Pretty clean, busy for Saturday night, but got in and out quickly. Employees behind counter nice and friendly.

So many choices. I love it. Especially when im thirsty I stop by for a Cappuccino Blast. Drive thru makes it easier. Employees are always friendly and polite.

Staff greeted us at the door and was very friendly and personable. This shop was clean and the ice cream of course was great! Reasonable price for what we got. Will definitely go back!

Very very rude staff!!! Couldn’t hear what I was ordering because the rest of the staff were yelling and cutting up. So she kept saying “huh” after every word I said. Then proceeded to send someone to the window which said “I had to come ask because she was scared to ask because you yelled back at her”. I wouldn’t have to yell if your co workers were doing their job and not yelling and cutting up while you’re taking someone’s order.

They have a drive through, but we always order and take it to go inside. The tables and chairs are very small and always all over the place. Staff is friendly and ice cream Is good!

Just wanted to say bless the guys heart for working today in this freezing weather. He had great spirits and tryed his best on his own. I didnt get his name but wanted to thank him.

Cocunut Pineapple is fantastic .. only needed improved was girl whom scooped the ice cream as she wasnt consistent on scoops.

My family and I went here, and we had a pleasant experience. The staff were nice, and also the man who seemed to be the manager. The store was VERY CLEAN, including the bathrooms, and the ice cream was very good. BIG THUMBS UP to this store! Wayyy cleaner than the Midland store. We will definitely return.

The customer service were amazing. Many helpful employees, people who care about what theyre doing, very clean, good cappuccinos, amazing cookies, good prices for the quality and quantity of their products, and overall a great experience. The staff put effort to making their products look good and presentable and they should be proud of what they do. I think this place needs to be opened in many different locations and I understand they went down because of some money issues but this place deserves more credit than theyre given.

Its Baskin Robbins; probably the very best Frestanding, Brick& Morter Ice Cream parlors since Haagen-Dazs (also a Cali-thing, so to speak, as their American headquarters is in Oakland/San Francisco (Northern california...somewhere around the Bay Area I once read/heard...Im sure one could easily look it up on Wikipedia); sadly, it they have stores/parlors; Only at grocery stores that Im aware of like Albertsons/Safeway (Same grocery store chain/company), etc. (at least here in America that I know of). I used to eat here as a teen when I lived in Fountain Valley, Orange County. Theyve built 2-3 More stores in this Relatively small area: Midland/Odessa - aka: Permian Basin, although half a million in population... I would guess theres only 6 stores, maybe? Something similar in number to Starbucks although there are about 10 locations of those in Midland/Odessa...half free-standing the other half part of, say, an upscale grocery store like Albertsons Market Street or Target. Theres even one at one of the hospitals (According to the Regional Location map at parkslegado dot com: they state the population here as approx 498,000 so, basically, half million), is relatively small place when you grew up in Los Angeles, Austin, & Dallas...Nothing against this area as the traffic is such that it so much easier to get around - ESPECIALLY Austin: Coolest City in Texas; Worst Traffic by far! (than what im used to/grew up driving in) and the people are nice! :-) ).I. I LUV California but there are some real jackasses in L.A. if U know what I mean 2 A body whose lived in LA knows what Im talking about period of course theres Jack Wads everywhere but do you really have a lot in LA! Try flying pig it of LAX & you lol KNOW WHAT I mean; Just getting past TSA is a 10 mile nightmare, etc. Anyway, Baskin Robbins has been around a long time so theyre (have been & still are) doing something right! :-)They were founded in Glendale, California in 1945 well B4 this Millenial was even born; heck, theyve been around B4 even my parents were born!! Theyre one of the best!PS: On your Birthday - ID Required like your DL or ID card from the DMV - IF ur signed up with ALBERTSONS/SAFEWAY, theyll send U an email for a FREE PINT of Baskin Robins - they used 2 use a store card awhile back but now they identify U through your phone # (on their TOSHIBA Point Of Sale system 2ho, consequently bought IBM POS (registers typo!). divisions - how defunct - for 8.5 Billion dollars!: TOSHIBA AMERICA (since 18....yes, 1875!! 18 is NOT ) I ONLY point this out b/c it is the end of a long-time erathe end of an ERA: IBM Cash Registers which, 4 MANY YEARS, dominated the industry is now owned and operated by Toshiba America headquartered in Orange County, specifically, Irvine, California. Note: The company, though thought of as one of the 2 Japanese giants (SONY being the other obvious company is ACTUALLY an American Company....hence the name. Like agent Dale Cooper from Twin Peaks would say when I was a teen in the 90s, Damn Fine Coffee, er Ice Cream in this case! :-)

First time at a Baskin Robbins in this area. The many varieties of ice cream and cones was plenty to choose from. Clean inside with fabulous employees carrying out my desired order. The double scoop chocolate chip cookie dough was refreshing and delicious. The ready made waffle cone wasnt too sweet or too flimsy. The atmosphere was calm and family inviting. Modest pricing for what you get.

Good experience. Fast service. Friendly staff. Waffle cone was good and it wasnt stale like some other ice cream shops cones. Didnt get 5 stars because they were out of a few of the flavors and didnt put any signs up or anything so ordering turned into a bit of a hassle.

Last night (1/11/19) I was craving a banana split. I ordered it and was handed a bowl with a split banana 3 scoops of ice cream with no topping (other than whipped cream & cherries). I asked for the server to add chocolate, strawberry & pineapple. I was informed they only had chocolate and Reese’s. Why wasn’t I informed of that when I placed the order? It was not at all what I wanted and had I been informed that a traditional banana split was unavailable, I would have ordered something else. I’ll just make them at home. Thanks for nothing BR.

Started coming here almost a year and a half ago. They were fully stocked on coated chocolate Waffle cones, now they are completely empty. Nothing on shelves. Asked the same girl, Why no Waffle cones,! She responded by saying that they ran out. And it would take 30 minutes. She should know by now that customers come in asking for these Waffle cones, especially chocolate coated ones. Im very disappointed in their customer service and how their shelves are not fully stocked.

It has a welcoming staff, & the ice cream is amazing. They have lactose intolerant flavors, & if youre wondering what a flavor taste like you can always get a sample.

Absolutely LOVE visiting, we’re there 1-2 times minimum weekly and everyone is so friendly and helpful! The area is always clean, organized and looking nice. The pistachio milkshakes are delicious

I will never darken the door of the Baskin Robbins on Billy Hext Rd in Odessa Tx again. One week ago, I drove over. First I had a couple of questions and the kids working there didn’t have the answers. So, I just ordered vanilla. They chuckled and told me they didn’t have vanilla. I left. Just now I went back and ordered two sundaes. After waiting in line for quite a while, finally reaching the window, this teenager laughing informed me they were out of vanilla. Really? Everyone knows vanilla is the number one flavor and if anyone cared they could have gotten vanilla in a weeks time. I won’t be back a third time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had...Went through the drive thru and the lady working the window on 12/19/17 at 8:45 pm was the rudest person I have ever met. Was very disrespectful to me and the person behind us.. Yelling at customers and when we got to the window rolling her eyes when we asked for the rest of our order. I would give a 0 star if that was an option......
