Built a new house. Painted with KM paint. Now with all the info they cannot match my colors. Terrible customer service. All they want to do is pass the buck rather than trying to help. Terrible way to run a business!

Recently changed paint shop because of service and quality. You have NO idea how nice it is to walk in have someone help you and when the phone rings they ask them to hold instead of making a paying customer wait while they talk on the phone! Every time I have been in this store I have been treated great, the paint is a little bit more expensive, but so far seems to be worth every penny! Plus, they always have product in the store, or get it quickly. Thanks, making my life much easier for the business.

Awesome helpful staff went the extra mile to help, loved them, even though closing time they did not rush me to ger me out, they locked the door and still helped mixed a gallon of test paint for me and continued to assist. Really good dedication to service I was very pleased, you do jot find a willingness to help a customer like this often in the Permian I loved it. Definate recommendation, I went to two other major paint stores that day and they were the best.
