself to check! Couldnt get my pain meds and had to go back to emergency, because the dentist was closed. Will no longer be using thia pharmacy! I encpirage you to hire more people if you cant or dont want to do your job.

Slowest worst pharmacy Ive been to. They told me it would be the next day to fill one prescription, so I went right down the rd to cvs and had my medicine in less than an hour. Ridiculous.
